It’s always my top choice of hotel in Hong Kong. Love this highest hotel in HK with great view. The staff is exceptionally attentive and warm. I always get personalized service there. The swimming pool is a must-visit item on my list. Club lounge service is the best in HK when compared with other hotels in the same tier which I have visited.

Loved our stay at the Ritz. It was our first time staying with this brand of hotel so didn't know what to expect, but the amount of service and attention we receive was incredible. If you want to be taken care of like royalty, you should definitely stay here. The views are amazing, rooms are extremely well maintained and outfitted. The top floor swimming pool was outstanding - the water is the perfect temperature. We only wished that there was a slightly shallower end of the pool so children could play freely. The entire pool is 4.4 feet deep so it's great for adults. They have so many staff on hand throughout the hotel, it's fantastic! We did find that there wasn't a lot of things to do within walking distance of the hotel, but it was a short taxi ride to the surrounding areas anyway, so not a big deal. We would definitely consider staying here again as a treat for ourselves.

The sliding doors of the bathroom slides open after closing. I believe it’s due to wear and tear. But after staying a few nights in that room, I figured how to hold it shut. Just needed to struggle with it a little. It took an unusual long time for the faucets at the bathtub to fill up. Just some maintenance needed. Staff, service, the room, the view, the club lounge experience were all superb!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you can afford it a corner suite will give you some incredible city views. The food in the club lounge is actually too good as it puts you off going out and trying the local fare. Highly recommended.

The morning buffet features a lot of pork options. Would love more chicken or beef. Bed is very comfortable. The tv selection is very poor for a hotel at this level. Even cartoon channels are in Cantonese. Netflix not available without chromecast. No bidet in the toilet. Excellent water pressure and heater. They set up a complementary happy birthday banner which was well appreciated. Besides all that, i feel the hotel relies heavily on the view from the room. The view is indeed second to none and truly breathtaking but everything else about the hotel felt normal.

Totally amazing. Great breakfast, nice restaurants, personalized service and so on. Yes, this is the best hotel ever. One of the ladies in the breakfast noticed that I drank a lot of black coffee so when the cup began to be empty she always came and asked me if I wanted a new cup. The service in this hotel is something extraordinary.

I could could not speak more highly of this hotel and the amazing staff. Everything was flawless. The room, restaurants and the rooftop bar were all well above my expectations. Everyone in the team went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. I’ve been lucky to travel all over the world and stay on some of the most amazing properties, but this hotel was hands down the best experience yet. I would almost go back to HKG just for the hotel.

Cannot get deposit after the promised 14 working days from the wordings of the staff while checkout. Called hotel hotline 2-3 times in the process and still told me to wait. After hearing the result from credit card hotline, no any progress in the waiting period from the hotel and I still need to wait for another 7 working days. Better improve the commitment and efficiency.

숙소 욕조가 고장나서 불편을 겪었습니다 그 다음날은 옷을 갈아입고 있는에 직원이 노크도 없이 키로 문을 열고 들어와 옷을 벗은 상태로 직원이 벗은 몸을 보았어요. 너무 황당하고 불쾌하고 어떻게 호텔에서 이런일이 있나 싶네요. 그 이후 제대로 사과도 못받고 다음번 예약에 룸 업그레이드를 해준다는 어처구니 없는 답변만 받았습니다 최악이에요

Excellent hôtel , fantastic view ,great breakfast although the dimsum variety is limited , the bed is among the most comfortable I have had . The shower has no holding bar , so for a weaker old man like me is a bit risky . Rolls Royce service to airport is about $300 I was told , Peninsula is $100 per hour but with older model . I think it’s a good deal if you have 4 passengers . I’d try next time .

The morning buffet features a lot of pork options. Would love more chicken or beef. Bed is very comfortable. The tv selection is very poor for a hotel at this level. Even cartoon channels are in Cantonese. Netflix not available without chromecast. No bidet in the toilet. Excellent water pressure and heater. They set up a complementary happy birthday banner which was well appreciated. Besides all that, i feel the hotel relies heavily on the view from the room. The view is indeed second to none and truly breathtaking but everything else about the hotel felt normal.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you can afford it a corner suite will give you some incredible city views. The food in the club lounge is actually too good as it puts you off going out and trying the local fare. Highly recommended.

Great view from the room, Location is perfect and the view is hard to beat. Staff is friendly and provides great service. However, when checking in I was offered late checkout (4 pm) as my flight out of HK was in the evening. On the day I was leaving I was contacted by the front desk post noon and asked to send my luggage to the front desk for checkout as I was told they needed the room for another guest. After some back and forth discussion I was allowed to have late checkout anyways, as agreed when checking in. This situation was very awkward and made me feel uncomfortable.
