The pool and beach are amazing. Room was sub standard for an amazing establishment like this. The bathroom door buckled and didn't close. The previous guests must have forced it shut the pulled the handle off trying to open it. The TV channels were not programmed so absolutely nothing to watch on TV. No tea or coffee facilities. Restaurant staff were attentive at breakfast but not responsive afterwards. We had asked for Turkish coffee on the wharf and left after giving our room number. We assumed tbe bill would go on the room. No the waiter came all the way to the room like a debt collector, knocked on the door even though we had a do not disturb, they persisted knocking, sat I have to pay for 2 Turkish coffees. I sent her away and then discussed the situation and paid afterwards. Our door card didn't work twice forcing us to walk up and down 3 flights if stairs each time. I would except better service from a hotel this prestigious. The breakfast was nice though and location wise pretty convenient. The events just left us with a sour taste unfortunately.

Kahvaltı güzeldi, çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Fakat oda olarak çift kişilik yataklı istedik, bize yok dendi. Verilen oda uzun süredir kullanılmamış, banyodan kötü koku geliyordu. Yeterince temiz değildi. Odayı beğenmedik.

We had a wonderful stay at Elite Hotel Yalıkavak. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the rooms were very clean, tidy, and well maintained. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and all the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Lydia, Suleyman, Ikram, and Abdullah for their outstanding hospitality. They made our stay even more enjoyable. The rest of the team were also amazing and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, and the beach is perfect for swimming. We also really appreciated that the hotel upgraded our room. We had booked a room with two beds, but the room assigned to us had only one bed, so they kindly upgraded us to a better room with two beds, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

من اسواء الفنادق من ناحية النظافة الخدمة الاستقبال لقد تم دفع لهم مصاريف مقابل خدمه اقل من الفنادق اثنين استار في حين أننا تمكنا من الحصول على فندق ومنتجع بخدمه تفوق الخمسة نجوم بمقابل رسوم نفس الرسوم الذي تم دفعها لهم للاسف One of the worst hotels on the one hand Cleanliness Service Reception They have been paid expenses for less service than two-star hotels. While we were able to get a hotel and resort with a service of more than five stars for the same fees that were unfortunately paid to them
