We had an amazing time! Check in was super easy and a bonus was that parking was included. Staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and safe area. Location was amazing. Right across the street from the water park, amusement park and beach/boardwalk! Right next door they own a small restaurant with great food, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. We will definitely return! Thank you for the hospitality ❤️🤩

Great staff, easy check in/check out, very clean and secure. They park your car in their lot. Best place for location across from boardwalk and beach if you are just needing somewhere to shower and sleep. There’s even a little food shack downstairs on the corner with great food.

Just stayed at the Buoy16 only for one night. We have never been to Seaside heights as this was our first time in the area. We were very pleased with our stay at the Buoy. The room and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, decent size for the good price. Very close to the boardwalk and beach access. Literally 1/4 block. It was not too noisy at night either. The owner was very nice and explained everything in detail and showed us where to park. Everything is in walking distance- beach, restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely recommend, and would come back here to stay again. Very clean. You can tell they cared about the property.

The property was very clean. It is a block from the Boardwalk. There is a great miniature golf, go kart, and water park right across the street. The only negatives were that there were no hand towels and there was no hot water by the time the third person in our room took their shower.

We had an amazing time! Check in was super easy and a bonus was that parking was included. Staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and safe area. Location was amazing. Right across the street from the water park, amusement park and beach/boardwalk! Right next door they own a small restaurant with great food, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. We will definitely return! Thank you for the hospitality ❤️🤩

Great staff, easy check in/check out, very clean and secure. They park your car in their lot. Best place for location across from boardwalk and beach if you are just needing somewhere to shower and sleep. There’s even a little food shack downstairs on the corner with great food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Buoy16 Motel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming hospitality of the owners, Yasser and Mostafa, made my stay exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels at home, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that is truly special. The motel itself is clean, well-maintained, and ideally located, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. Yasser and Mostafa’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the motel, making it a delightful place to unwind. A standout feature of Buoy16 Motel is the fantastic restaurant located just below it. The food and drinks here are simply superb. The room was clean. The parking lot had plenty of lights at night. The staff helped navigate the parking. The best thing is the proximity to the boardwalk where there were fireworks Wednesday night and a live band Thursday night. Both at no charge

The staff was helpful, the motel is in a great location. This is nothing fancy about this place, No coffee.... no cups or glasses, no beach tags. It was as clean most shore motels I've stayed at anywhere and the room was large and worked well for us. If you want to be pampered or have room service and other amenities this is NOT your place. But if you are looking for a less expensive no frills place to stay while you enjoy the beach and boardwalk, I highly reccomend Buoy 16

Can’t beat the location, especially for the price. The place was clean except for an odor in the hallway. No real amenities but you’re only feet away from the boardwalk and the beach so there’s not a need for much else. Surprisingly, we couldn’t hear a peep from the boardwalk. If you’re looking for a place to sleep with quick and easy access to everything, I’d highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, very clean room including the bathroom-with view of the boardwalk side road, nice and cool AC, parking included. Would stay here again and again. Worth the reasonable price for location. Booked 1 day ahead and had an opening. Felt very safe as well.
