The hotel is old but relatively clean. No elevator and the staff that checked me in smirked when I asked if there was an elevator and he said no stairs. The stairs were old and creaky and I’m in my 60’s. If I did not have my younger daughter with me I would not have been able to bring my things up those stairs. If you have any mobility issues ask for the first floor when booking a room.

We loved to location of the property because it was close to different restaurants, and stores. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The property had ample parking. The only downside was that the breakfast was lackluster. We would definitely recommend.

The only down fall to this property is that there is no elevator. Didnt realize this when I booked. Was traveling with my elderly Mom and she struggles with stairs.

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) I stayed at the Eastbrook Inn in Lancaster, PA. The staff was friendly and the price was affordable, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The breakfast was not good, and the worst part was that my wife got bed bug bites from the mattress, leaving her with skin irritation. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel despite the good attention from the staff.

We arrived to find a used tooth flosser and drink rings on the nightstand that were not cleaned. Additionally the refrigerator was also not cleaned out from the previous customer. The gentleman was at the front desk was quite pleasant. We were trying to save some money by going with this facility over more brand named chains but will not do that again.

Overall it was a great experience! We had a smooth check-in, enough space for our family of 5 (we had 3 double beds in our room) and a clean/comfy room. For the price, it was a good deal.

Room was OK, but minimal features. TV was OK. Complimentary breakfast was a disappointment since it was minimal. Other motels we stayed at offered much more in the selection of items to choose from like waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes. it was right off rt 30, so there was noise from the traffic.

Very hard beds (we even tried changing rooms) and minimal service from the staff. OK on cleanliness but not clean enough. The breakfast is adequate (just cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, juice coffee and tea) but ended too early 8:30! On a 4-day stay the toasters were not fully operational even though the staff knew it. This lack of attention to detail means we won't be back.

If all you're looking for is a clean room at a reasonable price, this was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. BUT... the "breakfast included" was cold cereal and bagels, so we had to go out to get a decent breakfast and spent nearly another $40. The wooden floor overhead creaked with every movement of the occupants, walls were thin and loud "guests" in the next room let every shout through, the wall mounted lamp near the bed flopped and USB didn't work. The shower faucet was loud, that is after we fiddled with it and finally got it to deliver water at all.

I always stay here when I come to Lancaster. Decent room for the price, good location and close to my event and trip home. Management always friendly and helpful and they immediately handle any issues you may have. Very nice postcard perfect view out back and worth it for that, too.

We had a problem getting the television to work, within 30 minutes it was fixed. Seems it was only a loose connection. The gentleman who came to the room to fix it was very friendly and took care of the problem very quickly.

The place and the room were very clean. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room. When we called the desk he came up in less than 5 minutes and replaced it with a new one that worked great

We needed to change rooms upon arrival due to mobility issues and they were very accommodating of our request. Good recommendations for dinner and they allowed us to sit in the breakfast area for a bit to enjoy some wine. Thank you!

We asked to have the room serviced twice, but it never was. They did give us clean towels when we went to the desk. The breakfast area was extremely small, and the food was extremely limited. The fan in the bathroom was terribly loud. They could use brighter light bulbs.

When I visit Lancaster for a day excursion, I stay overnight at Eastbrook Inn. It is close to the shopping outlets and priced reasonably for my budget. Upon arrival, the front desk was very polite and welcoming and accommodated my request for a first-floor room. The only challenge I encountered was the guest over top of my room were noisy and heavy foot walking made it a little difficult to sleep. But you have to take into consideration, the walls are paper thin, Inn needs remodeling, and its a 2 1/2-star hotel.

Great location to Sight & Sound and area attractions. Breakfast coffee, juice, toast, bagels available. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean with refrigerator, nice 4 cup coffee maker, and microwave. Room also had an iron and ironing broad. We needed 1st floor room and they happily accommodated us. I would stay there again.

The staff was great. This is a no frills motel and not a hotel. Continental breakfast meant. Some packaged bagels and English muffins. Cheerios and froated minnie wheats cereal. Thats all. I would prefer 1 step up at least.

The staff was great. This is a no frills motel and not a hotel. Continental breakfast meant. Some packaged bagels and English muffins. Cheerios and froated minnie wheats cereal. Thats all. Very hard beds (we even tried changing rooms) and minimal service from the staff. OK on cleanliness but not clean enough. The breakfast is adequate (just cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, juice coffee and tea) but ended too early 8:30! On a 4-day stay the toasters were not fully operational even though the staff knew it. This lack of attention to detail means we won't be back.

Power outlets near bed not working. Limited breakfast. Toaster not working. Air conditioning in dining area not sufficient for small area. Clean rooms. Sheets clean to much bleach used.

If all you're looking for is a clean room at a reasonable price, this was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. BUT... the "breakfast included" was cold cereal and bagels, so we had to go out to get a decent breakfast and spent nearly another $40. The wooden floor overhead creaked with every movement of the occupants, walls were thin and loud "guests" in the next room let every shout through, the wall mounted lamp near the bed flopped and USB didn't work. The shower faucet was loud, that is after we fiddled with it and finally got it to deliver water at all.

Property was close to my final destination. I didn't enjoy the continental breakfast. There weren't a lot of choices. Also, my room was very clean when I enteresd but the staff did clean it up fairly quickly.

From night time to morning the noise was horrible. People yelling slamming doors.The breakfast was ceral or toast and bagel, coffee tea juice. Might as well not have anything. The owners seemed to live in the hotel but they were very nice.

The young man that greeted us at check in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was clean and well stocked. the Room was newly renovated and clean---the only thing that needed updated was the shower head. the price was great and the motel was conveniently located.

Very clean. A newer motel. Good price. For about an hour around 1 am there was a lot of banging noises that made me feel uncomfortable/unsafe. I never figured out what it was, so it might have been nothing. Outside of that, it was very quiet. No breakfast.

The only thing that bothered us was the bathroom door screeched when opening or closing it. Didn't mind through the day but was disturbing at night if one of us got up to use the bathroom.
