We were very disappointed with this stay. The pictures look great. The actual experience was a let-down. The floor in our room was sticky and had trash and hair under the sink. The room had a smell when we walked in - like a musty/rotten thing I couldn't put my finger on. They left a 1st floor exterior door about 5 rooms from us open all night. Propped open and unattended. The "highly rated" breakfast and the coffee were both on the low side of mediocre. We needed a place to spend 1 night for a quick turnaround. We checked in after midnight and were gone by 9am. It was barely worth it. If I had booked this hotel for a weekend stay, I would have been very upset with the situation and would have done everything I could to find another option.

I feel like this is a place that used to be nice and then went downhill. While the room was decently clean, there was a hole in the wall where a door had been slammed open, some cracking under the bathroom door, the bathroom fan did not work, and the beds uncomfortable, the toilet constantly ran, the room reaked of cigarettes, the AC was cracked. Breakfast was included but the waffle makers don’t cook thoroughly so had i to throw them away. First night, we heard our neighbors arguing at night through the walls and the second night at midnight our new neighbors showed up with a constantly crying infant that didn't stop until 1am along with dogs barking. The only upside was that it was cheaper than other hotels. Reception didn’t give us any brochures/informational info about the facility, there was no gym, there was a pool, but there was no signs that said whether it was open or not so we didn’t use it. The hotel was basically a landlord special where they haphazardly paint over things. Oh and when we checked in we were told we’d have to drive to the opposite side of the building but that also meant that there was no luggage rack to get stuff to our room we had to make multiple trips. The first night we were there, they also had the lobby blocked off for some kind of motorcycle club and I don’t understand if it was reserved just for them or not, but there was no signage and honestly, it was a little scary.

Definitely more of a conference center than hotel just some weird large spaces make it kind of feel utopian I guess, all in all totally normal hotel. They do have a gym, which is nice, but multiple machines were malfunctioning/out of service.

The facility is old and worn, poorly maintained, not clean, very noisy. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Quite frankly, it qualified as a dump. The two outlet bathroom light switch had only one switch, the other side was a hole with visible wires. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were hard, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted, control panel was non functional. Stay away from this place.
