Only took 15 minutes to get to the beach from here . Lots of stores and restaurants near the hotel which was awesome. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was clean and up to date. The pool was as pictured too. The only bad part of about the stay they wouldn’t give any extra towels or toilet paper .

Undergoing massive renovation.....construction and workers omnipresent. The pool is the only clean/serviced area. Filthy halls...dirty windows....and loud noise. Staff doing their best in rough environment.

No microwaves in rooms! However access for microwave in lobby or bring your own. Pool is well kept and accessible! Staff is amazing, courteous and friendly!

Pool close early should be 24 hours in this summer

Easy to get to. Didn't have any problems with cleanliness. Our room did not come with any shower supplies, and the elevator was slow and sketchy. Other than that we had no issues. Worth the price I would say.

Its pet friendly! The pool is great too! Close to grocery stores.

It had a swimming pool and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, etc).

I checked in and left immediately. The lobby smelled of POT and my room had damage and repair supplies. The whole hotels was under construction. Just didn’t seem safe with little ones.

Didnt like that the elevator was out of service!!!

Filthy, Cockroaches and Noisy. It is best place to ruin your holiday Don't trust those pictures. The actual place is garbage

The rooms are just nasty. I had to buy my own sheets and cleaning supplies. It do not look like the picture.

Bed was dirty upon arrival. New room was given. New room was worse no blankets at all on the beds (2 am arrival), toilet ran all night, room smelled like a wet basement and cigarettes (non-smoking room). Floors were covered in dirt and the shower was never wiped down from last guest.

My sheet was on top of the blanket. The floors, bathroom and walls were disgusting. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The building is in really bad shape. The water also didn’t wash the soap out of my hair.

Room was very dirty feeling. Pillows stained. Very few Bath linens. Room smelled like mildew. floors dirty. Pictures and website very deceiving.

Traffic noise from the highway. Shower didn’t work. Dirty floors

Moldy rooms, violently moldy heating units. Insanely loud fan in the bathroom that will not turn off. No hot water at all. Filthy rooms, could be worse... water barely works and everything in the bathroom is jiggling around.

Room smelled moldy as can be. Room was filthy. This place was so bad even the bed bugs wouldn't stay here.

Sheets and towels had stains on them, the smell of the room was funky like mildew and pet smell (maybe a dog) the bathroom tub had mold inside of the shower. Air conditioner buttons broke off couldn’t turn off the air, the room held moisture causing it to be slippery. (That was a hazard) overall i wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this place to anyone visiting Virginia Beach.

We stayed here for the economy and because it was so close to the Sandler Center where we were attending a concert. At first I was disappointed with the room that and there was no chair. Then we decided for the price and the convenience we could do without a chair. I did hate the lighting fixtures. But I would probably come back here for the price and the convenience and it was absolutely clean!

The sheets were wet had to dry them with a hairdryer ended up changing rooms then the noise from above was terrible

Best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Hotel room itself was clean, modern, and spacious. Bathroom was a little old and water pressure wasn't the greatest, but overall for the low price I paid compared to other hotels in the area, it was worth it. Staff was also super nice! One downside is that the beds don't come with warm blankets (just sheets basically) so if you get cold at night, I suggest bringing your own.

Good spur of the moment spot. Close to food and shopping. About 15-20 away from ocean front. All the non smoking rooms are on the 3rd floor. We were rarely there but when we were it was ok. Just ok.

Best value around the area. Staff very friendly. Room was clean but like a lot of hotels in Virginia Beach its old and outdated. No carpet in room. Wood or Engineered flooring which honestly is best. Did a clean test in floor with wet spot and clean rag. Test passed as floor was indeed clean. I will definitely stay here in future

The front desk staff was rude. I politely asked for a pillow and towel, but she raised her voice at me instead of helping.

my check in was at 3:00 but was not able to check in till almost 6:oo that evening, i will not stay there again.

Ms. Sam at front desk was very helpful and professional .

First, no shampoo. Second, vanity light was gone and there maintenance works 9-5 like office staff!! So if you need them after hours you’re on your own. And the receptionist was strangely smug when he said “why we would have maintenance staff at 8 am!!”.. Like he programmed light bulbs and plumbing to not break after hours.. hospitality industry in USA is a joke..

Arrived after 4 along with multiple other customers and rooms were still not ready. Was given the room wrong 3 times. Only to finally settle on one king bed for 3 ppl. Wash clothes &towels were dirty, we literally slept on top of the made bed. If there were any other hotels that had openings I would have packed up and asked for a refund. Front staff was nice but it was a huge disappointment to be on vacation and not be comfortable. Only way we made it work was because I was literally using it to sleep and woke up early and left

The girl who checked us in was less than inviting. Seemed like I was disrupting her from talking to other people that were in the lobby. But on the bright side, they did not charge a deposit or fees for having two small chihuahuas. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. First night there was no issue, but the second night the people next door kept us up all night with banging, screaming, and kids horse playing past midnight. Had to call the office twice because it felt like they kept banging and I was feeling it in my bed. Second time I called I think it was the manager who came up and told them to quiet down so I was thankful that he did that. They either quieted down or I passed from exhaustion. You can definitely tell multiple guests actually live there, not sure if that’s who was keeping us awake but they were in room 230. Despite the rowdy neighbors, I’d still stay here again because of the no fees for dogs.

Staff was awesome and general manager was able to get us two rooms together and thank y'all. Room was clean and service was good.

My stay was relaxing and comfortable. The staff at this location are amazing. They are the best. Samantha and Jamal especially, they did everything in their power to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys, keep up the amazing job!!

My daughter left her purse there. I called and they had found it, held it and I was able to get a local friend to come and pick it up. I often lose hope in humanity, but the staff here came through. Hat tip to Jammal for communicating back with me so fast and taking care of this. very happy!

My go to staycation spot. Just to get away. Walkable acess to 7eleven walmart and town center !!

The hotel has potential but it is dirty and noisy. The floor of the hotel room was sticky and dirty and i didn’t trust walking around barefoot. It was overpriced for how dirty and noisy it was. I was afraid they might have bed bugs. Surprisingly i did not see any bugs. They don’t require a deposit like most hotels so for this reason they attract an interesting crowd. No pet fees was a plus. (I had one pet) They do have a small refrigerator in room but no microwave. Spacious room size. Very close to a loud highway. People in surrounding rooms were making noise all night. (Sounded like domestic disputes) People walking around all hours of the night. I smelled weed everywhere even though they claim to be a smoke free hotel. Saw signs for human trafficking in lobby and Signs in room to lock up for safety security, Red flags! Bathroom had someone else’s hair all over the floor from a prior stay. Random people seemed to be parked in the parking lot (not monitored) top floor air conditioning had vent pipes coming out of building wall that stuck out and leak all over the sidewalk on the ground floor below. Constantly leaking water and it leaked onto my stuff when I was getting my things from my car, Very disgusting! Elevators and walkways were dirty. Not worth the money paid. If u have pets and don’t have a credit card to pay a deposit and don’t require a clean room, then this place might just be for you. If not, there is much better options for 20$ more dollars a night elsewhere.

There were druggies all over the property. Very unsafe. Always smelled like weed. Always hearing noises outside. Not family friendly or kid friendly at all. The room was clean the first day, no one came from housekeeping after that for two days. Everything seems old and scary and broken into. Highly do not recommend.

What was unique about this property is that it's a short driving distance to dinning and shopping plaza.

There were no shampoo and conditioner, toilet seat was broken, very small bathroom, no breakfast, no tea or coffee, no iron or hair dryer. It was the worst I ever stayed. I will never go there again.

I never like to give a negative review but I have to be sincere. Every time we went out when we came back our keys never work so we had to stop by the reception every single day. Staff was nice but the property was not like in the pictures. I have stayed at other places during my travels and this property didn’t have a coffee machine, hair drier or iron. Didn’t even have drawers or hangers to put our belongings. The place was convenient because it was closed to the places we needed to be. The staff was nice. I will not stay here again.

since when do you have to pay up front when you check-in. The lady at the account was rude when I asked about it. there was only one chair in the room for four people. No normal welcome goodies, coffee, shampoo, cream risen, ect. or paper literature. just not very welcoming. The ice machine didn't work. The water pressure was very low and little hot water. There was a ceiling water leak stain and on the third night it rain hard we woke up to a puddle of water next to the frig. the room wasn't cleaned but one day. we had to ask for towels and when we did they didn't have any. It's the little things that make the stay nice when your at a hotel.
