Excellent location in the heart of the old town. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Vasilis, who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast on the rooftop was exceptional, offering stunning views of the seafront and lighthouse. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in every way, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. The entire staff was very friendly and polite. Vasilis was very nice and helpful. There was a young lady who was working the front desk one day and she was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good.

The staff were 5 stars especially Vasilis at reception. Very friendly attentive and knowledgeable. Very valuable staff. The location and breakfast were superb. The hotel is small but with a luxury feeling. Only 30 seconds to the promenade. An excellent choice.all modern amenities in the room and our view was to die for.

The hotel is in old town with sea view from dining terrace on 3rd floor. Staff interactions quite positive. The room was attractive with a great bed, plenty of storage with a walk in closet but no chairs to sit in. The hotel is not accessible for guests with walking limitations. This was not clear when we booked it. The check in occurs off site at the Chania Hotel outside of old town. You must then drag your luggage with the help of an attendant for about 10 minutes to your hotel. Air conditioning is good through the hotel. Elevator only goes to 2nd floor and must access dining area for breakfast by walking up a flight of stairs

Gorgeous location, right next to the Old Town Harbor! Delicious, free breakfast that is definitely worth it, with a lovely view of the water every morning. The city view balcony has a lovely view of the alley restaurant with the occasional live band.
