This location was exactly the way it was advertised. It was clean and spacious. Everything worked. Parking was fine. Good security. There is a company that rents chairs and umbrellas right as to you walk out on the beach with reasonable rates. Weather was perfect. Water was warm with a little undertow so be careful. The pool is half indoor, half outdoor and not very deep. They also have a kiddie pool. Only part of the pool got sunshine so we spent most of the time at the beach. Went to one restaurant - Lambert's Cafe. It was marvelous. Good food and atmosphere. However, as a result, the wait was over an hour. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip to Gulf Shores. The condo was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and spices (also a plus was they have a Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee pot) The beds were comfy and the views from the balcony was breathtaking. We had no clue it was Shrimp Fest so the traffic and restaurants were a little more packed than we expected but that didn't bother us any. Oh, and the security guard was the nicest man and so helpful when we needed assistance. Overall, visit was wonderful.

The condo was very nice! It was fully stocked with cups glasses etc! The view was absolutely amazing!! The beach was wonderful!! Jessie the security guard was very nice and helpful!! I loved everything about it and would definitely stay there again!!

We were at the beach to celebrate my daughter’s anniversary and a friend’s daughter’s wedding. The condo was close to the venue. Great beach access and easy parking. The condo was well stocked. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but it was fine for what we needed.

Check in was extremely easy, communication with host was efficient and answered all questions. The condo was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Each access was outstanding. There were however a couple of issues with one of the elevators but that was remedied fairly quickly. The balcony was very spacious as well. This is a great condo in a awesome location. Its a 10-15 minute walk to the main street, very well kept and clean. The owners were very nice and communicated everything right before our stay. I would definitely recommend this location and this room. The overall facility is nice and clean. We had a great time and 100% would stay here again.

The condo was beautiful! Security Joe was so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, access to the beach was nice and clean and convenient. Everyone was see and talked to was super friendly!

The entire process, from booking to leaving was incredibly user friendly with the owners providing very clear information about the process. The condo was extremely clean and very well equipped. The complex is clean and very accessible with security on site in the parking lot. And, the view of the beach from the room is just perfect. We were very happy with the entire facility and will stay here again sometime.

We had the best vacation. The condo was amazing! Located on the 4th floor was the best view. We seen dolphins everyday of our stay. The elevators were super fast. The security guard Joe is the BEST! The condo had everything we needed from coffee maker to crab cracking utensils. They even had beach chairs and beach toys to use. Highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!

The condo was exactly as listed. However, there was a terrible smell when we entered and couldn't tell exactly where it came from. I did notice food in the disposable so I washed that down. We bought some wall plugs and febreeze at Walmart, that seemed to help. The pull out bed in the living room desperately needs replaced. My kids were very uncomfortable. The last issue was our phone chargers, they all quit working once plugged in at the condo. One phone screen said too much power (we've never ran into that issue before). Other than those things, we enjoyed the week.

The property owners are very nice! There was an issue with the fridge and even though the owners were out of the country someone was sent promptly. The location is to die for!! Perfect area, perfect view and close to everything! This isn’t the property owners fault, but the cleaning service needs to step up their game. There was sand on the floor, hair from the previous vacationers on the floor and sink counter, and I had to wash the quilt and shams of the bed in the master bedroom; there was makeup and other smudges on them. We did not use the second bedroom, but both bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are a nice size. The condo is lovely, very modern, very welcoming, and very spacious! I highly recommend this owner and property!

Plus glad you have a rocking chair thats a plus Well stocked kitchen however we had to use the wok to make our omelete which was a little rough so i bought a small frying pan and left it for you. Glad you have a dishwasher but paper plates are so much easier so i left some for you. Good lighting but could have used a nightlight in the guest bathroom.. Nice selection of wine glasses but no cork screw. Safety issues it woukd be safer for all involved if the bath mats were none skid/slip. Also grab bars in bathrooms could also add a measure of safety. Really enjoyed our stay but you need a new guest book for comments. I have pictures of 2 cleaning issues that need to be addressed, but i dont know how to send them to you. One is how dirty the floor is and the other is how filthy one commode was.

We've stayed at this property before and will again! The proximity to the beach, shopping, food, and fun is unparalleled! Add in amazing owners and you won't beat this property! Everything you could want and ask for are available. Beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), dishwasher, etc., will make your stay effortless and amazing!Waking up to an ocean view in the Master Bedroom and sipping coffee every morning on the balcony will start your day off right! The gorgeous views and the fun you have will keep you coming back!

We loved the condo, and it's location. The only issue was a leak in the kitchen sink somewhere, which prevented us from using it to do dishes. Also, the 2 king beds could use a layer of 1 inch foam on top of the mattresses, to soften them up and make them more comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great. We would definitely rent the condo again, if the water leak issue is repaired.

We unfortunately had some issues with the keyless entry code not working upon arrival. Called the owners and got that taken care of very quickly. We had some more issues with the door lock later that were mostly our fault. The owner called a locksmith for us and got it quickly taken care of again. Top notch owners!! The condo unit itself was very nice and clean. Great views, right on the beach. We've stayed in multiple units at Island Royale through the years and this one was very nice, as nice or nicer than any other. Definitely recommend this unit- mainly because of the very nice owners and their willingness to make sure you are taken care of during your stay!
We unfortunately had some issues with the keyless entry code not working upon arrival. Called the owners and got that taken care of very quickly. Definitely recommend this unit- mainly because of the very nice owners and their willingness to make sure you are taken care of during your stay!

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip to Gulf Shores. The condo was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and spices (also a plus was they have a Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee pot) The beds were comfy and the views from the balcony was breathtaking. We had no clue it was Shrimp Fest so the traffic and restaurants were a little more packed than we expected but that didn't bother us any. Oh, and the security guard was the nicest man and so helpful when we needed assistance. Overall, visit was wonderful.

David and Hiam are amazing. We had a mix up with my husbands work schedule and they were so amazing with working with us, she even let us trade our week for the week they had planned. So blessed to have booked with them!

Everything was great, and as advertised. Got an early check in which was amazing. Bit of a hiccup with the door code, but David and Hiam were awesome!

Check in was extremely easy, communication with host was efficient and answered all questions. The condo was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Each access was outstanding. There were however a couple of issues with one of the elevators but that was remedied fairly quickly. The balcony was very spacious as well. We never had any issues with outside noise ie tenants or street.

The property owners are very nice! There was an issue with the fridge and even though the owners were out of the country someone was sent promptly. The location is to die for!! Perfect area, perfect view and close to everything! This isn’t the property owners fault, but the cleaning service needs to step up their game. There was sand on the floor, hair from the previous vacationers on the floor and sink counter, and I had to wash the quilt and shams of the bed in the master bedroom; there was makeup and other smudges on them. We did not use the second bedroom, but both bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are a nice size. The condo is lovely, very modern, very welcoming, and very spacious! I highly recommend this owner and property!

This is a great condo in a awesome location. Its a 10-15 minute walk to the main street, very well kept and clean. The owners were very nice and communicated everything right before our stay. I would definitely recommend this location and this room. The overall facility is nice and clean. We had a great time and 100% would stay here again.

The entire process, from booking to leaving was incredibly user friendly with the owners providing very clear information about the process. The condo was extremely clean and very well equipped. The complex is clean and very accessible with security on site in the parking lot. And, the view of the beach from the room is just perfect. We were very happy with the entire facility and will stay here again sometime.

We had the best vacation. The condo was amazing! Located on the 4th floor was the best view. We seen dolphins everyday of our stay. The elevators were super fast. The security guard Joe is the BEST! The condo had everything we needed from coffee maker to crab cracking utensils. They even had beach chairs and beach toys to use. Highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!

The condo was very clean, had newer appliances, comfortable beds and furniture and was decorated beautifully. The owners were very communicative and helpful, and we would definitely seek out this property again on our next visit!

If views and location rank #1 for your next vacation spot, then, this listing hits that mark. Balcony’s were a perk! Could not ask for more on this front. The location was near all the things. There was something to do even on rainy, cloudy days. Listing had in unit beach accessories like chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and some sand toys, which all came in handy as well. Easy check in. Laundry in unit which we did not use. Kitchen was very clean and had all the utensils, cookware, serve ware, and tablewares. Broom and dustpan available to sweep sand during stay (plus for me). Decor a bit dated, but your time is on the beach not inside. Some of the linens like extra blankets that were available and coverlets could have used a washing prior to our arrival. Joe, the security guard, is very kind and helpful. The pool is indoor and outdoor. The gym equipment is dated, but offers beautiful views and has the floor space for strength and stretching. Parking pass provided and was easy and secure. Overall, we were comfortable during our week stay and thank you to our hosts.

Perfect location, close to most of restaurants and activities that we wanted to do. Great parking with plenty of room. Joe, the security guy was helpful and friendly. Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the beach. Apartment was well stocked and very comfortable and clean. Given the chance I would love to return, if not would highly recommend to friends and family.
