Pool was disgusting, full of hair and bugs. Bed when stripped had blood spots and pee stains on the topper. After swimming we cleaned up water on floor and it was not clean towel came up brown. Got rooms with 4 beds and family of 6 only gave us 2 towels and did not bring more after we asked.

The person that checked us in, left us waiting forever. When he came out he did not say more then 5 words to us, nor even look us in the face. Our room looked nothing like the photos. It was maybe recently painted, but all furnishings were old and tore up. I was worried about using the blankets. There was a disgusting stain in the sheets of the one bed. Any time you sat on a bed, or even moved in your sleep there was a loud metal popping noise from the metal skirt around the bed. The bathroom door was so old it was falling apart had holes in it all around the bottom and you couldnt close the door. The bed was the hardest thing i have ever slept on. Our backs hurt so bad from the bed that we couldnt hardly sleep. And in the few minutes when you might have fallen asleep the air-conditioning unit woke you up because it was so loud from whatever was wrong with it, i think it would wake the neighbors. And it hardly kept the room from being stifling. The basic cleanliness wasnt the worst but even then we didnt feel comfortable not wearing our shoes. We rented here because they were the only ones with a pool. The pool was again not like the photos. Fell short of the mark and the steps and railings getting in and put were pretty dangerous and rickety. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

The hallways and rooms looked like they were newly renovated! The staff was very pleasant upon checking in and out. It felt like the dining area and lounge had not been renovated yet as the food area was very minimal and the three lounge chairs were soiled with rips in the arms. The parking lot was clean but the neighbor hood was questionable.

The front desk lady that checked us in was super nice and accommodating. The night shift not so much. The pool had so much chlorine that you couldn’t swim in the pool. Breakfast was not good. The waffle mix was very obviously spoiled and the only thing available at breakfast on Monday morning was the spoiled waffles… I do not recommend this motel

The refrigerator door just came off when we opened it, the front of the air conditioner fell off when we touched it, there were like either burns or moldy stains on the pillow case, and just stains on the rest of the bedding, the toilet leaked and so did the fridge. We chose the pay upon arrival option, they charged us the morning of way before we arrived and of course were signs saying no refunds once paid when we arrived. It looked nothing like the pictures either. Idk that I saw any staff once we checked in so can’t really rate that.

The property was very unkept and in need of some extermination ( Roaches) We had five rooms. Three of them had roaches. The sheets and towels were dirty and stained with holes in them in all rooms. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and quick to try and remedy issues. The rooms were large but not cleaned in detail at all. Two of the four beds sheets were not cleaned. There were hairballs across the floor and tables were not wiped down. We ended up leaving to another hotel. Sooo filthy.

Peanuts and ice cream spoon on the floor behind nite stand I moved away from the wall to use the plugs. My shoes made sticky sounds on the floor. The bathroom was not very clean and the room smelled soured or moldy.

I stayed here Oct 5,2024 in room 415. The room was extremely dirty. I cleaned the whole room. Did not shower because of the nasty towels. However even though i tried to not complain myself and daughter woke up covered in bug bites. They became extremely swolen with blisters. I'm very uncomfortable itchy arms,swollen with a lot of heat coming from bites. Extremely painful. Company has not answered my emails. I reported to Health Department

Although the place was peaceful , the rooms are in need of some updating and slight repairs , and the amenities such as the continental breakfast were a bit weak. New sheets and pillows are needed the ones we had were old and stained wasn’t quite sure of cleanliness. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Room was nicely clean. Had plenty of room. We usually just spend a couple of hours there but this is our second time and both times have been great. The only thing I would recommend is to have the ability to let the a/c run longer, ours kept cutting off and on.

First they charged my CC even though I had already paid thru Expedia and they charged more than the expedia rate to boot. The bathroom door would not latch and lock, the closet door wouldn’t close, the a/c didn’t cool the room down till about 2:30 in the morning, the TV was mounted to the wall side in such a way that it wouldn’t swivel and couldn’t comfortably see it from the bed and there was no do not disturb sign available to be hung on the door and housekeeping banged on the door and woke me up early. This hotel appears to have once been an “an old folks or nursing home” and I will go out of my way to never stay here again!!

This was an old property, but not too badly maintained. Bring you own pillows because the ones provided were lumpy. My main complaint was how noisy and inconsiderate other guests were, and it wasnt a specific group of people, like a group of teens, but a lot of people, talking loudly, slamming doors, yelling, banging on walls. I slept so poorly, i was too tired to drive home the next day.

Overall, things were pretty good. There were a couple of things that didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. The TV remote had dead batteries. After I went to the front and got new batteries, it still didn't work very well. It only would go to one channel, and I could not get it to move to another channel. Breakfast was very good.

The room was clean (and I could smell the cleaning products), but could use a little touchup on the paint and the baseboards. Nice big mirror on the bathroom door and big fat pillows. Good water pressure. Towels were a little small and thin. The breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit, coffee, oatmeal, juice, breakfast bars. No hot foods. Check in was pretty seamless. Did not use the wifi. Very close to a railroad and some noise from Highway 21.

Mr. Larry was an absolute delight!!! His positive disposition was a blessing and a great start to the day! The bed sits on a noisy metal frame that squeaks and groans with every movement. As there is no carpet, you hear everything. The doors don’t reach the floor; so light and all sounds come into the room. The outside door shuts loudly, which wakes you when others come and go.

The clerk was rude and unprofessional snacthed reciept out of my hand and said that I would get a copy from the company I booked with also called the front desk and told them my tv was not working and he said i would be ok since I was due to check out in the morning.

I reserved my room a couple of weeks before my stay and informed 2 Adults 2 keys 2 nights 2 half days and one whole day and I was given 2 keys by female front desk clerk as I checked in then 3x’s one of my keys would stop working. I informed management the man who I spoke to the owners brother nlaw was very very rude . He lied and said I could only have one key because only one key works for each room. So I gave him my keys thinking he was going to re key them or at least one and he said no I could not have any. I asked how would I get into my room he said he didn’t know so to prevent an argument I asked if he could open the door for me he said no I then said that was not ok he finally very hesitantly went to let me in still did not give me a key. I changed rooms my second night because the ac and heat were not working and he said I could not change rooms because it cost money to clean and change rooms and tried to charge me without notification. Luckily my card was locked. They put breakfast up at 8:30 am when it’s 6 am till 9 am. The two day front desk clerks were AWESOME,SWEET AND SO HELPFUL but THE MAN ACTING AS MANAGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE VERY HORRIBLE AND RUDE…I recommend to not stay there or and that man which his wife and him I believe live there be replaced. Unnecessary complications just AWEFUL. VERY UNSATIFIED!

Will NEVER stay here again. We had a Do Not Disturb/Privacy sign on our room door. It was ignored. Whoever entered our room to "clean" went through every single bag we had. Stole minor things, ate my kid's candy & snacks and left the trash. No cleaning was done. Not sure if he was the manager but the man on the night shift at the front desk said he'd look into it. Went back in the morning and he said he would talk to the employee. When my husband asked about compensation the guy said he'd pay to replace the stolen items to "make it right." That was it. Didn't offer to compensate the room for the inconvenience of everything. Nothing, except I'm sorry. I guess nothing can replace the violation of privacy.

We stayed at this property for the George Strait Concert. Everything was sold out! Just needed a place to cleanup and sleep. It is a very basic inn. The A/C was cold and the water was warm in the shower.

The room was clean (and I could smell the cleaning products), but could use a little touchup on the paint and the baseboards. Nice big mirror on the bathroom door and big fat pillows. Good water pressure. Towels were a little small and thin. The breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit, coffee, oatmeal, juice, breakfast bars. No hot foods. Check in was pretty seamless. Did not use the wifi. Very close to a railroad and some noise from Highway 21.

Very convenient, right on our route. Very CLEAN was my first thought when entering the lobby. Felt safe the entire stay. The mattress literally had a major body shaped depression on each side, worst I have ever encountered in any hotel. In spite of that, and probably from exhaustion from the days long drive, we slept soundly. Free breakfast looked meager but the area was very clean and we grabbed an apple and took off. Room and bathroom was a little dated and had a few minor cosmetic issues but for the convenience, price, cleanliness and safe feeling will stay there again with no hesitation.

The landscaping and outside appearance is beautiful. The breakfast is absolutely terrible, all processed items, even the orange juice isn’t real OJ. My room was not very nice, old looking. Bathroom door took up lots of room, should be a pocket door, no table in the room or desk. Looked like furniture was added here and there just because, not well thought out. Manager was very friendly, greeting all the guests.

The hallways and rooms looked like they were newly renovated! The staff was very pleasant upon checking in and out. It felt like the dining area and lounge had not been renovated yet as the food area was very minimal and the three lounge chairs were soiled with rips in the arms. The parking lot was clean but the neighbor hood was questionable.

Overall, things were pretty good. There were a couple of things that didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. The TV remote had dead batteries. After I went to the front and got new batteries, it still didn't work very well. It only would go to one channel, and I could not get it to move to another channel. Breakfast was very good.

Although the place was peaceful , the rooms are in need of some updating and slight repairs , and the amenities such as the continental breakfast were a bit weak. New sheets and pillows are needed the ones we had were old and stained wasn’t quite sure of cleanliness. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Check in was great. Hot tub missing on/off button cover. Breakfast a little light on options but the waffle maker and hot coffee were good. Not a good option to make hot water for tea or oatmeal without using microwave. Only fruit was apples.

The front desk lady that checked us in was super nice and accommodating. The night shift not so much. The pool had so much chlorine that you couldn’t swim in the pool. Breakfast was not good. The waffle mix was very obviously spoiled and the only thing available at breakfast on Monday morning was the spoiled waffles… I do not recommend this motel

At check in, was told it would be an extra 25$ for an extra key to the room, they are key cards. So we only got one. Got to the room and there were no towels and only 2 pillows on the two beds. Returned to the front desk and retrieved 2 pillows and was told we could only have 2 towels because that’s all they had. Was told the room cleaner would leave us 4 towels. They didn’t clean the room, didn’t leave any towels so I asked for 2 and was told they were out and to stop asking for “extras”. On top of that half the outlets didn’t work in the room and the bathroom door lock was busted. The breakfast was not attended to, there was never any waffle batter when we went to try breakfast in the mornings and the coffee was always empty. The ice machine, can’t use that or you’ll be charged extra. Can’t use the pool because there are no towels. The only good thing was the ac worked and the beds where mostly intact if you didn’t mind the metal popping sound every time you moved on it.

A/C noisy and loud. Roach dead in the bathroom. Blankets and bedsheets they look old and not so clean. Room smells like smoke from cigarettes. Really old property.
