All in one hotel. Gorgeous. Safe parking, walkable. Had plans to dine out, walk the beach, but the room is so beautiful w comfortable bed, spacious bathroom w high shower pressure/good bay amenities. Add in best in class hotel dining available for pickup, this place will be my new go to visiting family & kids @ school.

The Delamar was a great hotel. Check in was smooth and staff was welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner off site but enjoyed a nightcap and desserts in the bar and were not disappointed. The only negative on our trip was the freezing elevator. We were told that they were working on it but it was markedly colder n the elevator. Overall, great hotel and we would stay there again.

Very clean, the decor and over all details of this facility are breath taking. Polite staff and attentive. I ate at the artisan and I was not surprised that the same quality care followed suit. I stayed in the deluxe king suite, working fire place. Every corner clean and neat. Welcomed with champagne for NYE just over everything was gorgeous 10/10

The staff at the property was extremely responsive and ready to assistance in any way. We have an electric car and since arriving to the hotel from out of town, needed to charge our vehicle. The availability of charging in the garage made our visit exceptional!

The doorman ( Almir, i think) was lovely, to the receptionist -Kayleigh @ the front desk. Both warm and gracious. The room was spotless & pretty. We didn’t eat @ the restaurant, only enjoyed a cocktail but it was very inviting with a beautiful patio & fantastic looking menu. We ate across the street at the Grey Goose. My daughter was with me & that was a more fitting menu for her. It too, was perfect! Definitely, 5 star stay!

Gorgeous inn, high class facility, dining was superb especially the complimentary breakfast which was lavish. A very quality hotel with a wonderful staff and the best of amenities. Definitely request a room not on the side facing I-95.

Staff here from bellmen to front desk and cleaning is top notch. At breakfast the staff work overtime to make sure everything is replenished and tables are cleared and cleaned promptly. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Only issue can be the highway noise but thankfully I had a room on the side away from highway. Very convenient location.

My stay with wonderful! The hotel and my room were beautiful, but the thing that stood out most to me was the amazing staff! Everybody went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be back again.

Room were very comfortable in size and amenities. Staff was over the top attentive. Would definitely stay again (we came back this time because of our prior experiences). Bar staff was awesome Sat. night and the managers at the front desk were extremely professional, helpful and genuine.

Loved it for the night. Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast. Only caveat was that we were facing the freeway. I’d put up giant greenery wall or something so guests don’t have to see freeway.. but other than that, top notch experience!

Gorgeous inn, high class facility, dining was superb especially the complimentary breakfast which was lavish. A very quality hotel with a wonderful staff and the best of amenities. Definitely request a room not on the side facing I-95.

All in one hotel. Gorgeous. Safe parking, walkable. Had plans to dine out, walk the beach, but the room is so beautiful w comfortable bed, spacious bathroom w high shower pressure/good bay amenities. Add in best in class hotel dining available for pickup, this place will be my new go to visiting family & kids @ school.

Of the two franchise properties that are close to each other I preferred Southport. The only potential negative is the location. Greenwich has a superior location but the facility isn’t as nice.

Staff here from bellmen to front desk and cleaning is top notch. At breakfast the staff work overtime to make sure everything is replenished and tables are cleared and cleaned promptly. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Only issue can be the highway noise but thankfully I had a room on the side away from highway. Very convenient location.

The Delamar was a great hotel. Check in was smooth and staff was welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner off site but enjoyed a nightcap and desserts in the bar and were not disappointed. The only negative on our trip was the freezing elevator. We were told that they were working on it but it was markedly colder n the elevator. Overall, great hotel and we would stay there again.

Very clean, the decor and over all details of this facility are breath taking. Polite staff and attentive. I ate at the artisan and I was not surprised that the same quality care followed suit. I stayed in the deluxe king suite, working fire place. Every corner clean and neat. Welcomed with champagne for NYE just over everything was gorgeous 10/10
