We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable. Keith gave us a good intro talk and then left us to it. The breakfasts were also fine. There are three parking spaces (one is a bit short) at the front of the building and some at the rear.

Off road parking in quiet area. 20 minutes walk to harbour area. Lots of pubs, fish and chips shops among wide streets and narrow streets on a grid pattern. Hotel near seafront but not visible. Frequent bus service along seafront to local villages and Dorchester.

Lovely stay not far from the beach. Nice and quiet and breakfast was delicious 😋 The en suite was a bit small so prob not ideal for really tall people but did the job. Plenty of off road parking which is a must when visiting Weymouth.

Situated 10 mins from the Town centre it’s a Great b&b with excellent people that run it. Free parking is available and the Breakfast was exactly how you would want it - and more. I would recommend this to anyone and many thanks for making our stay in Weymouth that much better.

Spent a long weekend at this property and we had a great time. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good advice on where to visit locally and the easiest way to get into Yarmouth which was only a few minutes walk. Good breakfast and the room was nice and comfortable with plenty of space. Free parking unlike some other establishments. Would highly recommend.

Great find,close to the beach and 20mins to the harbour. Spotlessly clean and nice decor and owners were very nice. Cooked English breakfast , cereals, juice and toast plenty to keep you going all day. Parking outside was a definite plus. Would definitely stay again to explore more of the area.

We stayed at The Stanley Guest House from Monday to Wednesday, as a base to tour the area and to travel on the Waverley Paddle Steamer. The guest house stay was excellent, the host was friendly and helpful, the food superb,and our room was spotlessly clean. If you're staying in Weymouth this is your ideal base, and even the parking was free!!

Really enjoyable two night stay at this traditional homely well organised B & B! We booked the smallest double room which was comfy, clean and well equipped. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The hosts Keith and Carol were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Excellent full English breakfast! Don't be fooled by the map. Only 5 mins walk to the front. 15 mins into the main town. We shall return.

Had a lovely stay. Very welcoming hosts. Very friendly with a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble. Only thing I would say is that our towels were looking a little tired ! Possibly need replacing ? Wasn't an issue. Just my opinion. Lovely home cooked breakfast. Plenty of it ! Will certainly be coming back. Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was everything perfect.

Presentation of the guest house was superb, all decorated very recently by appearance. Bedding & furnishings very clean and well presented with a lot of thought going into colour coordination. Large bathroom with sizeable shower compartment, clean & well finished. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Excellent breakfasts offered & served by friendly hosts.

The guest house was welcoming and very clean. Plenty of choices for breakfast from cereal to full English, scrambled eggs were light, tasty and fluffy. The room itself(ground) was very comfortable and cosy with plenty of wall sockets. Hairdryer if needed. Yes/coffee supplied and topped up in room. The B&B is in a good position quiet not too far from the front but also not to near. Had two very good nights sleep. Did visit the park pub at the bottom of the road but was not impressed by the really bad smell as you entered( not sure what it was but couldn’t get out quick enough) behind the bar was two dogs one excessively barking until the landlady took the hint it was too much then told someone to take him upstairs. We took our drinks in the garden( due to the smell making me want to vomit) Sat for five minutes when I man came out saying he was on poop duty as there were dogs in earlier???? Not sure if it was the owners or customers. We finished our drinks ( mine I threw) then left. You will have to make your own mind up if the park pub is worth a visit but we won’t.

Had a lovely couple of nights at the Guest House. Keith was really welcoming and run through everything with us before leaving us to our own devices. Bed was super comfy, could have slept all day on it! The guest house is well within walking distance to the promenade as well, definitely can't complain at that!

Keith and carol were excellent hosts very friendly. We arrived early Keith let us check in early after a long journey. Parked onsite for the duration. Walk to esplanade is at least 15 mins. Breakfast was a fried breakfast or cereal. Bedroom was a nice size and clean with shower in en-suite.

Great place to stay in Weymouth - has parking and is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was great and on our first morning we were out early so Keith made sure we had bacon sandwiches to take with us. The hosts couldn't make us feel more welcome!

We very much liked the quiet area in which the property was located. It is off the busiest streets but in easy walking distance of the excellent local bus services and only 12 minutes walk from the railway station. We stayed four nights with bed and breakfast and were very happy with our room which was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb in every respect and we noted that other guests were well catered for with 'custom' requests. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and provided a wealth of local information. All in all, this was excellent!

Having arrived early, I was able ro check-in with no problems, thanks to Keith! He was very helpful with showing me the room. Breakfast was a hearty full English. Keith went above and beyond in looking after us. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

A lovely welcome by Keith and Carol who looked after us for our stay in their lovely comfortable guest house. Breakfast cereal followed by a full English with toast tea or coffee or whatever you like Keith is wonderful host and very efficient. We travelled on our motorbike and mistakenly left the parking lights on overnight leading to a flat battery, Keith soon had his jump leads out and our bike running nothing seems to be to much trouble. We rarely go back to the same place twice but we will definitely be back to see Keith and Carol.
A lovely welcome by Keith and Carol who looked after us for our stay in their lovely comfortable guest house. Breakfast cereal followed by a full English with toast tea or coffee or whatever you like Keith is wonderful host and very efficient. We travelled on our motorbike and mistakenly left the parking lights on overnight leading to a flat battery, Keith soon had his jump leads out and our bike running nothing seems to be to much trouble. We rarely go back to the same place twice but we will definitely be back to see Keith and Carol.

We were allowed to check in earlier then expected lovely couple made us feel so welcome explained everything we needed to know, very friendly lovely rooms very comfortable bed nice and spacious lovely breakfast good choice of cereal. Always friendly and happy to help couldn’t have been a nicer stay! Will defo be back next year!!

Just a great little B&B. Clean & friendly. With parking which is a bonus. It's just a few streets back from the front & down from the town centre but if you don't have mobility problems then the short walk is actually good for you. Excellent place.

Off road parking in quiet area. 20 minutes walk to harbour area. Lots of pubs, fish and chips shops among wide streets and narrow streets on a grid pattern. Hotel near seafront but not visible. Frequent bus service along seafront to local villages and Dorchester.

We very much liked the quiet area in which the property was located. It is off the busiest streets but in easy walking distance of the excellent local bus services and only 12 minutes walk from the railway station. We stayed four nights with bed and breakfast and were very happy with our room which was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb in every respect and we noted that other guests were well catered for with 'custom' requests. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and provided a wealth of local information. All in all, this was excellent!

Really enjoyable two night stay at this traditional homely well organised B & B! We booked the smallest double room which was comfy, clean and well equipped. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The hosts Keith and Carol were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Excellent full English breakfast! Don't be fooled by the map. Only 5 mins walk to the front. 15 mins into the main town. We shall return.

Situated 10 mins from the Town centre it’s a Great b&b with excellent people that run it. Free parking is available and the Breakfast was exactly how you would want it - and more. I would recommend this to anyone and many thanks for making our stay in Weymouth that much better.

Presentation of the guest house was superb, all decorated very recently by appearance. Bedding & furnishings very clean and well presented with a lot of thought going into colour coordination. Large bathroom with sizeable shower compartment, clean & well finished. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Excellent breakfasts offered & served by friendly hosts.

We stayed at The Stanley Guest House from Monday to Wednesday, as a base to tour the area and to travel on the Waverley Paddle Steamer. The guest house stay was excellent, the host was friendly and helpful, the food superb,and our room was spotlessly clean. If you're staying in Weymouth this is your ideal base, and even the parking was free!!

Great place to stay in Weymouth - has parking and is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was great and on our first morning we were out early so Keith made sure we had bacon sandwiches to take with us. The hosts couldn't make us feel more welcome!

Having read excellent reviews about the Stanley Guest House we decided to stay there. We were not disappointed, the place was very clean and tidy. Breakfast room was spotless and the food was well presented. Keith and Carol were very welcoming and friendly. We will certainly stay again.

Keith and carol were excellent hosts very friendly. We arrived early Keith let us check in early after a long journey. Parked onsite for the duration. Walk to esplanade is at least 15 mins. Breakfast was a fried breakfast or cereal. Bedroom was a nice size and clean with shower in en-suite.

We hadn’t stopped here before and had no preconceived ideas about the place. On arrival we were greeted by Keith who enthusiastically showed us to our room. The room was spotless with a small but perfectly functional shower, basin and WC. The bedroom was so well lit, we left the curtains open all night so we were greeted by glorious sunshine first thing in the morning. It was sublime. We don’t normally hav breakfast but we made an exception this time. There was a large selection of cereals but we opted for the English Breakfast. Absolutely sublime it was, cooked to perfection I don’t don’t eat for the rest of the day as it was that good. It’s a big house with only a few rooms but you don’t hear a thing in the night. The bedroom was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We will be back to this little gem very soon. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
