Clean room comfy bed

The staff was amazing but the room we were in reaked dog urine. Also, we were roomed where all the staff room, breakfast room, and maintenance were all right by us. It was so noisy. The saving grace was the staff and the conveniece of the location.

The staff was excellent. However, I had some issues with parking costing extra, and getting stuck in the parking area because the key fob would not open the gate, and having to wait for an attendant to buzz us out. Lastly, my room smelled. We reported it to the staff, but since the hotel was booked solid, we were not able to change rooms. We ended up purchasing an air freshener for the rest of the trip; however, it didn't really help with the issue. Besides that, everything was great!

Room was clean and a good size. Bathroom in serious need of an update. Pool was closed for Maintenance
