This hotel was very disappointing. The reviews and photos showed a much different experience than what we experienced. The room was not fully nor thoroughly cleaned with sticky surfaces, hairs on the sheets and pillow cases and crumbs on the floor. The elevator floors were wet and sticky. The breakfast was fully stocked during breakfast hours with guests having no milk for cereal, no juice, empty refrigerator, etc. The hotel housekeeping was exceptionally loud and disruptive throughout the entire morning - the noise in the hallways echo so while they were yelling down the hall to one another and shouting through walkie talkies, it was very loud and impossible to rest peacefully. Lastly, the shower in the bathroom did not drain AT ALL, and while the woman I reported this to at the front desk was apologetic, the Manager who was supposed to call me when finished a meeting to discuss my experience never did and when I called back this to speak to a manager I was hung up on and dismissed. I also never received my Marriot Bonvoy points for my stay. I will NOT be returning to this property.

Just OK -- no lotions or soaps in the bathroom. The breakfast ran out of food by 9:30 -- it was swamped in there and maybe they didn't prepare? They even ran out of plates and utensils. When I got in super late, I wanted a glass of wine and they were out of that too. The airport shuttle worked ok but took awhile to pick me up at 11 pm even though I called well in advance.

Ice machine on our floor, didn’t work. Bed comfort was poor. No premium tv channels. Breakfast area had wastebaskets placed in areas where rain dripped from the ceiling. Juice dispensers in breakfast area did not work. Poor selection of fruit.
