The room was dirty,room looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in months..no pillows on the bed....the constant smell of dope was sad...elevator always tied up due to kids playing on it...rooms are not quite due to people living at the hotel...front desk lady was cool...this was definitely the worst and last stay at a WoodSpring...

Very disappointed. My first room was clean beds weren't made, second room roaches in refrigerator, hair in the bed. Rooms and hallways smelled. Elevator made load noises, toilet wouldn't flush, i checked out after 9 am waiting for hotel staff to make a compliment no one was on premises to assist me. Very horrible

The property looked very nice from the outside. However, when we got there, there was no one at the reception, I had to dial a number to talk to someone using the phone on the wall. The person who answered seems he was asleep and came down to assist me with my reservation. However, another issue happened, his password was locked and then he had to call one of his friends to assist him. I finally got my 2 card keys, got my staff, and entered the building. Immediately smell marihuana in the hallway. I ignored it and then entered my room. It smelled so humid it was not pleasant. There were no toiletries in the bathroom but one little soap. The next morning, there were people outside my window talking. It was very early so I did not think it was other guests so I assumed it was staff members. Overall the stay was ok for one night but not what I was expecting.

Reception area is decent. Receptionist was quick and offered great service but once you enter those second doors it just smells horrible. I understand it’s an extended stay but the stank is bad. First off the the customer service to say housekeeping doesn’t come until every 14 days to clean the room, then there was blood in the bed and on the floor in the room and roach in the room this wasn’t a great place to stay.

The room had bottles from a previous guest in the bathroom with urine in it and left there. The towels had pubic hair and stains and the shower had hairs all over the walls. The refrigerator was not working. Will never stay again here. Also when you request sheets due to the one being there dirty they say they can’t provide any news one.

Staff are amazing, room size and amenities are good. Only thing is the entire kitchen and bath area including cabinets above and under the sink and refrigerator as well as bathroom is full of black mild. I bought mild products and bleach to clean it myself in room 103

Toilet was not working in Room 315. Too many people hanging around the entry of the hotel all day. The guest service is unavailable at 10PM - 8AM. The tv remote was not available and we were unable to watch the tv because there was no service, up or down buttons on the to change the station.

Had originally booked a room with a king sized bed. When we showed up to check in, we were told they were over booked and there was only one room available, but had not been cleaned as no housekeeping was available. The clerk had us wait approximately 40 minutes so that he could clean the room. When we entered the room, there was only a double bed. Was a place to lay our head, but will not book again.

The hotel smelled like smoke, the sheets clearly weren’t changed. Booked from Saturday -Sunday called to confirm I can arrive anytime to check in Sunday she said yes they supposedly have 24/7staff if not to call and someone will be there in an hour I arrived at 4 am no one was there called for 1 hour all my meals that were peppered for the week went to trash. Slept in the car while I had a whole hotel PAID for. No smart Tv. Overall I guess you get what u pay for.

The front desk attendant left & I could not check in. I was informed he left the property by his friend in the lobby (who was very h!gh). I had to find another hotel room at 2am and it’s been 2 weeks Expedia the property have yet to resolve this and issue my refund. This place is trash 10/10 don’t recommend !

First and last time I'll stay here. Booked online had to wait almost an hour to get room key and to top it off was given a room that was already occupied 😕 it finally was resolved and in a room.. One night stay only!

I went to check in, and couldn't find the staff. When he gave me the key, the room was atrocious. Beds were unmade. Bathroom was filthy, refrigerator was full of rotting food, and bugs. Front desk clerk got very defensive and rude. On top of it all, he refused to refund my money because of third-party reservation thru Expedia. Now, I'm stuck with over $700 in charges. If I could post pictures here, I would. That is not a hotel. It seemed to house transients and low income people. Expedia...this should not be advertised where travelers are looking for a nice, clean place to stay.

What make this place so special is the young guys working there. The manager lady not so much but everyone else was fantastic. We were there for a week and hated leaving the staff they made our stay fantastic.

My stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entry door was very difficult to operate especially when your hands are full. The entry card had to be jiggled numerous times in order for it to be recognized. There was sewage smell outside, but did not penetrate the building. I was satisfied.

My stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entry door was very difficult to operate especially when your hands are full. The entry card had to be jiggled numerous times in order for it to be recognized. There was sewage smell outside, but did not penetrate the building. I was satisfied.

If you are on vacation and want an actual hotel with a lobby do NOT stay here. This is the only hotel I have ever been to without a lobby. I originally booked for 4 nights. After the second day i saw a roach, a man was in the hallway yelling on his phone and people were outside in lawn chairs partying in the parking lot. I left and went to an actual hotel.

The road construction is an issue. It is not the hotels fault. Future travelers need to allow time to get in and out of the property. Great management and friendly staff.

A lot of people loitering outside. The room smelt like smoke and there were roaches on the ac unit, in the toilet and crawling around in the restroom. Do not recommend staying at this hotel!!!!

The room was clean, large and quiet. The staff was busy but helpful. Buckees Sams Club and the Outlet mall are 5 minutes away.

Great front desk experience. Room was clean with fresh linen. The area was quiet and parking was easy. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was also nice with many options.

The room was great it the WiFi was spotty… it could have been due to weather there was no cable in the room being that the wire was gone… I mentioned to front desk and she said we could change rooms. We stayed 2 days. I thought they would have fixed the cable the next time and they didn’t.

You get what you pay for. It is outdated but considering we only needed one night it was decent. If I was staying long term it would not be my choice. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful.

Si vas en días festivos te siguieron llamar un día antes para checar si van a estar en recepción ya que el 4 de julio estaba cerrado decía que llamaras a un num y cuando hablabas no funcionaba y si quieres toallas o otra cosa solo hasta las 10 pm pueden Ayudarte porque cierran todo

I arrived to “we don’t have a room available” I had booked this weeks in advance. Walking in it smelled like cigarettes and filth. The staff was not very friendly, did not greet us upon arrival and didn’t try to help us. Person, I believe the one in charge said “I tried to call you, but there was no number” hmm how did you try to call if there was no number. Must have been a blessing in disguise because I can’t imagine the rooms were any better.
