Red Roof Inns are usually out go-to due to their well-known pet friendliness policy. However, this facility was disappointing. When we arrived, there was a long line at check-in and only one person to help. Later I saw the line persisted into late night. We booked and pre-paid for a suite, but they didn't have one and we had to take a regular room. The Wi-Fi they provided (contracted by Macrotech) never worked for any of our 4 devices, as the supposed redirected log-in page failed to load. The staff wasn't knowledgeable enough help, only saying "it works for everyone else." There were other maintenance issues. There was a hole on the bathroom door that wasn't repaired, apparently for a while. The room's window had a wood stick propped shut, maybe because the latch was broken (we didn't bother to check). The ice machine on our floor was out of order the whole time, with water leaking, flooding the hallway. All in all, it wasn't an experience we expected for the price we paid.

The best part was the pool. Ice machine on our floor was broken. The room was dirty. Only 1 wash cloth for 3 people. Refrigerator didnt get cold. Key card kept stopping so we made frequent trips to the desk.

The pool was closed and it was ghe entire reason i rented room, accidentally made two reservations, front desk said he would cancel one, canceled the prepaid one, never got refunded on it. Held deposit for 4 days.

The pictures on the app are definitely photoshopped! The place needs a lot of TLC. The staff was meh, the non smoking room smelled like an ashtray, there were cockroaches in the room. The parking lot felt rather unsafe as there were homeless people sleeping on the grounds of the building (right under the room’s windows). Surprisingly, the pool was ok.

$100 deposit for damges which takes 3 to 5 days to be deposited back in your account. Swimming pool was closed it looked fine was nice and clean maybe for the weekend they closed it? Spoty wifi door to my room was crooked very outdated tv and well as microwave not having a place to plug in. Shower had a small crack in tub. Plus side was the breakfast which was being attended by the nicest man.

The check in clerk was rude when we arrived and the property immediately had me concerned regarding safety as there were many drug influenced people hanging around and sleeping on the property. It was so bad that we considered getting a hotel elsewhere and loosing our money! The bathroom was very dirty and the window sills were filled with bugs!

We were transferred to 3 different rooms. The first room the tub didnt drain properly and the tv didn't work. The second room we walked in and out immediately because the room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke, despite it being a no smoking facility. The third room there were blood stains on the sheets and my son found a bug crawling on his pillow. The area is trashy. The breakfast was decent, my son liked it. The staff was okay, not the friendliest but not disrespectful.

What can I say? I paid a low price and got what I paid for. TV didn't work. Wifi was useless. Noisy people at all hours of the day and night. The beds were saggy and uncomfortable. The room was cleaned once and they didn't even dump the trash. Homeless people were camping right outside the front gate. The only good thing about our stay was that the front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

The desk attendant was very accommodating and efficient. She was also very helpful to check my brother's TV as he couldn't get some of the channels. We were very pleased she gave us a ground floor room when we asked. It's very good value for the location. We will stay here again.

Pricing is better than other hotels, and the property is kept clean. However, the condition of the property is poor, and needs an uplift badly. The neighborhood is not great either, You are advised to drive, not walk, even to the stores next door. Too many homeless people.

The red roof inns look worn from the outside but at least in Tucson and Albuquerque the rooms are renovated and very nice and clean. The pet friendly policy is a huge plus. They are not always in the best areas but the security seems adequate. The Renovated rooms are a great value for the price.

Overall it’s what you pay for a cheap stay, there were a lot of homeless and people walking around the hotel. It felt unsafe. Inside it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast is nice, waffles/bagels and other complementary. Which was nice but again, homeless people sleeping inside on the tables it felt unsafe, for two adults or males it would be okay, kids women, I’d stay away

Easy to find from the airport, we had a late flight so the 24 hour staffing was a must. The room was large and clean, but definitely dated. Wifi and cable all worked well. The neighborhood was a tad industrial with a TA Truck Stop across the street. The entry sign was tiny, just watch out for the Circle K, it is just behind.

The door in room 357 didn’t always lock, this homeless woman knocked on our room for no reason, some of the stuff in the room already breaking, the couch stunk the tv was broken and the door viewer had a napkin stuck in it. Unsafe area with a lot of homelessness and drug addicts around.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choices were good but the requirement to eat in the dining area is something I don't appreciate especially as Covid cases rise.

The room was clean and the complementary breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 restaurants within walking distance were closed down but the the one that was open was just a block away and had great food.

Clean room, some cosmetic things like holes in the walls that were not completely repaired. I appreciated the microwave and fridge. Staff was nice. Appreciate that there was breakfast 🙂. I would stay there again. Not expensive.

Overall not a great place to stay. The original room we were given smelled as if someone had just smoked in the room with despite it being a no smoking hotel. When I went to the front desk to complain they said, "Unfortunately, people break the rules sometimes". Even though they said this, they were able to give me another room. The second room smelled significantly less like smoke, but there was still an underlying smell so it was a lot more bearable. Additionally, there was a bullet hole in the door of our first room. The good thing about this hotel is that breakfast was included.

Homeless people everywhere, sleeping on the stairwells and on the walkways. Absolutely did not feel safe. Room smelled like cigarettes and was very run down. There was a whole in the bathroom door like it had been kicked.
