This was a nice stay for oceanfront accommodations. King size bed was decent but did sink in a bit. Housekeeping did great at restocking and sweeping up the sand when needed. Breakfast & coffee did not begin until 8am when the office opened and was light fare which included pastries, yogurt, bagels, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. The pool was clean and just the right temp. The BB’s Beach Bar had good food and was convenient BUT there was constant foot traffic in front of our room and the pool. You even had to walk through the lunch/dinner dining guests to get to the ocean. I prefer a little more privacy. So if you are looking for tranquility, this is not for you as it is much too busy. Overall, a decent stay but will not return because I was looking for more privacy.

Very nice boutique hotel with pretty rooms. Our room was not ready until an hour after check-in and then had sand all over the floor. Asked if we could check out of our room and then sit by pool for the day and was told we could, but when we brought our towels back at the end of the day, we were told that we would be charged for the towels and for staying by the pool. That should have been set up front so that we could make that choice. People at front desk were not very friendly about it, but did wave the fees. It is nice to have restaurant there, but extremely loud at night and very crowded to walk-through. People at restaurant were very friendly and food was pretty good.

I was not initially impressed with the room, but the property is located directly on the beach and has a large pool, bar, and restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating staff, so I was easily won over and would book again, even though I live right down the street.

We had such a positive experience. We came to the east coast for a memorial service, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the beach bar, had an excellent continental breakfast, and finished off our visit with a stop at the soak spa. Highly recommend!

Rooms are very small but nice. Parking is challenging as parking lot is also very small but they do reserve spots for the overnight guests. Nice beach. Beachside bar food was excellent, only have beer and wine license so cocktails are made with fermented liquor instead of distilled. Location is on beach, close to restaurants and boutiques.

We had a wonderful time staying at Bleu Beach. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The service and craft cocktails were very good. We enjoyed the ocean view from our table. The rooms are small but very comfortable beds. We did have pina coladas poolside one day which was very relaxing. The only minor issue would be the parking. There is very convenient parking for folks staying at the hotel. But there is limited parking for any visitors or if you are planning to eat at the restaurant. However, they do have valet parking once the local parking is filled. All-in all a nice time at the Bleu Beach. Bj

Super clean room. Rooms are small and quaint. Loved the location. Steps away from the beach. Only thing was they were renovating a unit right next to us and it was little noisy in the morning. But other than that service was great. We just stayed one night. But i would def stay again.

This place is a little gem. Our room was very small but looked as though it had been recently updated and it was immaculate. Comfortable bed and clean fridge and microwave in the room. We loved being steps away from the beach and having access to the pool. The Beach Bar was an added perk. The drinks and food were great and the staff was so friendly. The bar was quite busy which could make the parking lot a bit tricky but there are spaces reserved strictly for those staying in the hotel. Valet parking was available during the peak bar hours. Hotel is within walking distance to Starbuck's, a variety of restaurants and grocery store.

The only thing I really care about is cleanliness and they passed my test. No bugs or other peoples hairs in the bathroom. So clean! And great location. An older motel that has been totally renovated!! Wonderful stay

This was a small resort, maybe 20 rooms. The resort was recently remodeled and everything was beautifully maintained. All the staff was very friendly. A bar/ restaurant on the property and it was very good. It sits on the ocean so it has a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bathroom was a little on the small side but usable. The only downside to our stay was the pillows were foam and not very comfortable. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smaller hotel that caters to its guests.

First time staying here. Staff is VERY friendly. It is very close to the beach. However my shower had dirt in it and there was a moist spot on my comforter. Room was extremely small and there is VERY limited parking.

This place is amazing. The location is perfect. Our room was steps from the beach, steps from the pool, and steps from the on site restaurant/bar. Even with that proximity to the bar there was never a concern for noise. We were there for a week and over that time we got to know many of the staff who all treated us like we were guests in their homes. The rooms are not huge but are very well done and incredibly clean. There was nothing that we needed that we did not have access to. I am already planning our next trip to this amazing resort!

Terrific location and beautiful beach. Good food at BB’s. The room was nicely appointed but there was no way to plug in the coffee maker except to put it on the floor beside the bed. And the pressure out of the shower head could peel the skin off your body! Please, new shower heads and split unit AC because the AC was louder than the music from BB’s.

We stayed in the family room with an ocean view- you don’t actually get a view of the ocean..it’s of their pool. The room was pretty small for our family of 4 but adorable & comfortable. There were two beds & a couch with chairs. A kitchenette area with a fridge/microwave. The beach/ocean was steps away & we paid $40 for an umbrella & 2 chairs through the resort. They have a hose clean up area connected to the bar as well to clean you off before you go back to your room. We got to have the pool to ourselves during our stay which my boys loved. I like that they are a smaller hotel so there aren’t a ton of guests to overcrowd the amenities. We loved the staff & loved their food & drinks from the restaurant/bar connected to the resort called the Beach Bar. Easy parking for our rental car with valet. We also were able to get an uber within 5 minutes of requesting one & it’s in an amazing area near all kinds of restaurant options & things to do. Loved our stay/loved the area!

We booked a room with 2 double beds. The room was clean but EXTREMELY small. Barely enough for 2 adults to move around. The blind on the window was attached to the wall so you are not able to let any natural light come in which made it very dark and a bit claustrophobic. There was only 1 outlet for electronic devices. The pool, restaurant area was nice and the food was good.

We enjoyed our stay. We had the family suite and it was perfect for our family. However, our room was next to the kitchen and it was so noisy until the kitchen closed down. Kept our two little kids awake.

The staff is fantastic!! Unfortunately that doesn't make up for too much noise first thing in the morning because of the carts taking items out to the bar. Clickitty clack on the pavers right out side your door! Also music too loud, too late at the bar. Rooms are very nice, and fine for a short stay, but just too small for beyond a few nights. Even though they always had a scented candle burning, the lobby/office smelled strongly of garlic everytime I asked for ice.
The staff is fantastic!! Unfortunately that doesn't make up for too much noise first thing in the morning because of the carts taking items out to the bar. I didn’t like the rooms specifically the only window that faces the parking lot and walkway. Your not able to open the curtain without exposing your self to everyone walking by.

The view from their patio area is Gorgeous and also where the Beach Bar is. Only has one room that actually faces the ocean where on website it's hard to determine, when trying to book a room, what rooms do and don't face the ocean. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean and was heated. Our room was small but accommodating and clean, didn't plan on staying in the room much anyway. I understand it was bought my new people about 2 years ago and they pretty much gutted it and started over. You can tell they are updated rooms and that the new owners are trying to keep things nice. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the sunrise from the patio area and walking the beach. If I'm ever in that area again I definitely will try to stay there again

This property is small and just what I was looking for. I didn’t know what to expect but everything exceeded our expectations. I’m big on first impressions so from the cleanness of the lobby, the friendly staff to the inside of the rooms. The beds are comfortable. The food was great. It was a perfect getaway. The area is not too crowded which made it extra special. The front desk staff called me by my name that put a smile on my face as to made me feel special, that she took the time to remember my name that goes along way when I’m ready to take a ride again. This spot is on top of my return list. It’s a must stay for anyone looking for comfort and style. Thank you Blue Beach and staff

This was a small resort, maybe 20 rooms. The resort was recently remodeled and everything was beautifully maintained. All the staff was very friendly. A bar/ restaurant on the property and it was very good. It sits on the ocean so it has a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bathroom was a little on the small side but usable. The only downside to our stay was the pillows were foam and not very comfortable. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smaller hotel that caters to its guests.

The staff is outstanding and what really makes this hotel special. Always a hello, a little chat, how can I help you, etc. Rooms are small, no seating except for one desk chair. That’s the only real downside to this charming little hotel.

Quirky old motel transformed into a modern motel. Rooms are still tiny, but completely updated. The mini size tub was functional. The bathroom barn door meant somewhat less privacy. The manager was on premises and very responsive and friendly. She deftly solved a problem with our TV remote. Overall, it was a unique and comfortable experience with the most important part being that we were just steps from the ocean.

We had such a positive experience. We came to the east coast for a memorial service, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the beach bar, had an excellent continental breakfast, and finished off our visit with a stop at the soak spa. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful little hotel just an hour from the Orlando airport! The staff is wonderful and so friendly and so are the amenities. The tiki bar is great and has a great menu. the rooms are very small but have everything you need. We stayed with a 1 year old and a 3 year old and they loved the location; the beach and the pool are just a few steps from the hotel room. We will absolutely be coming back and will recommend this place to everyone we know!

Super clean room. Rooms are small and quaint. Loved the location. Steps away from the beach. Only thing was they were renovating a unit right next to us and it was little noisy in the morning. But other than that service was great. We just stayed one night. But i would def stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff are super friendly, and the location is excellent (near Publix, Starbuck's, and local businesses). The pool area is nice as well as the beach bar. The only things to know are not in the control of the hotel. Because of the layout of the hotel, there will be foot traffic walking by rooms all day to get to the pool, bar, and beach. If you are looking for a bigger room, book a cottage. The king size bedrooms are small, but it didn't bother us.

What a nice little resort. Walk from your room to the bar / restaurant to the beach all without needing shoes. Very friendly staff. Very nice and clean recent renovation. About 1 block away from a popular area with plenty of restaurants and shopping.

This was a nice stay for oceanfront accommodations. King size bed was decent but did sink in a bit. Housekeeping did great at restocking and sweeping up the sand when needed. Breakfast & coffee did not begin until 8am when the office opened and was light fare which included pastries, yogurt, bagels, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. The pool was clean and just the right temp. The BB’s Beach Bar had good food and was convenient BUT there was constant foot traffic in front of our room and the pool. You even had to walk through the lunch/dinner dining guests to get to the ocean. I prefer a little more privacy. So if you are looking for tranquility, this is not for you as it is much too busy. Overall, a decent stay but will not return because I was looking for more privacy.

What a gem. Amazing location with a pool and great beach bar. Staff was so friendly. Only downside was the parking lot on Saturday night due to parking for the beach bar but they did a great job with the valet. Definitely recommend the Sunday brunch. I will definitely go back.

The hotel beach bar is directly on the beach, fabulous view, great happy hour, food and wonderfully friendly wait-people. We felt so welcomed there, will definitely return again in the future.

What an incredible hidden gem! As a native Floridian, the concept of this place was unique and wonderful. Our “cottage” room opened up to a beachfront patio steps away from the restaurant, bar, live music, and the ocean. It was perfect for our little friends get away. We had food and entertainment at our doorstep. The room was spacious enough for four friends. We appreciated the separate seating area with pull out couch. Everything was tastefully decorated and well stocked.

Rooms are very small but nice. Parking is challenging as parking lot is also very small but they do reserve spots for the overnight guests. Nice beach. Beachside bar food was excellent, only have beer and wine license so cocktails are made with fermented liquor instead of distilled. Location is on beach, close to restaurants and boutiques.

We had a wonderful time staying at Bleu Beach. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The service and craft cocktails were very good. We enjoyed the ocean view from our table. The rooms are small but very comfortable beds. We did have pina coladas poolside one day which was very relaxing. The only minor issue would be the parking. There is very convenient parking for folks staying at the hotel. But there is limited parking for any visitors or if you are planning to eat at the restaurant. However, they do have valet parking once the local parking is filled. All-in all a nice time at the Bleu Beach. Bj

Very quaint beach motel feel but with a brand new feel, it was very clean. Darling little place snuggled in the big condos, it felt very homey. The Beach Bar is lacking in options, the fermented wine alcohol drinks were different, a full bar would be a better option. The food was ok but not great. Could use improvement in this. Our coffee pot did not work proper but the continental option in the office was very nice.

So much more than meets the eye! From the A1A this places looks like a little strip of nothing. But once you check in, it’s a cozy oasis on one of the prettiest beaches I’ve ever seen. I sat for hours watching the pelicans diving for fish and barely saw any other people. As if that wasn’t enough, the pool and beach bar really make this an idyllic escape. My only tiny gripe was the.l very strong scent in the room. It was a bit like being locked in a yankee candle store. I kept searching for an overactive Glade plugin that I could unplug, but never found one. Apart from that, I couldn’t be happier with my stay.

It is a no. We paid more because we thought we could get beach chairs and beach umbrella, and the sad surprise was that if you go for 1 night after you check out they kick you out!!. There is no breakfast, only a beagle and coffee. If you want to go to the beach stay in a cheaper hotel and bring your beach gear
