Bathroom sink drained a bit slow and the snack vending machine needs to be fixed but other than that, very comfortable and overall great stay!

The people are great. They have done an amazing job transforming this hotel. We stay each year when we visit my home town and live how much they have accomplished.

The hotel has construction going on, and the building needs updates. Carpet in hall way needs replaceing , and wall paper peeling in the room.

Always a good experience staying there! The upgraded renovation is fantastic! The dressers can use some upgrading but thats not a big deal. Its comfortable and the balcony is an added cozy touch!

Unfortunately, I almost fell off the toilet because the seat was not totally attached! I'm also really tired of staying in places where they give you 2 "bath" that are so small they barely cover your body unless you are a small child! What if you wash your hair? Are you supposed to use a hand towel?? I had specifically asked for a first floor room because we had 2 dogs and I have a difficult time climbing stairs due to 2 total hip surgeries. Of course we ended up on the second floor! When we got there the women who "assigned" us our room also told us there would be $100 security fee! Not a word was mentioned about this when we booked this room. The bathroom sink had a large crack and the lampshade was torn. There also was no way to turn the huge spotlight (by the door entrance)out without turning the TV off. We tried different outlets but nothing worked. The TV screen itself was probably a 32" but the picture was probably 12". I tried everything to try to enlarge it with not luck. You had to be directly in front of it to even read the guide. I felt like I was in the twilight zone! The door stuck so badly that even my husband had a difficult time closing it. You couldn't slam it, you had to push it shut with with brute force! The view from the balcony was nice but I would not set foot on the balcony because it looked like it wouldn't hold any human weight. Cracked cement and the rail looked very unsteady. Overall, NOT a great place to stay

They are currently working on a remodeling their property. They have everything kept away from visitors. The room was very clean and staff very helpful when I couldn't figure out tv (clue dont touch light switches by bed). Yes their marked but I have a habit. Next time I come to town will use them.

the family above me kept making noise all night . I had to change my room. I saw a roach and the room had old dirty furniture. I would never again. I wanted my money back

Disgusting. The entire building smelt like a distinct lack of deodorant and marijuana. Cigarette butts were everywhere, indoors and outside. We checked for bedbugs and luckily there were none present, but the bed sheets were so stiff and uncomfortable that we barely slept. The room literally had stucco falling from the ceiling, and all of the furniture was in terrible shape. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and the shower was nice however. Do not stay here, it’s by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at in some time, and I’ve stayed at some real rat traps. This place is on the Mount Rushmore of roach motels.

The guy that checked me in was super friendly and hospitable. Even offered to help carry our things if needed. It is an old hotel that had been renovated. Everything was clean except the bathroom door. The cleaning service must’ve missed it several times. But everything else was clean. The beds were comfy. The hall way was extremely hot. I would suggest heating and cooling that area. Also, the top lock on the door, the chain lock, was missing. Really needed that for extra security. But overall I am impressed with the staff and the hard work they’ve put in to renovate. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nites and 2days and left the third day. It was very enjoyable and in an area with lots to do. We highly recommend this lovely motel.

Property was not clean at all, garbage all around the property. Room had broken micro, dents an refrigerator. Dirty door and bathroom No towels no toiletries available on the 2nd day. Garbage not removed from room, broken lock in room Very expensive for the type of Ryan’s service.

Please refund my money. We showed up after reading good reviews on your site. It was a hell hole! Filthy with people who apparently live there hanging laundry all over the balconies and children running through the halls. I did not stay and asked the hotel to cancel my reservation. They refused and said I should write to you. I’ve not heard back from you either. Awful.

The place had roaches and smelled like sewer fumes. The bed sheets had hair on them like they hadn’t been changed.

It looked like they were having construction going on on the building also barley had any outlets to plug my phone charger had to plug it in the bathroom outlet.. there beds were super ruff and woke up to back pain both days I was there..

Dirty. Curtains didn’t close all the way. Metal bed springs Berry noisey. No wi-fi. Phone in room didn’t work you could call front desk. Large garbage pile near door to get in to hotel. Door didn’t luck at entrance Towels very rough. Had to give a 100 security deposit. On top of the 40 charge for dog

Very unhappy with maintenance and upkeep of facility. Faucet on bathroom sink not secured to sink, sliding door on balcony lock not working, sheet and bedspread torn, blanket had burn holes, room smelled of smoke, could not set clock on microwave.

Needs to be updated and it was very noisy.

Had a split door between anither room and the people next door where noisy. Couldnt find wifi signal when my room was.

This is a place I would not visit again. A small upcharge will get you a much nicer place. This establishment is well below average and I don't see a path for it to get much better. Beware of surprise charges. I paid in full through Expedia only to find out there were additional charges upon arrival. What seemed like somewhat attractive pricing turned into price gouging very quickly. I could have stay at a Try by Hilton for the same price with a substantially better experience. Lesson learned. I will not make that mistake again. I also have to question using Expedia and their no refund policy to get the best rates. That turned out to be a big mistake.

Place looks like it recently burned in a fire or bomb exploded. Room was filthy, no grout in tile joints just filth, TV was broken, no WiFi and bathroom door wouldn’t open or close. Management chased me down in the parking lot and attempted to extort money from me and may attempt credit card fraud.

The house keeping staff was gone before we checked in so they're was no option for extra pillows or towels. 2 people in pay with 2 pillows and only 2 towels. There was peeling paint on ceiling grid and wet ceiling tiles in shower. Will not be staying there again.

Very nice people, helped me get a quiet room which is very necessary for me.. location is ok, if you aren't overlooking the parking lot.. but a bit run down and dirty. My socks are dark brown after walking around on the floor.. very basic but ok for one night!

The motel was generally clean and in an area that felt safe. It’s pretty run down, but a perfectly ok to spend a night.

Convenient when passing through. Walmart etc

Liked the proximity to the route we travelled. Beds etc ok, someone wrote on bathroom mirror that showed up when mirror fogged from shower. No tissues in the box provided. Staff friendly. Food etc handy to the motel. Picture of hotel not representative of the actual facility.

For $110 you get nothing, no amenities whatsoever. No water, no coffee, no front desk(just a makeshift counter in a hallway). The worst $110 I've spent on a hotel. I stay in hotels about 200 days a year and I consistently stay in $75 hotels that offer more than this place. You'll understamd when you walk through the front door.

Its a room. We didnt have a doorknob on the bathroom so it stayed partially open while using the bathroom. They had cleaning rags for wash cloths. Beds are cheap no outlets on the wall only the two on a lamp. No breakfast. Its a weekly renting place so....its just a bogus over charged dump really
