Lompoc Valley Inn and Suites

Mycket bra frukost och mycket gott kaffe vilket brukar vara dåligt på amerikanska motell. Bra parkering men motellet är slitet och lite nergånget. Behöver en renovering.

Key cards did not work our entire stay. Had to get new cards a few times every single day. Mattresses are uncomfortable the need to be replaced. Shower water difficult to turn on and off. Elevators are broken. Jacuzzi broken and empty. That’s 5 issues. Too many deal with when you are supposed to be relaxing on a vacation.

Old building; wood rot, termite damage, (bridge between buildings was closed because of this); one elevator out of service, the other one we rode once after we felt it very unstable and shaky; door handle to our room was broken, but at least it stayed locked; extra door latch was broken; tiles in the bathroom were broken; bed and pillows were super uncomfortable; found a long black hair in the bathroom the first time I went to use it (definitely wasn't mine)

Room was as pictured and described. Always clean and kept up. My room was provided with clean linen every day of my stay as well as supplies I did not need to ask for anything. Staff I interacted with were very friendly

Room was ok. It was a bit run down. Tile in the bathroom was broken, tile would lift when stepped on. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special eggs, paper thin bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bread and waffles. Location was quiet. Pool was dirty! It is a little over priced for what you get.
