Very nice romantic get away for our anniversary! Friendly staff. Our first room was in the main barn and the AC unit was dripping water so they moved us and gave us an upgrade. We liked the upgraded room so much better in the Carriage House. Both rooms had a spa tub which was relaxing and we also booked a couples massage that was wonderful! Dinner was high end for special occasions and delicious! Pool area, landscaping and trails were very well kept. We would definitely stay again!

Glasbern was a glorious surprise! The bed and bedding, the multiple shower heads, and large tv were each phenomenal. The landscaping and grounds were beautiful. The gym was extremely well equipped, and the heated pool divine. Both our dinner and breakfast were amazing...and breakfast was included! A lot of superlatives, and each sincere.

Unique country vibe. Really quiet and calm. Dining experience was amazing with the warm welcoming atmosphere and staff. The waiter made me feel like I was a royal Disney princess The food was amazing in taste and look. The inn rooms could have been decorated better and the bathroom upgraded. The king sized bed and sheets were very comfortable. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. The whirlpool could have been cleaner. The scenery was a nice relaxing country feel and very pretty. The continental breakfast was the best I’ve had. It included a courteous waitstaff, buffet style breakfast items along with a menu to order from. There was a great selection of healthy things to eat along with some vegan/dairy free options. Check in and out was easy and the staff was really helpful with anything we needed. The little gym was cute. Didn’t access the spa but will check it out next time. I will definitely go back again!

The most beautiful grounds! The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was wonderful. The Pub was pathetic so we ate pub food fare in dining area first night. We did not like the beef bites or the French dip sandwich. It had an awful spice. The innkeeper asked the chef what spice and claimed only salt and pepper. I cook a lot and know there was a horrible spice on the meat. Maybe meat comes in marinade. The innkeeper kindly removed the French dip from bill. The pool was heated and you’re surrounded by Beauty.

I have had many massages, but this was the best I have ever had! The therapist (Dave) knew what they were doing. Pool was clean and warm. Loved the breakfast but feel like the waitress could have used a little support. Did NOT have to wait for a clean table or order, but the attendant had their hands full. The bar area is very uninviting. Not sure if this is your intention, but needs a total overhaul. Overall a great experience and plan to visit again!

The property is beautiful and it’s great to walk around. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms have spa tubs for 2. The food is amazing especially the breakfast which is included in your stay. And the spa is a must for a massage. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool this year and it was a perfect 84 degrees. All in all the perfect anniversary get away. We have been coming yearly for almost a decade and will continue to do so.

I had an amazing solo mom weekend at the Glasbern over Mother's Day. The spa/massage was wonderful and every meal I had was delicious. Their staff is so kind and warm. There was a wedding going on that weekend and I was a little nervous it would be loud but I didn't hear any guests in the Packhouse where I stayed. Loved the big jacuzzi tub in my room! I also really enjoyed the walking trails and ponds around the property and the short 5 minute drive to the Nature Preserve down the road. I will 100% be back in the Fall with my husband for our anniversary. It's a very romantic destination!

I’m so glad we found and stayed at The Glasbern Inn! It was such a great place to getaway too for a few days. The grounds were gorgeous, the rooms were large, but cozy, very clean and accommodating. The restaurant and bar were excellent and convenient. I also enjoyed the many wineries we visited and ate at in the area. It was such a beautiful Inn and I can’t wait to visit again!

It was wonderful, the staff were great and room spacious and clean. Only one thing the water was not hot enough for the whirlpool tub. I’m sure they would have fixed the issue had it been earlier in the day though. Will be back!

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable bed, staff was wonderful. Massage therapists were fabulous. The room was old & worn, the bathroom desparately needs updating, dirt was on the walls, toilet paper holder fell off, remote control for TV very confusing. All in all the resort needs a renovation.

Great place for relaxing. Very nicely appointed room in the Packhouse. Even though they don't mention it in the description, the room was approximately 900 square feet, which is unheard of.

staff was very pleasant! the room really clean! the whirlpool amazing! just wish there was a tv in the room with the whirlpool. The AC did not work in the room with the whirlpool but there was a window we could open to help circulate the air from the other room. Just the only thing was a little confusing on where the actual office was. Will definitely be back!

Room was very clean, but the heater stopped working on the last night despite being programmed to 68 degrees. Also, the floors were very creepy. The bathroom was cramped, but the shower was nice. I wish there had been some USB ports in the room for charging electronics. The restaurant was very nice.

Every photo online for this hotel shows gorgeous views with ponds playing. We chose a Pike house, upper level room. Not only did we not have a view, but our windows were at at I level that you would have to be standing up to look out of them. It was a very disappointing room for the price, and then not to mention that at 5:45 in the morning there was a huge skylight with no cover on it that made it seem like you were outside. Very disappointed

Very nice romantic get away for our anniversary! Friendly staff. Our first room was in the main barn and the AC unit was dripping water so they moved us and gave us an upgrade. We liked the upgraded room so much better in the Carriage House. Both rooms had a spa tub which was relaxing and we also booked a couples massage that was wonderful! Dinner was high end for special occasions and delicious! Pool area, landscaping and trails were very well kept. We would definitely stay again!

What an awesome experience! Everything was beautiful and the attention to detail was great. Corinna and Sage were absolutely wonderful! They made us feel at home. Delightful stay. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The grounds were spectacular. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed. Food from the restaurant (they let us take out) was spectacular. Recommend highly!

This place is so beautiful, quiet, calm, if you need a place to relax and to have contact with the nature this is the place. The staff are so friendly and kindly, the food was great, I really recommend.

The Glasbern property is beautiful with its landscaped grounds amid the rolling hills punctuated with old barn architecture. The staff were very friendly. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both which were outstanding in a comfortable environment. This will be my go to hotel in the future when on business in the area.

Remote, quiet and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing i didn't like was I paid $110.00 more reserving through Expedia than I paid for a second room of the same size and type and for the same days that I reserved directly through the hotel.

This is such a beautiful little piece of farm-land in central PA. ❤️. There were horse stables golden grass and hay bales wrapped tightly for winter. BEAUTIFUL natural features including rolling hills upon rolling hills and small creeks. This property is amazing from the front entrance or rear. All of the accomodations are unique with nice featurettes. I loved it here so much my sis amd I plan on making it a yearly rotation. I would like to get a feel for this place with the changing seasons. I am almost absolutely in love. Have been thinking of booking a next trip soon.

Nice old property. Close to the town and shopping but in just a few miles you are in the country. Beautiful outdoors and trails. Only negative is when there is a wedding you are kind of right there amongst the partying which can create noise at times. Great staff.

One thing I’d like to mention- this is a beautiful property but it is not handicap friendly - I yes, there are ramps, but lots of hilly pavement that is hard for a handicap person to navigate. No easy walking here. But we are enjoying our room!

Glasbern is a real sanctuary. It's super-quiet with trails meandering around the property and a pool perfect for relaxing. The food was delicious, and the staff really kind, interesting, and helpful.

I had an amazing solo mom weekend at the Glasbern over Mother's Day. The spa/massage was wonderful and every meal I had was delicious. Their staff is so kind and warm. There was a wedding going on that weekend and I was a little nervous it would be loud but I didn't hear any guests in the Packhouse where I stayed. Loved the big jacuzzi tub in my room! I also really enjoyed the walking trails and ponds around the property and the short 5 minute drive to the Nature Preserve down the road. I will 100% be back in the Fall with my husband for our anniversary. It's a very romantic destination!

It was a perfect spot to getaway with the business of life. My room was exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the dining. Wish I could’ve experienced the massage, but due to my error I couldn’t book in time. Would definitely stay again and already recommending to friend and family.

The most beautiful grounds! The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was wonderful. The Pub was pathetic so we ate pub food fare in dining area first night. We did not like the beef bites or the French dip sandwich. It had an awful spice. The innkeeper asked the chef what spice and claimed only salt and pepper. I cook a lot and know there was a horrible spice on the meat. Maybe meat comes in marinade. The innkeeper kindly removed the French dip from bill. The pool was heated and you’re surrounded by Beauty.

I have had many massages, but this was the best I have ever had! The therapist (Dave) knew what they were doing. Pool was clean and warm. Loved the breakfast but feel like the waitress could have used a little support. Did NOT have to wait for a clean table or order, but the attendant had their hands full. The bar area is very uninviting. Not sure if this is your intention, but needs a total overhaul. Overall a great experience and plan to visit again!

me and my wife stayed for one night for are 10th wedding anniversary. we had a free upgrade, that was nice. the breakfast time we selected was more at the end of breakfast. the apple and orange juice were watered down, I did tell someone and she said she will have the kitchen look-in to that. the experience was great. the one thing with the room it had bathrobes for the gest and mine was too small. I am a bigger guy but both bathrobes were the same size. overall great place and will recommend to other people

Absolutely beautiful getaway. Excellent food and service. The breakfast and dinner menus had something for everyone and delicious. Rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful. I would give this trip a five star every time.
