It was clean and spacious. My only concern was no handicap access to second level. My husband had been injured just prior to our arrival and had to negotiate steep steps with a foot injury.

Very nice rooms, clean pool, near everything you need. The only problem was the person that ran the bumper cars was mean and clearly didn’t want to be there. Also there were a few broken games that ate the kids money. They should have out of order signs on them until they are fixed.

This is a very nice property - rooms r a bit dated but otherwise excellent. Clean, safe, great staff. Excellent location, close to everything. Mini golf and entertainment right there. Nice pool. Minutes to the beach. Reasonable price. We will go back!

The property is dated but clean, well maintained, comfortable and affordable. There is plenty of parking. No elevator. The rooms have refrigerators but no microwave. There is no breakfast but you get a coupon for a half price breakfast when you buy one at a breakfast restaurant just down the street. There's an ice cream shop, arcade with bumper cars, and mini golf on the adjacent property. We didn't use any of them but they'd be handy if you were traveling with kids. Our stay was disturbed by noisy neighbors but that can happen anywhere.

This Inn was very charming, and despite its age, one of the cleanest we have experienced on the Cape. For anyone who is looking for a safe clean place to stay, this is it. The pool was also immaculate and the check in folks were quite lovely.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews. This is actually the first bad review I’ve left but I must say something. We entered our room and was overcome with a moldy odor. I saw a small amount of mold on the window sill but not enough to cause the tightness in my chest I was feeling. I looked at the AC unit. The cover was loose so I removed it and looked inside. There was something that I can’t describe on both corners. I took a picture to show the staff and we walked out and turned in the key cards. The young lady was very pleasant and offered a different room but it was too late. We left for a different hotel. Attached is my photo which I feel bad leaving but maybe someone will know what this is. I have to say that the staff was friendly and Expedia was awesome. I got a full refund. I would recommend checking out your room before staying at this hotel.

Picked this hotel based on the reviews of cleanliness. The room was old fashion but that wasn’t an issue. When getting into bed the first night there were crumbs still in the bed from the previous guest. So apparently the sheets were not changed after checkout. Also the sheets and blankets has stains on them in many places. Housekeeping did not attempt to clean our room till about 2:30pm, at that point we were in the room getting ready and unless we asked they weren’t even going to give us new towels. And they never even came back to clean the room. Truly disappointed in our stay.

The room look like it was cleaned, however it had a strong mildew odor. No ventilation and everything felt damp. The carpets made your feet black which just felt disgusting. The convenience of the location and the ice cream parlor on site was nice. Lots to do with the kids but the arcade is very run down and all of the machines ate up our tokens and didn't work.

The room we stayed in didn't have any toilet paper or tissues. We had to go to the front desk to get some. Our door didn't work on our 2nd night, and we had to ask the front desk to open it. The floor was never vacuumed, and there were crumbs all over the floor when we arrived. There were bugs on the floor and the walls. We only had 2 bath towels in the room, even though our reservation included 4 people. The room numbers were falling off the door, and the hotel itself is very outdated and seemed very old. It was quiet enough for a decent night's sleep, and the pool was nice, but overall, it wasn't worth the price we paid for 2 nights.

The rooms were immaculate. The staff was so nice. The property was also immaculate. I thought it was a holiday inn but it was even better. I highly recommend this hotel. It is not on the water but about 1.5 miles away and it has a pool that was also clean and cute. It has a minigolf, bumper cars and an ice cream place.

The area is quiet compared to other parts of the Cape. There is an overwhelming musty smell immediately upon entering the room. The room was clean, but far from immaculate. Unfortunately for me, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning. My husband alternated between the bed and the stained upholstered chair with ottoman. The A/C worked well but it loud. Noise travels from the room above us as if the people were in the room with us. We didn’t use the pool but it looked decent. Miniature golf was fun and convenient. The arcade appeared fun for kids. Conveniently located on the property is an ice cream stand. I would not stay here again and would definitely not stay here if I was traveling with young children or people with asthma due to the smell. Across the road is the 7 Seas restaurant, which is an excellent place for breakfast.

My husband & I were very happy with The Holiday Hill Inn & Suites. Very friendly staff & room, property very clean. Close to many things that we enjoy. Pool was wonderful too! We will be back & have already recommended this place to family & friends.

Well kept motel set up, clean facilities and great cleaning staff. Only comment and meant more for information than a complaint, the motel is older and the walls/floors are thinner so noise is much more audible. You can hear the shower running from your neighbors and anyone walking/running above you so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue. I would stay again but request a top floor room.

Overall a decent stay. Room was large and clean. Property was clean. Pool was clean as well. Staff was nice and accommodating. Bathroom is outdated and has no counter space. The beds are very uncomfortable and unbearable! Nice pillows though.

Old school "Motor Court" motel. Big rooms, clean and well maintained. Situated on a fairly busy 2-lane highway. So, not a quaint setting. We would stay there again.

Adequate for our needs. No frills, budget friendly, clean. Office female greeter not friendly, bordering on rude. However we didn’t need much other than the key. No housekeeping service but they delivered a bag of clean towels. We had to request toilet paper. They don’t routinely provide that, even though our stay was for 6 days and we only had one roll.

No housekeeping service but they delivered a bag of clean towels. We had to request toilet paper. They don’t routinely provide that, even though our stay was for 6 days and we only had one roll.

The place was clean and check in and out was easy. Air conditioning unit not working well and staff of no help for this. Also asked for extra towels and never got them and had to go to office to get. And had to ask to get more toilet paper for they never filled when cleaned the room And ran out.

My family had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the pool and the kids had so much fun staying in the room altogether. We were looking to spend a couple days down the Cape without breaking the bank and this was perfect! And so clean! We had some noisy neighbors above us that stomped around at 3am, but the front desk responded right away when we called and took care of the problem.

Pretty outdated aesthetics. Could use some updating. My daughter had a different room and had a fly problem in it. Her key card never worked, had to get it reset multiple times. There wasn’t anyone in the office in late hours to help with it. Witnessed a cranky pool guy ream out and talk down to the other employees. Very unprofessional. The front desk was very helpful with adding days to my stay last minute so I appreciate that.

My room was dated as most older hotels on the Cape are but it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was so helpful and genuinely nice to speak with. I consider my stay here to be overall excellent and I would definitely come back!

Once I got over the surprise of it not being the Holiday Inn, I modified my expectations. Comfortable bed and excellent assortment of pillows were standouts. The room was a bit musty. Staff were superb. The immediate area on route 28 is tragic, but lovely area areas are a quarter mile the down the road.

My husband & I were very happy with The Holiday Hill Inn & Suites. Very friendly staff & room, property very clean. Close to many things that we enjoy. Pool was wonderful too! We will be back & have already recommended this place to family & friends.

Old school "Motor Court" motel. Big rooms, clean and well maintained. Situated on a fairly busy 2-lane highway. So, not a quaint setting. We would stay there again.

Great location! Clean rooms! Very comfortable..we loved having the ice cream next door and the mini golf was awesome! We couldn't do the bumper cars bc the owners are waiting on something from the town but my husband and son liked the arcade ..though they have older games ..the ice cream was just ok and had ice particles in the scoops (all.of ours) ..we didn't love that ...we were there Fri to sun with our son and they only had 2 towels in the room so we had to ask for me and our room was not cleaned on sat which was disappointing so we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper..overall we would stay again!

The area is quiet compared to other parts of the Cape. There is an overwhelming musty smell immediately upon entering the room. The room was clean, but far from immaculate. Unfortunately for me, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning. My husband alternated between the bed and the stained upholstered chair with ottoman. The A/C worked well but it loud. Noise travels from the room above us as if the people were in the room with us. We didn’t use the pool but it looked decent. Miniature golf was fun and convenient. The arcade appeared fun for kids. Conveniently located on the property is an ice cream stand. I would not stay here again and would definitely not stay here if I was traveling with young children or people with asthma due to the smell. Across the road is the 7 Seas restaurant, which is an excellent place for breakfast.

Our stay was disturbed by noisy neighbors but that can happen anywhere.

This was a great place for a weekend visit to the Cape. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and up to date. I heard that the pool is heated. If I'd known I would have brought a bathing suit! I would definitely stay here again.

The king suite was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. All of the suites are on the second floor with no elevator. The bathroom could use some updating. The plumbing worked but the toilet is low and the sink is quite small.

Staff were so warm and welcoming, a real highlight for the property. The property is on the older side, a little shabby around the edges, but room was generous in size and worked out fine. Would appreciate accessible plug socket by the bed.
