Eher ein mittelmäßiger Robinson Club im Vergleich zu vielen anderen. Schön sind der Strandabschnitt und die Terrasse. Dafür ist es im Hauptrestaurant und im Zimmer zu heiß und der Fitness Bereich könnte auch mal renoviert werden. Dass man 10 Tage lang denselben Käse oder Schinken angeboten bekommt, ist in anderen Hotels nicht besser.

A great relaxing stay apart from dinner times which is chaos and a fight for tables. As a couple, it was near enough impossible to get a table by ourselves and on a number of occasions shared tables with other families. Don't mind this on the odd occasion but every night meant that we ended up heading into Agadir to eat and spending more money than anticipated. You were able to book a table for two but in order to do that I was told I had to purchase an expensive bottle of wine. Rather than sort this issue out, they see it as a means of making further profit. Emailed them for feedback on two occasions but received no reply. Aaprt from this, the facilities were great including a large pool, tennis courts and lovely access to the beach. The staff were also great.

Feedback from my recent stay at this wonderful hotel from 25 of June to 04 of July 2024. First and foremost, I was genuinely pleased with the incredibly friendly and hardworking staff. They went above and beyond to cater to all customer needs, which made my stay even more enjoyable. While I found the food to be generally good, I would suggest offering a bit more variety in the fruit selection, such as mango, pineapple, and watermelon. On the other hand, the juices served in the morning were simply excellent and delicious – a perfect start to the day. I also noticed that the staff is quite diverse, with many employees being locals from Morocco and some from Germany. It's heartening to see that many of them are studying at the hotel academy, which adds great value to their experience and to the service provided. However, I understand that their salaries are primarily based on tips. I strongly recommend guests to tip, as the staff will be very thankful and grateful. This hotel truly offers a family-oriented atmosphere with different activities every day, numerous pool options, and a private beach, which makes it a perfect destination for a family holiday. Sportprogramm ist gut und mit Paddle Tennis besser geworden. Sauna wurde renoviert. Fitnessgeräte quietschen und niemand interessiert es. Typische Geräte fehlen. Über die Qualität des Essens haben sich eigentlich alle Gäste beschwert mit denen ich gesprochen hatte. Die Betten sind unbequem und die dicken Kissen ergonomischer Unfug!

This club could be excellent, but unfortunately it is not. **The good: Rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, practical Pool area is very nice with lots of sun loungers, the beach is beautiful Garden and overall grounds are well kept and spacious. Beautiful views along the coastline or Agadir Bay. Views from all restaurants and many rooms are excellent! Breakfast service was great, the staff at the cooking station were happy to reheat cold msmen from the buffet and overall very friendly **The so-so Location is far away from center, transport is needed (which is clear from the map) Loud entertainment until midnight which is audible all over the resort (to be expected in a club hotel) **The bad Service at lunch and dinner was not existent. Staff was standing in groups chatting, whilst there were no plates or cutlery. Had always to ask to get some water, was never offered any wine, the one time I’ve asked for it the waiter forgot, as another waiter forgot to bring salt and pepper Food was mostly lukewarm to cold, which is a real pity as the quality seemed good. Choice and taste is not bad, but definitely not great. Very limited choice of vegetable dishes. No one bothered to ask me how my stay was when I’ve paid my bill. I’ve seen from other reviews that service can be good, but my dining experience was dismal, leaving me very disappointed.

This is our second stay with Robinson Agadir, and we love this place. Staff are very friendly, food and drinks were amazing with wide cho8ce from breakfast, lunch & dinner. Lots of sports and wellness activity inc swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) and sauna. The hotel is on the beach and they also have private sunbed area :) We love Robinson Agadir and we will definitely return again very soon :)

Die Anlage ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen war ok aber das ist noch Luft nach oben. Zimmer waren sauber. Restaurants sehr laut und ungemütlich. Schade hatten uns mehr versprochen

Nous sommes des habitués de ce club depuis une dizaine d'années mais nous avons été déçu par ce séjour qui sera le dernier. D'abord le checking a été fait tard à partir de 17h pour au final observer une fuite au niveau des canalisations (eaux usées) dans cette même chambre le lendemain sans que la réception nous ait prévenu. Nous avons été contraint de changer de chambre en pleine nuit, à 23 h sans qu'un responsable nous présente la moindre excuse. Quant à la cuisine, rien à dire. C'est dégueulasse. Séjour décevant

Die Unterkunft ist gut und sauber. Es könnte auf noch mehr Nachhaltigkeit geachtet werden. Zum Beispiel mit großen Flaschen Duschgel und Shampoo die verriegelt an der Wand angebracht werden können und wieder befüllbar sind. So kann eine Menge Plastik gespart werden. Wenn auch im zb Spa Bereich Gläser statt beschichtete Pappbecher zum Einsatz kommen, ist dies auch noch nachhaltiger. Wasserflaschen ist auch ein schwieriges Thema, allerdings bin ich sicher das nach Lösungen gesucht wird. Alles in allem ist es ein sehr schöner Club, das Personal ist sensationell und wir werden wieder dort Zeit verbringen!

I enjoyed my stay at Agadir Robinson. The staff and the facilities were nice. However, there were a lot of cats and I walked into a cat on my bed as the cleaner apparently left the door open. I also saw a cat in the kitchen.

The staff is always friendly, the meals are excellent, there are options for all diets e.g. vegetarians, vegans … The rooms are always clean and the Equipment is Good. It is always a pleasure to spend one s holidays at Robinson Agadir.

Dafür ist es im Hauptrestaurant und im Zimmer zu heiß und der Fitness Bereich könnte auch mal renoviert werden. Dass man 10 Tage lang denselben Käse oder Schinken angeboten bekommt, ist in anderen Hotels nicht besser.

We have just returned from a week's all inclusive, and we had a wonderful time. It's hard to fault the hotel at all. The faciltiies were excellent, the food was very good throughout - and it's clear that they put a lot of emphasis on this being not only of high quality, but also putting a lot of care and attention into it with every dish expertly crafted and presented - we very much enjoyed the excursions we took, the accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff extremely warm and helpful. We would very much recommend it and hope to return.

Such a lovely hotel and resort. We will definitely return. Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are lovely and our view (partial sea view) was amazing. A lovely position with its own beach unlike the rest of the hotels along the sea front in Agadir. We walked into Agadir daily. It’s a long walk but was a nice walk to do.

Not sure it still deserves the high rating! Majority of staff are friendly. However, at dinner one waiter took my order and then disappeared. My room was a good size but the A/C did not work properly. TV had only 2 English speaking channels. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel. Food was good.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Robinson. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage war sehr ansprechend. Das Zimmer groß genug und schön. Das Personal mehr als zuvorkommend. Bei der Überraschung für den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes wurden verschiedene Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Es war alles hervorragend.

Sportprogramm ist gut und mit Paddle Tennis besser geworden. Sauna wurde renoviert. Fitnessgeräte quietschen und niemand interessiert es. Typische Geräte fehlen. Über die Qualität des Essens haben sich eigentlich alle Gäste beschwert mit denen ich gesprochen hatte. Die Betten sind unbequem und die dicken Kissen ergonomischer Unfug!

This club could be excellent, but unfortunately it is not. **The good: Rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, practical Pool area is very nice with lots of sun loungers, the beach is beautiful Garden and overall grounds are well kept and spacious. Beautiful views along the coastline or Agadir Bay. Views from all restaurants and many rooms are excellent! Breakfast service was great, the staff at the cooking station were happy to reheat cold msmen from the buffet and overall very friendly **The so-so Location is far away from center, transport is needed (which is clear from the map) Loud entertainment until midnight which is audible all over the resort (to be expected in a club hotel) **The bad Service at lunch and dinner was not existent. Staff was standing in groups chatting, whilst there were no plates or cutlery. I stayed here for 4 days recently and was very impressed by how nice it was. The whole place is very luxurious, the food is very nice. The staff are helpful and look after you. The beach and pool area are stunning… I only have one critique! No kettle in the room, which I know you don’t really need because it’s all inclusive! However I would definitely return and probably sooner rather than later…

A great relaxing stay apart from dinner times which is chaos and a fight for tables. As a couple, it was near enough impossible to get a table by ourselves and on a number of occasions shared tables with other families. Don't mind this on the odd occasion but every night meant that we ended up heading into Agadir to eat and spending more money than anticipated. You were able to book a table for two but in order to do that I was told I had to purchase an expensive bottle of wine. Rather than sort this issue out, they see it as a means of making further profit. Emailed them for feedback on two occasions but received no reply. Aaprt from this, the facilities were great including a large pool, tennis courts and lovely access to the beach. The staff were also great.

German Hotel Club. Aa a single Brit felt somewhat alone, from holidaymakers, but the Staff are brilliant. Resort is that big you can get buggy around site. If you want to can do all sports and activities for free with inclusive. Food is AMAZING, lots choice. Such helpful friendly Reception staff, always!

Nous sommes des habitués de ce club depuis une dizaine d'années mais nous avons été déçu par ce séjour qui sera le dernier. D'abord le checking a été fait tard à partir de 17h pour au final observer une fuite au niveau des canalisations (eaux usées) dans cette même chambre le lendemain sans que la réception nous ait prévenu. Nous avons été contraint de changer de chambre en pleine nuit, à 23 h sans qu'un responsable nous présente la moindre excuse. Quant à la cuisine, rien à dire. C'est dégueulasse. Séjour décevant

Les buffets sont excellents. La direction et les cadres s’impliquent dans l’animation et l’accueil. Bien que nous avions annoncé notre arrivée pour 15h, nous avons du attendre 16h45 pour que notre chambre soit prête. De plus nous n’avons pas recu la chambre pour la quelle nous avions payé un supplément. Le plus désagréable, nos deux badges/clés ont été désactivés avant le check-out, nous avons donc du retourner a la réception (2x 10 min de marches) pour réactiver les clés.
Les buffets sont excellents. La direction et les cadres s’impliquent dans l’animation et l’accueil. Séjour en famille de 4 jours. Excellent hôtel, chambres très bien, nourriture variée. Cependant, toutes les animations sont en Allemand donc si vous comptez rester à l'hôtel travaillez votre allemand. Le personnel est très sympa et toujours souriant. Je conseille.

Das Essen ist OK, man legt viel Wert auf die Optik. Täglich ist aber bis 1 Uhr Nachts laute Musik, schlafen geht nur bei geschlossenem Fenster, was sehr schade ist. Der Strand ist gut, man wird aber zu oft Angelabert um etwas zu kaufen. Das Hinterland ist sehr Schmutzig und viel Müll liegt Rum.

Great food selection although a lot of drinks are excluded from the all inclusive range which is unfortunate. Location is at far end of agadir beach and around 30 minute walk along beach to the marina.

This is our second stay with Robinson Agadir, and we love this place. Staff are very friendly, food and drinks were amazing with wide cho8ce from breakfast, lunch & dinner. Lots of sports and wellness activity inc swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) and sauna. The hotel is on the beach and they also have private sunbed area :) We love Robinson Agadir and we will definitely return again very soon :)

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, umgeben von viel Grün, dem Meer und Königspalast. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen zu jeder Zeit spitzenklasse! Die Events mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Die Zimmer und generell die Räumlichkeiten wunderschön. Hier möchte man nicht nur Urlaub machen, hier möchte ich gerne wohnen!

A great relaxing stay apart from dinner times which is chaos and a fight for tables. As a couple, it was near enough impossible to get a table by ourselves and on a number of occasions shared tables with other families. Don't mind this on the odd occasion but every night meant that we ended up heading into Agadir to eat and spending more money than anticipated. You were able to book a table for two but in order to do that I was told I had to purchase an expensive bottle of wine. Rather than sort this issue out, they see it as a means of making further profit. Emailed them for feedback on two occasions but received no reply. Aaprt from this, the facilities were great including a large pool, tennis courts and lovely access to the beach. The staff were also great.

Kaum ist der Uli Thöne als Manager weg, funktioniert der Laden nicht mehr und promt sind alle Mahlzeiten nicht mehr gut. Die Speisen im Club sind mittlerweile nur noch Mittelmaß und teilweise NICHT genießbar. -Fleisch:Rinderleb(d)er statt Steak. -Hähnchen(Brust oder Keule) NICHT genießbar. -Würstchen: Verbrannt... -Hackfleisch Bällchen: trocken wie Schuhsohle & geschmacklos -Käse:Industrie Käse. -Fisch Auswahl: wochenlang immer eine Sorte Fisch. -Nudeln: teilweise eine Pampe. -Pizza: Mittag gut am Abend schlecht. Was kann man da falsch machen? -Suppe: 5 v 7 Tagen Rinder Consomme - wahrscheinlich Vertrag mit Lacroix - Rinder Consommé Suppenpulver GmbH! -Salate: matschige Tomaten, teilweise dreckige Salatblätter usw(seit Jahre immer das gleiche). -Brot: in der Früh frisch am Abend hart wie ein Stein. -Obst: Altes geschmackloses Zeug. Erdbeeren, Bananen, Mango sogar Mandarinen geschmacklos und nicht empfehlenswert. -Eis: Auswahl sehr dürftig. Oft 4 manchmal 5 verschiedene Eissorten! This club could be excellent, but unfortunately it is not. **The good: Rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, practical Pool area is very nice with lots of sun loungers, the beach is beautiful Garden and overall grounds are well kept and spacious. Beautiful views along the coastline or Agadir Bay. Views from all restaurants and many rooms are excellent! Breakfast service was great, the staff at the cooking station were happy to reheat cold msmen from the buffet and overall very friendly **The so-so Location is far away from center, transport is needed (which is clear from the map) Loud entertainment until midnight which is audible all over the resort (to be expected in a club hotel) **The bad Service at lunch and dinner was not existent. Staff was standing in groups chatting, whilst there were no plates or cutlery. Had always to ask to get some water, was never offered any wine, the one time I’ve asked for it the waiter forgot, as another waiter forgot to bring salt and pepper Food was mostly lukewarm to cold, which is a real pity as the quality seemed good. Choice and taste is not bad, but definitely not great. Very limited choice of vegetable dishes. No one bothered to ask me how my stay was when I’ve paid my bill. I’ve seen from other reviews that service can be good, but my dining experience was dismal, leaving me very disappointed.

Great food selection although a lot of drinks are excluded from the all inclusive range which is unfortunate. Location is at far end of agadir beach and around 30 minute walk along beach to the marina.

The hotel is very calm with plenty of open spaces. The food is great and it's nice to get bottles of wine on the table included. The guests are mainly German as are the majority of the TV channels and signage, some activities and food.

The staff is always friendly, the meals are excellent, there are options for all diets e.g. vegetarians, vegans … The rooms are always clean and the Equipment is Good. It is always a pleasure to spend one s holidays at Robinson Agadir.

J’ai lu quelques commentaires négatifs et d’autres plutôt positifs… alors voici mon ressenti 😊 Pour ma part, j’ai trouvé cet hôtel vraiment top ! L’emplacement est idéal et le cadre magnifique : piscine, plage et beaucoup de végétation qui créent un environnement très agréable 🌴☀️ Le service est plutôt bon, les activités aussi, et globalement beaucoup de points positifs pour un hôtel all inclusive au Maroc à un prix raisonnable. Mais comme partout, quelques petits bémols… Pour le standing et le prix, on aurait apprécié davantage d’animations le soir. Les apéritifs proposés sont sympas, mais assez simples et manquent parfois d’accompagnements. Autre point : les cocktails 🍹 Une dizaine de cocktails assez basiques, avec des alcools plutôt sans goût. Si vous voulez un vrai Spritz ou un bon Negroni, il faut passer à la caisse… Dommage pour le standing de l’hôtel, ça donne un peu l’impression de « gagner petit ». Je précise ces points pour ne pas être uniquement positive, mais globalement, on a vraiment beaucoup aimé 👍👍👍 On reviendra avec plaisir ! ❤️ Je recommande !!! 🤩

This is a 4.5 star hotel with 5 star service. The whole resort is immaculate and well maintained, the food is superb. We’ve been to many 5 star all inclusive hotels in Turkey which may have a lot more food options but this food is the best we’ve had. It’s a buffet but you are served and everything is presented beautifully. Nothing is too much trouble. If you want the type of AI where you can eat 24/7 with snacks and ice creams etc then this might not be for you but my husband and I wanted a few days lying in the sun and having our food made for us and this was just perfect. I would highly recommmend and we would love to return. We booked a package through Expedia and it was excellent value for money. Don’t think twice, just book!

Man bekommt was man erwartet. Wie immer ein Top Urlaub im Robinson Club! Einziges Manko: sowohl Mittag- als auch Abendessen waren extrem Fisch- und Fleischlastig. Hier wäre mehr vegetarische/vegane Auswahl (abgesehen von den Beilagen) sehr wünschenswert.
