Room was clean, bed was comfy and ac was nice and cool 👍 We did not do breakfast but they had coffee, juice, and bread for toast also, had honey buns to go if need be. Neighborhood was safe and plenty of parking. Also, plenty of eating places around.

basic, very basic, hotel. this is only a step up from a Air-bnb that you bring you own blow up mattress and bedding. room, mattress/sheets, bedside table, dresser, tv micro and fridge and linens. no clock in the room, no other light source other than the ceiling can lights operated with the switch by the entry door. I understand there is a price point for certain amenities, but this was missing some basic ones. As for the hotel, it was quiet during my stay. The were stains on the hallway carpets(urine) and the odor to go along with it. Bottom line, ill pay a $3 more per night to stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel was quiet and clean, and in a very convenient area to restaurants. Our room needed some maintenance in the bathroom. There is no elevator. The hallway and stairwell were quite warm in July. There was no coffee pot in the room. “Breakfast” was a complete joke. But, you get what you pay for. I was very pleased that it was quiet and clean.

Like staying in a hacienda. Mostly latino based, friendly environment. The hallways does not use ac, the room smells like remnants of mildew. I had to ask for the plunger right away, but the desk clerk was incredibly hospitable. I had to pay a $50.00 deposit even though the 3rd party application i used didn't mention that.

Nice hotel off interstate 10. The hotel had a really musky smell. Our room, had the HVAC unit off, turned on to circulate air to help with the musky smell. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and condition of this hotel especially for the price range. The beds are really firm too.

Check in was smooth. There is no elevator, only stairs to get to the second floor. The room was pretty clean. The bed is very hard. Breakfast was cereal, bread, fruit, or granola bars. So, not stellar.

This was your average economy motel. It was very clean. Breakfast was minimal, but something was offered. Rooms were updated, but there were no lamps. Nice staff. If you just need a cheap overnight stay, this will do. Would stay again, if needed.

I recently booked this location by mistake and was unable to request a refund directly from the hotel. I needed a room at the location in Lake Charles, La. As soon as I received my booking information I noticed that the hotel was in Sulfur, La and reached out Expedia who contacted the hotel and was advised that the manager would be available the next day to discuss a possible refund. I tried calling the hotel and from Friday to Saturday evening no one answered the phone. I think this was very unprofessional.

The hotel was clean but however put dated. My biggest issue with booking this room is when I got on site i had to pay an upfront $50 security deposit. In the past when i have booked a room through this app i was never charged a security deposit up front

Perfect for a night stay. We were driving to New Orleans but decided to stay in Lake Charles Friday night and head to the casinos. Room was clean. Bed comfy. We arrived at night time but had no problem checking in.

Everything was fine. The room had been renovated. I was quite impressed. Breakfast was only toast and coffee.

Everything was fine. The room had been renovated. I was quite impressed. Breakfast was only toast and coffee.

This was your average economy motel. It was very clean. Breakfast was minimal, but something was offered. Rooms were updated, but there were no lamps. Nice staff. If you just need a cheap overnight stay, this will do. Would stay again, if needed.

"Continental" breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. All they had was sliced bread and prepackaged cookies and pastries (which weren't very good). The hotel itself is fine, but if you're looking for a place that includes breakfast you will be very disappointed.

The hotel was quiet and clean, and in a very convenient area to restaurants. Our room needed some maintenance in the bathroom. There is no elevator. The hallway and stairwell were quite warm in July. There was no coffee pot in the room. “Breakfast” was a complete joke. But, you get what you pay for. I was very pleased that it was quiet and clean.

Room was very bare. Bed and pillows were hard but not uncomfortable. Room had a damp smell, the bed felt damp, and we woke up feeling damp. Carpet turned our feet black from dirt. One of the toilet paper rolls had a visible stain on it. Sink and bathtub are past their prime but functional. Latch lock on door was broken. We stayed for 1 night and that was enough. It's a place to lay your head. Could smell weed smoke in the middle of the night. No breakfast provided.

it's a simple place to stay in a pinch..no frills at...no iron or ironing board in the room...tub had rust stains..no elevator so I would ask for first floor room...front desk woman was very nice and helpful...but for the price its great

They rush you out the rooms doing a 10:30 wake up call and hang up in your face before you can cuss them out The rooms was nice and comfortable
