WoodSpring Suites Chesapeake-Norfolk South

I was really nervous in regards to staying at a hotel as I'm going through some tough times & was embarrassed when I showed up at the front desk. The management includingJoan, Jessica & Reena are the most caring, kind, helpful, & personable people that I've ever met. I'm so thankful for them!! The hotel is amazing as well if you're looking for privacy, security, cleanliness, and a great deal for sure.

Amazing all around

The only good thing I can say is that there was hot water for a shower.

We went in and looked around and left. The walls had like bullet holes in them with duck tape over the holes, there were no towels, the tub was filthy the place had an awful smell and there were roaches and spiders in the draws. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME!

Room was clean but the whole hotel needs to be brought into the 21st century. Front desk looks like an old post office window.
