Hotel Atotonilco El Viejo

El agua no es termal, solo está tibia y no se pueden ingresar ningún tipo de alimentos.

La habitacion no estaba muy limpia, tenia un patip trasero sin mantenimiento no se podia utilizar, no hicieeon bien la limpieza dwl lugar, no lavan los baños, las instalaciones son bonitas pero les falta mucho mantenimiento.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing. We would return again, but would see a much lower rate in order to do so. The restaurant had varying service between dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was really quite poor.

El personal y la atención. Nunca contestan en la recepción. Ni por llamada ni por WhatsApp. Muy caro para lo que ofrece el hotel

La recomendacion que les hacemos es que haya mas sazon en sus alimentos, que le den mas mantenimiento a sus instalaciones
