Das Hotel liegt ideal in Prag, um von hier aus die Stadt zu erkunden. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber, aber leider in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Wenn man also nur ein sauberes Bett braucht, ist es in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist, wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, nicht wirklich umfangreich und man sollte lieber in den umliegenden Cafés frühstücken.

Only a couple of issues. Had to be moved as heating and hot water not working on second floor. Ground floor room better but temperature difficult to control. Mattress very firm but not too uncomfortable. Good breakfast with plenty of choice was very helpful. Very convenient for public transport.

The hotel has a great location in a quiet area retracted from the city centre but still within walking distance - otherwise the Náměstí Míru subway is very close. The hotel is of older date with limited facilities - however seems slighty renovated. The room was unbearable hot even with the window open and the beds were quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good compared to what was expected. The staff in the reception did not appear very welcoming.

Good location, walking distance from the main train station. The hotel is old but in good condition. Breakfast was good and the price was excellent. There was nothing to complain about.

The 24hr reception made me feel safe and lift was convenient to get to the rooms. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. I requested a towel change by putting my towel on the floor as instructed as there was some orange staining on the border of the towel, when I returned, I had a towel on the rack which I assumed was new but was the exact same with the orange staining I had originally wanted the replacement for. This was disappointing. Everything else was clean and well kept and it was a comfortable stay.

This is a small hotel with basic amenities. There was no coffee or kettle in the rooms, but we did find out just before the end of our stay that there was a kettle and instant coffee/tea in the common room. Communicating that when we asked would have been helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was a little disturbed to find small ants exploring near the walls.

Der erste Eindruck war so lala. Als wir die Eingangstür des Hotels öffneten kam uns ein übel riechender Geruch entgegen. Es roch modrig und feucht/muffig. Die Größe des Zimmers war gut, aber hier sollte dennoch etwas Geld in die Hand genommen werden, um jegliche Mängel zu beseitigen. Risse in den Wänden waren erkennbar, einige Fliesen im Badezimmer waren locker. Überhaupt waren viele Wände sehr dreckig. Mein Sohn lag zb. auf einem Bett, welches durchgebrochen war und behelfsmäßig mit einem Winkel verstärkt worden ist. Wir hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon in Richtung Innenhof, dieser war jedoch dreckig und mit Taubenkot bedeckt. Das Frühstück gab es im Keller. An sich cool gemacht, aber auch hier war der Geruch wie im Eingangsbereich präsent. Die Sitzplätze sind sehr gering, das Frühstücksbuffet war ein wenig enttäuschend. Hier finden wahrscheinlich eher Leute etwas für sich heraus, die gerne "süßes" Frühstück essen. Als Basics gab es zwar auch Brot und Brötchen, aber als Belag waren nur Käse und eine Sorte Wurst vorhanden. Es gab gekochte Eier und Würstchen. Der Rest Süßkram. Schade das wir nicht vorher nicht die Bewertungen gelesen haben (weil spontan), sonst hätten wir nicht unser Geld hier gelassen. Auch das Feedback des Hotels (Inhabers?) ist sehr unverschämt. Sehr kritikunfähig/kundenunfreudlich.

Hotel in zona residenziale, comoda ai servizi. La struttura è un po datata ma nel complesso confortevole. Colazione abbondante La camera al nostro arrivo era pulita ma durante il soggiorno si sono limitati a risistemare i letti. Esperienza nel complesso positiva

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per il rapporto prezzo/offerta. Camere molto pulite e abbastanza moderne. Posizione ideale. Colazione ok anche se in una sezione un po’ buia. Unica nota negativa lo staff della reception, poco gentile e comunicativo.

Pulizia camera inesistente , ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare gli asciugamani ( anche se lo avevo lasciato per terra come di solito si segnala la rischiesta per il cambio asciugamani ). Coperte e lenzuola “ piene “ di macchie ….. Robba da pensione , no da albergo 4 stelle . Unica nota positiva la colazione .

⚠️‼️⚠️‼️DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE⚠️‼️⚠️ All the negative reviews are true and I can’t stress this enough do not book a room for your own sake. This place is an absolute landlord special with walls that are half painted in different colours or holes that have just been painted over. Everything is damaged or is unclean especially when it came to the bed (If you can call it that). The bed which is about as thick as two pieces of paper towel had two flat pillows and very unclean bed sheets that where ripped in multiple places and unidentified stains that could have been blood or other unidentified bodily fluids. Then when requesting new sheets and a lightbulb from the front desk I was told he didn’t have access to any of the new laundry as he didn’t have the key and the reason for the stain was probably a leak in the pipes which supposedly happens in EVERY room. However of course he was nice enough to change out the lightbulb that was flickering like the horror film it was and while doing that proceeded to dump the sheer amount of dust that was in the lampshade all over the bed. We went looking for any other hotels in the area and after finding one we quickly got our stuff before asking for a refund I was told he would give me half back as we had already stayed for“half the stay” which is outrageous considering the condition of the room. He then proceeded to tell me that as we had booked online we had to take it up with them as it was not his problem. Do not stay at the Trevi Hotel.

Struttura complessivamente di buon livello per le parti comuni, silenziosa, pur essendo in posizione centrale e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. La camera data era sufficientemente spaziosa. anche il bagno era comodo. La pulizia quotidiana e il riordino devono essere più accurati.

The room was very dated with just the bed and an old table and chair. Shower base was cracked and looked like it had been hastily repaired and there was a non descript plastic container on the shower floor which I assumed contained shampoo or shower gel. Bed sheets were flimsy, and the spare sheet had an awful large stain on it that I dread to think what caused it. If you need a quick, cheap overnight stay with somewhere to get your head down then it should be ok.

In general it was not a bad choice for the price. poor cleanliness, the blankets had so many stains on them and didn’t look clean at all.

Terrible, first, had a room in the attic, bed facing so close to the ceiling, mattress almost on the floor. Transfered to another room with a very poor and uncomfortable mattress with bugs, awful pillows, falling apart, old sheets, same the towels with stains. Privacy zero, one day, coming back and ready for take a nap, i found painters in my rooms, without previous notice. Breakfast with expired yogurts and old bread and pastries. Not manager or supervisor around for complaint, nobody answered the phone either. Avoid this "hotel", half star is a very generous evaluation.

Great location and multiple connections (subway, tram) around the city. Despite the busy surroundings my room was actually very quiet. Hotel´s premises were tidy and the breakfast was adequate.

Son antipáticos, secos y sin nada de ganas

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, a menos de 5 minutos caminando de una estación de metro. Hay varias cosas alrededor como restaurantes, bares, mini super etc. El desayuno está bueno y el cuarto también es agradable. La única cosa negativa que puedo decir es que no hay personal en la recepción las 24 hrs. Nosotros llegamos en la noche y no fue nada claro lo que teníamos que hacer para el check-in. Tuve que llamar al teléfono del hotel para que me dijeran dónde encontrar la llave pero me pareció muy poco profesional ese punto. Sobre todo porque no había ninguna advertencia al hacer la reservación.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, a menos de 5 minutos caminando de una estación de metro. I giolt a special price for this hotel, so the relation between price and quality was ok, let's say medium. Room was old with detached floorboards. Breakfats was very standard style every day. Coffee was bad.
