It was so nasty, no ice machine the building was freezing and had a inch gap under door. One vending machine with a single bag of fritos. The only reason I accepted defeat was because I had just got to town after the first time I had ever flew. My absolutenumberone fear. I just could not complain on site. I just wanted to decompress not make myself more upset dealing with it. I almost went to hospital because my chest was hurting so bad from anxiety. It will not let me upload photos. I do have plenty. There was a pill bottle literally right at the corner of bed and table, and assuming for my sanity food on bedskirt!

It is convenient for me but there is no elevator so that makes it hard when traveling, the rooms and the place needs a lot of upgrades. The “ continental.” Breakfast even leaves a lot to be desired but again when you look at all the other places in Dexter this is still the better one. You just need more choices between Advance and Dexter or the place needs updated

I liked it had more things like microwave, refrig, than expected in a hotel of this price range. It was clean inside which is most important. I liked it had mopable floors in the room. In a pet friendly hotel, for someone with pet allergies, that is a good thing. When we drove up, the hedges and shrubs were overgrown and unkept. My mom made the statement. I hope they keep the inside better than outside. I think they did, but first look is not best; then when i went in to checkin, nobody was there. I rung the bell several times and i finally called the hotel number. He said he was doing an inspection and would be there in a few minutes. I was beginning to wonder if anyone was there.

If you pay more than $50 a night then your getting ripped off... An outdated hotel with no accommodations. It's two stories with no elevator, so if your on the second floor then expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. Not much of a breakfast bar other than cereal, and don't expect much in the way of customer service.

The staff was friendly. The room was okay. The bedding was clean but floor was dirty, night stand had a small spill that was sticky and had not been cleaned. I always Clorox wipe everything down when I stay somewhere so that made it better. All furniture very old and worn down. I had to use the desk for work and sitting in the chair felt icky. Hot & cold for shower are backwards, I stood for 5 minutes waiting for hot water and right before I gave up I lowered handle to cold and it got very hot. Breakfast was coffee, juice, milk. Bread, packaged pastries, cereal and package yogurt. Overall it wasn’t terrible but I would probably only stay again if I had no other options.

Cheap and trashy. The desk in the room was missing the center drawer. The table next to it the front was missing some of the fake wood. The shower door track was dirty and moldy. Tile base pieces missing. Duck tape holding corner trim together. Will not be back or recommend.

The person that checked us in was very nice and polite. However, the room was not clean at all. There was mold in the shower, and the lid of the toilet had streaks where you could tell that they had sprayed it but not cleaned it. The TV channels were VERY limited and there was a musty smell in the room. Not the kind of facility Expedia wants to advertise.

The room we had was spacious, which was nice. The only issue we encountered was the shower had sliding glass doors, and one of them was off the track. Also, the curtain rod for the curtains was just hanging down and not attached. Overall it was a nice stay. Just minor inconveniences.

TV didn't work. It was frozen on some HVAC commercial. The bed was not a queen size mattress. It was so small, my wife and I didn't fit comfortably. Neither of us slept well at all.

This property should be avoided. Rude staff at check in. Toilet seat broke, couldn’t fix all day, had to move rooms. Walls paper thin, noisey. Had to wake up desk staff to set up breakfast at 6:40 when it was supposed to be available at 6:30. Cheapest toiletries provided. Holes in sheets. Should I go on? AVOID!!

Sheets were either dirty or stained, smoke detector in room was missing with the wires hanging loose from the ceiling, secondary lock was broken, there were dirty underwear and towels left in the bathroom, window glazing was falling off allowing rain and road noise into the room. At the breakfast area there was no coffee, no waffles and no bread to make toast. Don’t have seconds thoughts about staying here, complete filth and not as advertised.

Staff great! The ice machine didn’t work so we had to go buy ice. The breakfast was more of a “snack” than a true breakfast and on one of the days there wasn’t even any milk for the cereal

Staff great! The ice machine didn’t work so we had to go buy ice. The breakfast was more of a “snack” than a true breakfast and on one of the days there wasn’t even any milk for the cereal

If you pay more than $50 a night then your getting ripped off... An outdated hotel with no accommodations. It's two stories with no elevator, so if your on the second floor then expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. Not much of a breakfast bar other than cereal, and don't expect much in the way of customer service.

Its an older motel. I mean ya get what ya pay for! The staff was very nice. The room smelled and looked clean when I walked in. There was a continental breakfast, coffee and juice in the morning. It could use updating and new furniture but hey, I slept well and had coffee in the morning and the rate is cheap.

Door card lock didn\'t work the light fixture in the bathroom leaked water a pimp woke me up looking for his girls at 12am and the "continental breakfast" was a joke but at least there wasn\'t bed bugs

Hotel quality was less than satisfactory, so thankfully price wasn’t high. Front desk staff very polite. Limited breakfast. Room smelled like mildew or wet towels.

Carpet was stinky. Handrails were loose. Air conditioner was working, but was unreliable and hard to control. Froze us out first night, then had to keep adjusting it. Parking lot was cracked and had broken pipes. Price was very reasonable, but you get what you pay for.

The USB charger ports in the room didn't work, it was obvious that one of them was damaged. I ended up having to charge some items in my truck. The A/C system was noisy enough to wake you up when it came on in the night. The toilet seat was loose, and about ready to cause you to fall off. I fixed that! The cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. The tub was very slick, especially if you used their 3-in-one shower product. The tub had the safety handle removed, and called off with clear silicone. The refrigerator would barely cool, even in the freezer compartment. The facility ice maker was out of order. The "Continental breakfast" was a few store bought cheap pastries and cereal packed, which were not resupplied for the second day of our stay. No toaster, bread, bagels, etc. I will not plan to stay at this facility again.
