Det fanns mycket att tillägga vad gäller underhåll. I princip allt var trasigt och det verkar som om det varit så länge och att ingen bryr sig. Men vi njöt av storleken och utsikten samt det perfekta läget.

It was dirty, dusty, and lots of things was not done. The TV is not plugged in (the wire was not long enough either). The dishwasher stinks of very old dirty water. The fridge and the freezer are not working(if you are staying for a longer time thinking you can you them). There's no internet. There's a dryer but no washer. There's constant alarm from the front door down stairs that you also can hear from the bedroom. But the bed is pretty comfortable. And from the Hotels.com's side... The apartment with balcony is not available. I booked it but i hot the other apartment.

Erg vies appartement, vloer plakte overal en de kinderen hadden na 30 seconden al vieze zwarte voeten. Gelijk gemeld bij service center maar ze hebben t niet opgelost. Verder zat in de vriezer een vieze laag ijs waar ze op de noordpool u tegen zeggen. Ook wilde een raam niet dicht, niet fijn met kleine kinderen op die hoogte. En bij verlaten was lift ook nog eens kapot wat een uur heeft gekost om alles op ee trappen naar beneden te krijgen. Dus afrader! Was alles dan slecht? Nee de grote van het appartement was geweldog evenals de locatie dicht bij het centrum, de winkels en de zoo!

Please cancel any bookings you have here Pro: • Location • Big space and nice terrace Against: • Front door to building is broken and replaced with dodgy door and plywood frame which is constantly open. The broken front door has a constant alarm. • Lift is broken to ground floor. It’s works intermittently and is often full of waste. • Hallways smell as is used for storage for dirty bedding and are used for storing waste for the Fast food burger place next door (5 Guys) who use the same lift and stairwell. E.g. lift was unusable for hours as it was full of large smelly bins • Hallway floors are wet. Smell is a mixture of fast food waste, homeless people and sewage. Hallways blocked with cages for bedding and food waste • Stairways are unlit. Lights have been torn out from the ceiling, presumably to allow the homeless to sleep in the dark. • Homeless people sleep in the lift lobby at night • There is a hole in the front door of the apartment stuffed with a plastic bag • The windows are broken or don’t lock making the place both hot and insecure. The bedroom has no opening windows (window is screwed shut) and is floor to ceiling glass, so is very hot. • There are mosquitos and bugs everywhere. Had to visit the pharmacy twice for numerous bug bites. Praying it’s the bugs I can see and not bed bugs. • Representatives of the property do nothing (look at reviews here and on other sites- these are long standing issues).

Please stay away from this property it was disgusting and dangerous even the fire alarms was ripped of the walls and not to mention bugs in the cutlery draws ,rotten food in the fridge etc.etc
