Azura Beach Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

The food was amazing. Wendy was amazing, she helped me and my family( a group of 4 kids women) get whatever we needed. The other staff were nice as well. Mr. B, Kenneth, Danni, Will, Alonzo, Wendy etc! They were so nice and helpful. The only thing is that they are renovating the other property so stuff was shut down. Couldn’t go ATV riding, but we found one off the property. The town of Samara was nice too. Nice locals.

DO NOT COME HERE!! -Arrived to a very dark empty lobby. -Room service is very slow...an hour.. -Heavy construction and renovations being done. -Lots closed because of it including GYM. -Whatsapps communication only -Beach attached is gray and brown -Random restaurants becoming unavailable onsite at a seconds notice. -Only one buffet available and it's breakfast hotel style, very small 7am-10am -Minimal resort activities. -Resort room terrible(AC is super weak so you sweat a lot, shower handle was broken and if you pump the pressure up it goes crazy like a fire house. -1 big pool with a swim up bar-looked murky -1 other pool that's in the beach club that's attached is nicer but smaller -Staff was nice at least..... Overall, with the repeated power and water outages, reported sewage issues, undisclosed construction, broken amenities, poor communication, and inadequate customer service made for a deeply frustrating vacation. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Azura Resort and would rate it 0.5 out of 5 stars.

The resort is quiet and boring. Couldn't do too many activities due to them saying we couldn't have 2 people it needed to be a party of 4 minimum. Food was good and some of the staff were friendly but most of them didn't speak or were that helpful. The beach is nice if you're into it.I wouldn't go back and I left 2 days early rather then staying the whole trip.

Female manager was very inconsiderate to caution a group of girls for being too loud at the pool bar , this is expected and encouraged at an all inclusive resort Killed the vibe for the rest of the stay
