My cousin and I stayed here for a week, checked in Sunday and Checked out Friday morning. We always have a beach week with each other and stay and go to Upham beach or St. Pete beach. We love the area and how walkable it is. We the hotel was great between having a great pool with grille and lots of seating the rooms were clean

The room was very clean and nicely remodeled. Very quaint small place but very well kept. We were able to park right outside the room so that was convenient. Couple small things they should look into if you call the office it connects you to an AI attendant, which I disagree strongly with. I myself like a personal touch to speak to a human being. All of the supplies in the shower, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were empty. I would definitely stay here again, but check the shower before you get wet to make sure there are supplies.

The location couldn’t be any better. Quiet, yet walking distance to beach and eateries, coffee and ice cream. Full kitchen in the suite was nice…and although the unit was clean on the surface, it was evident that the unit hadn’t been deep cleaned in awhile. Finger/handprints on the doors, cobwebs on the lighting fixtures and stocked dishes were a bit dusty. Outdoor Grounds were kept up nicely and there were cabinets to restock items if needed (like TP, towels, etc)…that being said, we never spoke with an actual person from reservations, check in, to check out. We are fortunate we didn’t have an emergency (plumbing was superb), or I’m not sure what we would have done. We hope to be back again…it was a very safe and peaceful stay.

The location, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent! We had a great stay overall. There were just two issues that kept me from giving a full 5-star review: 1. Limited after-hours support: If you need assistance outside of normal business hours, you may have difficulty reaching someone. During our stay, there were no staff on-site, and I couldn't get a response by calling, text, or through the messaging portal until the following day. Fortunately, our issue wasn't an emergency, but it made me wonder what would happen if someone were locked out of their room or had another urgent problem. The AI phone assistant states that all calls and messages are answered between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, but that wasn't our experience. I completely understand not having on-site staff, but I do think the after-hours availability should be communicated more clearly. 2. Very slow hot water: In our suite, it took more than 15 minutes for the hot water to reach the shower. Once it got hot, it stayed hot, so it wasn't a major issue, especially if you know to plan ahead. I'm not sure if this was specific to our suite or a property-wide issue, but it's something I wish we'd known before our stay. Despite these two issues, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again.
