We just checked out after 3 days at the Raffles Hotel and cannot recommend it enough for a stay. We brought my elderly parents and the comfort of the rooms, the delicious breakfast buffet, and daily tea service, hearing the adhan in our rooms and easy access thru p2 allowing them easy access to the haram was unmatched. This was the most memorable umrah as we came on one of the busiest months and returning to the hotel suite made the entire trip easy and memorable. The staff went out of their way and inshallah cannot wait to return.

Very nice facilities. Very close to the Haram. Beautiful view of the Kaabah and Haram from my room. Very memorable. Recommended by a friend, that's a local. It was a spectacular stay for Umrah. Breakfast and restaurant were very good. Quality & variety of food were first class. Staff were helpful and smiling. We felt welcomed. Won't be my last stay, inshaa Allah. One dislike: Hotel feels a little outdated.

Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, as the bedding was quite dusty. Despite raising these issues, I received only an apology and no compensatory gesture. Every single member of staff were so pleasant, polite, courteous and alway available to help - the best experience we have had by far! Especially those responsible for housekeeping (I forget his name but for me he was like an Uncle) and also Ismath who was of amazing help during our last days there - ensuring our luggage was looked after and allowing us to perform Umrah with ease before we were to leave for home - suffice to say if it wasn't for him and his colleagues we would not have been able to do this. May allah subhna tallah reward them all for making our pilgrimage such a pleasant one!

Every single member of staff were so pleasant, polite, courteous and alway available to help - the best experience we have had by far! Especially those responsible for housekeeping (I forget his name but for me he was like an Uncle) and also Ismath who was of amazing help during our last days there - ensuring our luggage was looked after and allowing us to perform Umrah with ease before we were to leave for home - suffice to say if it wasn't for him and his colleagues we would not have been able to do this. Very nice facilities. Very close to the Haram. Beautiful view of the Kaabah and Haram from my room. Very memorable. Recommended by a friend, that's a local. It was a spectacular stay for Umrah. Breakfast and restaurant were very good. Quality & variety of food were first class. Staff were helpful and smiling. We felt welcomed. Won't be my last stay, inshaa Allah. One dislike: Hotel feels a little outdated.

Absolutely outstanding hotel! Definitely a palace. Staff was above wonderful. Dining was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Easy walk to the Kaaba. I am definitely planning on coming back her when I am in Makkah during Hajj.

We just checked out after 3 days at the Raffles Hotel and cannot recommend it enough for a stay. We brought my elderly parents and the comfort of the rooms, the delicious breakfast buffet, and daily tea service, hearing the adhan in our rooms and easy access thru p2 allowing them easy access to the haram was unmatched. This was the most memorable umrah as we came on one of the busiest months and returning to the hotel suite made the entire trip easy and memorable. The staff went out of their way and inshallah cannot wait to return.

The hotel masjid outdoor terrace is amazing, worth the premium price for the calm exclusive environment needed for worship.This is the best hotel especially during high season Ramadan, food was delicious and plenty of choice of cuisine.Mocktails were my favourite. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.2 separate toilets in each 1 bedroom suites which is a bonus with multiple people in the room.One way to make this hotel better is to have at least 4 lifts completely private for Raffles hotel only accessed by the Raffles card and also a Raffles lift attendant making sure only Raffles guest use them this will help with the chaos of the queque’s for the lifts which are all shared by the other hotels in the building.There should be an exlusive lift which Raffles guest can access to get to the levels 3 and 4 where the food court is.You can be quequeing for upto 45minutes to get in the lift to get to the haram and food court.The actual lifts between Raffles hotel floors are very efficient and plentiful.All the staff are very polite and welcoming.

The Royal Service staff were exceptional—always quick to respond, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast team at Al Qasr Restaurant were equally wonderful and went out of their way to accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs. They already have a small gluten-free corner available, and the staff were very supportive in providing additional suitable options.
