We checked in and went to the room. I sat in the office chair at the desk and fell over. The chair only had four out of five wheels. Went to the office and requested a different chair, had to walk with the clerk to another room to get another chair. Went back to the room and noticed the floor was damp and slimy causing a slipping hazard. I went back to the front office and requested another room because the AC in our room was not working. The original room should have been in good order prior to us checking in, we were less than impressed with their quality control. On our last day as we were walking to breakfast through the pool area, my wife tripped over a wooden cover at the pool, it was sticking up two inches and had broken boards. My wife fell flat on her face on the concrete injuring her ribs. I told the front office about it and they said they new about it and blamed it on the kids at the pool jumping on it. I told them from a safety aspect that they should block the area off until appropriate repairs could be performed by maintenance. Overall condition of the hotel was in poor repair. We will not stay at this hotel again and am now concerned about staying at an Wyndam owned properties. Worst hotel experience of my life.

It would be nice, and possibly necessary, to install dehumidifiers in all rooms. It seems that AC just can’t cut humidity on the coast. So the AC ends up blowing cool air but it’s uncomfortably humid. So everything metal in the room will rust.

The room was very clean except for the lamp and the coffee pot on the table they were rotted they looked tacky im sure it doesnt cost much to replace,also the bed platform was very cheap. But hey you get what you pay for right. And the smell of marijuana outside my door was amazing 👏

The location and price of the hotel were great. Cleaning of the rooms could be better. We found old liquor bottles jammed into the tissue spot, our shower was not clean. Hair ties and hair from previous guest were left in the shower. I had two separate rooms one had ac issues. No one at front desk to address the issue. Breakfast option could use some help. It was less than basic.
