Upgraded me to the room I thought I booked. People at the desk were very nice and kind. Breakfast could be better. Remote for the TV didn't work. No towels at the pool. Hot tub wasn't hot. Other than that, great place. Just was an off day for them maybe.

Very poorly maintained. Sauna not working. Not one piece of exercise equipment worked, not one . No remote in exercise room. I told front desk. She said will fix sauna in 5 to 10 min. Never happened.

The Clarion is my favorite home away from home when I come back to Lexington!! It is the BEST pool and hot tub in town!!! They keep the place well maintained, and the staff is so kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for allowing one of their employees bring her daughter to work. I love seeing a big company that cares for their people!

Great place, lots of amenities (pool, hot tub, game room, basketball court, attached bar/restaurant). Building a bit old (former holidome) but great value. Good breakfast bar also!

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and care that the staff had for guests. Very easy access to 75/64. Huge pool and hot tub were very relaxing and clean. Hot breakfast hit the spot with a variety of choices. We liked this hotel so much we sought out to stay again on our return trip five days later.

Staff was pleasant and helpful from beginning to end! The pool and Hot tub were above average size and nice! Breakfast was good. Several options of hot food. Coffee could have been better. But it's a small detail when everything else was so accommodating. The location was handy and an attached restaurant was more than expected. The traffic noise is slightly higher than average as the trucks have to slow down right in front of the building and their air brakes or whatever are noisy. But I'm a light sleeper. My husband didn't notice. I will stay again if we are visiting again. The staff were all easy to understand. No language barriers was a refreshing experience after our last hotel required a translator. Good value for the price.

This place was disgusting, my room was filled with little ants. They were everywhere, on the table, floor, dresser, bathroom floor, shower, but the worst place was in my bed. Maintenance did come spray a can or raid. It couldn’t coat the whole room since we were already in for the night. A week later and I still can’t get manager to return my calls.

Hotel is dirty. Furniture in the room is old and nasty needs to be thrown out. Bed sheets and towels had noticeable stain spots. Bathroom vent was rusted. Overall just not a clean hotel like it used to be.

They had nice amenities like pool, sauna & hot tub areas. Along with basketball court & arcade games. The free breakfast was okay, nothing special. However, the overall cleanliness of the facility was lacking. Trash and towels were left outside of hotel room doors so the hallways constantly looked dirty. Staff was super helpful whenever I needed to ask anything. Just thought the facility was updated more online than the section we appeared to stay in.

First, our room smelled strongly of marijuana. This was supposed to be a no smoking room. So we asked for a change and got a room that didn’t smell. However it needed cleaning. The floors had not been vacuumed. Popcorn and other refuse was on the carpet and bathroom floor. Old dental floss draped around the handle of one nightstand. The bed was good and freshly made. And all else seemed clean - the bathroom, etc. No hairdryer. But plenty of towels. So an adequate stay but not one we will repeat. The restaurant next door was excellent.

Everything was very nice except for the temperature in the room. I checked in late and found the thermostat in the room set at 60 degrees. I reset the thermostat to 72 degrees. After 2 hours the temperature had risen 2 degrees. I slept with pillows on top of me for warmth. The temperature increased 1 degree per hour. By the time I checked out it had finally reached 69 degrees. I was COLD the entire night.

Check in was fine. Hard bed didn't bother me but my husband hated it. The kicker was the noise. Most hotels you can turn the unit fan on to drown out some of it, but you couldn't here. Not even sure it would've helped anyway. Went to bed at 10 pm. All of the noise was super loud. Car doors slamming, horns honking, road noise, people talking in the hall, doors shutting constantly and on and on. Finally at 1:30 am, with no sleep, we decided to check out and drive the 3 hours back home after listening to an hour or so of horror movie screams from the television next door. Yeah ..... won't be staying there again.

The wall-mounted heater leaked cold air into the room. A hole in the wall was visible through the unit's vent. Consequently, the heater switched off and on repeated all night. It was loud and hard to sleep through.

We arrived at the hotel early and asked if our room might be ready. The clerk checked with housekeeping and they said the room should be ready in 40-45 minutes. The desk clerk stated that she would call once our room was ready. We checked back with the clerk more than an hour and a half later; after check in. (I never received a call about our room being ready.) She assisted the gentleman in front of me and then walked away to get someone else to help me. The second clerk was very polite and had us checked in within a few moments.

The first night we stayed was fine The second night we ended up leaving before midnight because there were some kids running up and down the hall screaming and knocking on all the doors and calling the front desk did no good. The did absolutely nothing about it. I feel like if I pay to sleep in a room I should be allowed to sleep The breakfast they served in the dining area was great though

The amenities available are above expectations, the check in experience not so much. The desk clerk was not personable at all. I was initially concerned how this trip was going to go based on the first impression interaction. But after that hiccup things went well. The hotel was clean , the sauna, hot tub and pool were amazing. The lady doing the breakfast had limited English but she still went above and beyond to make breakfast an enjoyable experience .

Front desk was rude and awful. Check in took an hour. I even attempted to call before we arrived to see if our room was ready and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes.

Front desk was rude and awful. Check in took an hour. I even attempted to call before we arrived to see if our room was ready and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes.

Very unhappy.. when we attempted to check in on Friday after a long day of work I was informed by the staff they were not going to provide us a room because they said they had no reservation for us. They said our only option was to go elsewhere or purchase a suite which was more than double the cost of the two-night stay we had booked through hotels.com. the staff was very unhelpful and in fact laughing at us a couple times when we were on the phone with hotels.com the whole experience was very aggravating as I travel quite often and always use hotels.com and have never had this problem once before.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and care that the staff had for guests. Very easy access to 75/64. Huge pool and hot tub were very relaxing and clean. Hot breakfast hit the spot with a variety of choices. We liked this hotel so much we sought out to stay again on our return trip five days later.

Staff was pleasant and helpful from beginning to end! The pool and Hot tub were above average size and nice! Breakfast was good. Several options of hot food. Coffee could have been better. But it's a small detail when everything else was so accommodating. The location was handy and an attached restaurant was more than expected. The traffic noise is slightly higher than average as the trucks have to slow down right in front of the building and their air brakes or whatever are noisy. But I'm a light sleeper. My husband didn't notice. I will stay again if we are visiting again. The staff were all easy to understand. No language barriers was a refreshing experience after our last hotel required a translator. Good value for the price.

Everything was good. Average hotel experience. We did have a problem with a broken doorknob but nothing too crazy. The layout was weird though. To get to the pool is a very long walk from our room we stayed in, unless we just took the long way…? The pool was amazing and big and the hot tub was awesome with the water feature. My first expert on a sauna, went well! Very good stay though. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because we like to try other places. No regrets otherwise.

Was a very welcoming experience. We loved the hot tub and the restaurant that was connected to the hotel. Staff was friendly it was very clean and spacious and really quiet and comfortable. Only thing that needs work on is a more trained bartender. Didn’t know any recipes for mixed drinks and poured weak especially for how expensive the drinks were. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and would stay again.

It’s was a nice place and had a great restaurant attached. The bar was excellent at the hotel. Breakfast was good with friendly service. Will stay here again when we are in the area.

Bed was very comfortable. Found some mold in the corner of the shower in the AM. Breakfast was not good. At 915 I should still be able to get relatively fresh, not soggy food.

Very disappointing! We’ve stayed there before, and came back because of the restaurant, its convenience & great menu. Management made a bad decision to stop serving food. We will not stay there again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool is large and the hot tub is enormous-so it can hold a lot of people. They give you a fair amount of choices for breakfast as well as the usual coffee and fruit juices. The staff we all friendly and there is a Sedona Tap House connected to the hotel. All in all we had a good stay.

Uncomfortable bed covered by a plastic cover that wrinkled loudly. The sign at the door indicated accessible but no way someone in a wheelchair can shower in the tub. Outside door was almost impossible to get into. I have stayed there many times but never on that wing. There are the Marriott and Embassy Suites nearby and will likely be my next stay. Also, where I stayed felt too isolated to be safe.

Our stay was alright, nothing over the top. The photos definitely upsell the facility in my opinion. Definitely feels dated, but appears some updates may be in the process. Arcade and basketball court were non-existent or functional. Overall it served our purposes for the night but wished it had matched the description and photos a little more closely.

Staff is amazing, breakfast is always very good and absolutely love the pool and hot tub. This is our 2nd weekend here and we are making it our mini vacation everytime.
