Titolare veramente gentile e premuroso nel soddisfare un esigenza causata da una cosa improvvisa Albergo accogliente e nella media

Purtroppo non sono rimasto contento. Struttura datata. Camere da rinfrescare, infissi vecchi che non si chiudono bene e per bilanciare gli spifferi il riscaldamento va a manetta. Ristorante freddo. Piatti molto buoni, ma prezzi esagerati. Personale molto gentile.

No air conditioing in the lobby, check-in area, restaurant and breakfast area. Mosquilos in the hallways and in the rooms. Once in the room, we closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning. We started at 32C (90F) and after 1 hour the temperature dropped to 30C (86F). The room was small with a bed and a desk and a small bathroom. It would’ve taken another 8 hours to be comfortable. They asked us when we were arriving so I assume they could have turned it on. The refrigerator was unplugged and would have taken as long to cool down to any reasonable temperature. It could hold approximately 4 12 ounce bottles of water anyway. The mosquitos that were in the hallway were also in the room and my wife was but multiple times. We chased those that we could see and killed them. Also a great task to do while It is 90F in a small room. We spent the rest of the time looking for an alternate hotel. Any really discuss the bathroom facilities because we didn’t use them. They were about 1/4 of the size of the rest of the room but had a toilet bidet and bathtub. You need to climb steps to the first floor where our room was in case that is an issue. All rooms are 1st floor and above. I’m assuming the breakfast area would not be air conditioned in the morning.We left after we found another hotel 25 minutes away. Just as a comparison, that new room was almost three times bigger and although that air conditioning was also off within an hour, comfortable.no mosquitos too. Cannot recommend
