Darren met us at the door and he was so friendly and helpful. Took us to our room. Lovely room. parking outside Breakfast was full scottish breakfast. would stay again.

Had a lovely stay! Breakfast was Amazing! Hosts were very welcoming and friendly! Fantastic place to stay, will definitely return and recommend it to all!!

Darren was an excellent host. Broughty Ferry is a good location for local shops and eateries close to Dundee. Ashley House is how all guest houses should be.

Super-friendly greeting on arrival, good local knowledge for places to eat and drink in the evening, and kind arrangements for early breakfast due to onward ravel plans. Great wi-fi connection throughout as well!
