The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom had a lot of room. The room was really small though! Good spot to lay your head for a night while passing through. They had an outdoor pool, gym, and indoor hot tub, and it’s in a good location for getting food close by.

Overall wonderful experience, rooms was spotless, free daily breakfast and 24 hour coffee, friendly helpful staff, located across from Kirkwood Mall, microwave and mini fridge, reasonable rates, check in and out was seamless, low cost airport shuttle, stayed here twice and would stay again when in Bismarck

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Everspring. Next time we’d plan to stay longer. Staff were friendly and kind. Hot breakfast was delicious! Cucumber water and coffee available 24/7. The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean, warm and stocked with water toys and lots of towels and lounging chairs. It was truly fun and relaxing! In our room the beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The microwave and fridge were appreciated. The bathroom was spotless and well stocked with soaps, hair products and nice towels. We enjoyed the quiet room and restful stay that felt like home. Great price for all that was offered here. We’ll be back!!

Bed is very comfy. Pillows were good. Plenty of hot water and water pressure even on the fifth floor. Towels are small but there was an extra so I just used two. Room is a good size with a comfy chair. Hot tub was extra large and just the right temperature. Pool looked clean. Plenty of pool towels. Breakfast area looked good. Handicap parking was minimal no handicap access to hot tub.

The room was not clean - the toilet in the bathroom had urine stains around the base, there was “what looked like mold” in the corner of the shower. When I walked in the room, there were three spots on the carpet which were bright red - was not a good thing to see. The check in staff was very nice - check out staff was too busy chatting on the phone to even assist, so I just dropped my key on the counter.

I would not recommend this hotel. We got to our room and there were crumbs on the floor, a sunflower seed and a tag from someone's clothing. We pulled back the sheets and both beds had black hair in them. No exaggeration, at least 10 separate hairs in each bed. There was dirt on the floor in the bathroom as well, and splatter on the mirror. We do not think the room was cleaned from the person before. They just put in fresh towels and that's it. The table even had water spots on it from the prior guests drinks. We only stayed in the room to sleep and used our own blankets. We will not stay here again.

Our room was not cleaned with hair and dirt all over the bathroom, one leg of the bed was broken and bed was tilted. Door hinge on bottom of food was missing and door wouldn't open/close properly. When going to bed pulled back sheets too see large yellow urine stain gross! Had to go get new bedding and make bed myself. When told about the damage no offer to Move rooms or fix issues or even clean the bathroom. Was the worst hotel I have stayed in. No attempt to fix issues or offer refund. Don't stay here

Upon check in..i thought the room was fine..but upon further inspection. There was cheerios on the floor, an earning in the sheets and the bedding was damp. I packed my bags and drove home 3 hours instead of staying here. I was very upset. My boss had a good experience here and suggested this place. It turned out to be a pretty terrible experience.

Room was small and dark. Because the TV was right in front of the window you couldn't open the drapes while watching the TV. Knob to control the refrigerator was broken, no coffe machine, and bathtub was very slippery. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The a/c didn’t work in our room , it was over 85 outside and close to that in our room, not even a breeze outside to help, we melted the first night, talked to a different person at the front desk the second day and was moved to another room where it did work, better night day 2.

Carpets need some shampooing, a bit on the sticky side, but what caught my eye the most was the greasy hand prints on the headboard of the bead, the public looking toilet with normal toilet seat, a tv remote from the 80's that only worked at the edge of the bed, no fan in the bathroom, and the noisy traffic outside on the main street. Otherwise it worked for what I needed and it felt safe enough to stay the night. So I can't give it too bad of a review. At least the sheets and towels were clean and the check in crew were friendly, the guy in the morning when I said I'm checking out he just looked at me and said ok while he sat there and then I asked should I leave my keys here on the the desk and he said ok. I guess he didn't want to get up from his chair to take the room key from me???

Mostly this place was fine. It was very quiet for us and the beds were clean and comfy. However, the water temp in the showers was not great. I think it cold was was broken and the hot was slow to heat up, so the shower started lukewarm and then progressed to scalding over 10 minutes.

The property itself was clean & quiet - the amenities were very good. My only feedback would be geared toward the staff at the front desk and how they interact with the guests - our flight home was delayed & we politely went to inquire about the possibility of a later check out time, even an hour or two would have sufficed. Instead of being courteous and maybe offering use of other amenities on the property because there was an influx of checkins coming that day and they really needed to turn the rooms over - we got "ha, no - its the "busiest check in day of the year, not happening." I just felt that was a rude way to respond to the request & it could have/should have been handled more professionally. I felt it was very off-putting & I personally will choose another chain now go forward.

The staff was so mind blowingly rude to my handicapped daughter ,it brought tears to my soul .i would never recomend this property to a enemy, i literally ened up sleepin in my car with my 3 kids because daughter would not go inside!

My license had my old address from when i used to live in bismarck (now live in minot and have to come back for doctors appointments occasionally and there is a storm overnight) and the front desk lady was very rude saying no locals allowed here and they would allow it one time but no more and when i tried to explain that i don’t live here, she wouldn’t listen and had a very bad attitude repeating what she said before. She was training and was very rude to not only me but the trainee by cutting her off and talking over her.

Ladies at the front desk were so polite and helpful. At check-in, the desk attendant was a man wearing a dirty baseball cap and he was very rude. Other than him, it is a wonderful place to stay and I was able to leave my vehicle there for 5 days. Breakfast was dry and desperately needed gravy. Shuttle to airport was prompt and friendly.

This property is right across the street from the main shopping mall in Bismarck and a great Restaurant. Its easy walking distance. They have a very nice continental breakfast with great coffee. Very friendly staff!

I would not recommend this hotel. The surrounding area was dirty and full of litter and debris, the carpets were old and dirty, breakfast was pathetic. They ran out of everything over and over including cups, plates, food, etc.

The staff was very friendly and fun. they made our stay very enjoyable. the waffle bar was very good. fresh fruit was delicious. the bacon was not very good and the eggs were cold but other than that it was great.

This property is right across from the mall and dining options. The had the best complimentary breakfast I've had in years. Real eggs cooked individually fried hard and boiled, Good full bodied coffee, bagels, sausage, bacon, and home fries. The property is a bit dated. But it's well maintained and clean with a friendly staff. I'd stay here again if I fly back into Bismarck or road trip through one day to Sturgis.

We were pleasantly greeted and checked in quickly. There was a little mix up with us having a pet and booking a pet room yet they were over booked in the pet rooms. Breakfast was one of the best that I’ve had. They have a complete waffle bar, eggs were delicious, and even had a breakfast burrito bar too.

The place felt dirty right when we walked in, the bathtub finish was peeling, the fire alarm was beeping until we disconnected it, the shower curtain was broken and when we asked for the fireplace to be lit outside, the staff was willing to come but couldn’t get it going. The place just needed upgrading. The breakfast was fine

I was forced to sleep in an room that was not cleaned after previous guest the night before, with no AC as the staff forgot to clean the room before i got back to the hotel. They bo other vacant rooms and hotels arpund town are fully booked. Except for 1 lady who was at the desk that night the rest of the staff were nonchalant the next morning. I asked foe a refund the hotel sraff said yes only to find out that they refused to give the refund. Horrible staff and manager that weekend of the Aug.21st. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

There were signs everywhere about how great their coffee was however, they didn’t have any. But, you wouldn’t know that because there were no signs on the coffee bar. Instead you have customers walking around looking confused and the staff lady working the breakfast bar could not be bothered! When I asked about the coffee, she spoke to me as if I should have already known there was no coffee. I told her to put a sign up if she was that bothered to keep telling people! Property has homeless people hanging around outside. The room we were put in was loud due to AC and the wall stained with a water leak. Towels were not that clean.
