Hôtel moyen fait l'affaire pour un cour séjour (2 nuits). Propreté juste acceptable, salle de petit déjeuner insuffisante en terme de place. Point positif parking énorme.

Blankets was very basic. Ants in the room. Plug covers broken. Noise from hall carried way to easily into room. Water pressure was not impressive. Windows do open. That was nice. Beds was comfortable enough. No carpet so floors was cold first thing.

When I got to my room at 1 AM, there were towels on the floor, trash not empty. The bed was not made. There were towels in the bathroom. It was very obvious that the room had not been cleaned. I went down to the receptionist to let them know what was going on, and that I needed another room. She apologized, went to look to see if there was another room available. She saw that on her computer, and there were some empty rooms. However, the person that was assisting her at the time which was the security guard Did not want to assist. He just went and walked around and came back and said that the rooms have people in them, which was confusing to send the lease because she stated that the rooms were empty and he stated that there was someone in there. Keep in mind that it was again 1 AM. I had nowhere else to go. After about an hour and a half of going back-and-forth, I slept on the floor and a friend’s room and the persons that were with me he would not supply them with a sheet and blanket as requested he said that he had to go and find the only one that he did have. She said she was returning my money and giving me a refund which did not happen as of yet. I will call this one in
