Was schlecht ist, es gibt nur ein Aufzug im Hotel, Wir haben immer auf dem Aufzug gewartet. Es ist noch schlimmer, wenn es nicht funktionieren könnte.

Parken 12 Euro ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, Frühstück ist wirklich richtig gut. Zimmer sind ruhig trotz der Straßen Nähe nur wenn das Nebenzimmer Möbel verschiebt bekommt man es schon deutlich mit.

Very clean and modern, walkable distance to the town and river. Really nice rooftop bar with great panoramic views. Good choice of food and drinks. Good access to Travemunde port - less than 15 minute drive to the check in point.

The hotel was really very clean and the room we had was spacious and airy. The breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant which has some of the best views you will see when having a breakfast anywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is convenient right off the Autobahn and close to some fast food options. However, parking is a problem. There is a small parking right next to the hotel but driving in and out and the parking area are tight spaces especially if you drive a longer car. It was also not clear how or how much to pay for parking and we assumed that it was for free or would be somehow added to the bill. The staff at the check-in desk did not mention anything about parking. Came to learn that there are signs and a machine to pay but since we drove in and out in the dark did not see any of it. The company that owns the parking apparently takes pictures of the cars driving in and out but you do not get a parking ticket that you can pay when you drive into the parking lot and signage is difficult to notice especially when arriving at night. Anyhow, they are now asking me to pay 54 Euros for the 28 minutes I parked to unload. There was a terrible smell on the floor that my room was located on. They offer a breakfast buffet, which was ok. I have stayed at other hotels in that city and won't be back here.

Zimmer mit und Bad waren sehr sauber und sind sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bar in der 8. Etage hat sehr leckere Cocktails im Angebot und bietet eine schöne Aussicht.

Sehr nettes Personal. Sauberkeit kann man deutlich aussprechen einfach hervorragend. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.

Godt hotel litt utenfor sentrum. Du går inn til gamlebyen på ca 20 min. Store,flotte og rene rom. Meget hyggelig og serviceminded betjening. God frokost,men kanskje litt dyr. Dårlig glutenfritt utvalg. Hyggelig skybar er et pluss. Det er restaurant på hotellet og flere valgmuligheter rett ved. Gode parkeringsmuligheter rett bak hotellet. Om du vil kjøre bil til sentrum av Lubeck er det mange parkeringsmuligheter i sentrum. Noen er gratis etter kl 18.

Fantastic hotel not too far from the city centre great rooftop bar and best of all €4:00 breakfast

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant war toll. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz empfand ich, als ein wenig eng. Die Glasschiebetür zur Toilette ( Milchglas), hat sehr gequietscht. Wir haben die Aussicht, während des reichhaltigen Frühstücks (Buffet), genossen.

Soweit war es sehr schön leider wurde das Bad nicht so gereinigt wie man sich es gewünscht hätte.

Ich habe mehrere Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und möchte einige wesentliche Kritikpunkte ansprechen: 1. Mangelnde Zimmerreinigung: Die Zimmer wurden während meines Aufenthalts nicht täglich gereinigt. Das führte dazu, dass sich Müll ansammelte und die allgemeine Hygiene deutlich zu wünschen übrig ließ. Gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten ist dies ein großer Nachteil. 2. Fehlende Verfügbarkeit von Trinkwasser: Die Verfügbarkeit von Trinkwasser war nicht gewährleistet, was inakzeptabel ist, da dies zu den grundlegendsten Bedürfnissen gehört. In einem Hotel sollte zumindest sichergestellt sein, dass jederzeit Wasser bereitsteht. 3. Keine Handtuchwechsel: Es wurden keine Handtücher ausgetauscht. Nach mehreren Tagen war das nicht nur unpraktisch, sondern auch unhygienisch. Ein regelmäßiger Handtuchwechsel gehört eigentlich zum Standardservice eines Hotels. 4. Unbequeme Betten und Kissen: Die Betten waren sehr schmal, und die Kissen waren klein und unbequem. Eine erholsame Nacht war kaum möglich, was den Gesamteindruck des Aufenthalts erheblich verschlechterte. 5. Langsame Reaktion auf Anfragen: Als ich diese Mängel ansprach, reagierte das Personal sehr langsam. Es dauerte viel zu lange, bis auf einfache Anliegen eingegangen wurde, und in einigen Fällen wurden sie gar nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst. Diese Punkte haben den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt, und ich würde das Hotel in dieser Form nicht weiterempfehlen.

Disappointed - poor value for the money spend. - Router on 7. floor did not work and switched rooms because of it. - A/C in room on 3.floor did not work and staff was unable to get it to work - the room stayed at 77F with high humidity. - Sewer smell on the 3. floor that was intense for one afternoon. - Glas elevator on outside building is the only elevator - with hight anxiety it might be better to ask for a room on a lower level. - Restaurant and staff were exceptional! - Staff at the desk was not prepared to communicate effectively and respond to problems in a meaningful way. - Parking $ 12 / day with in and out privileges but entry is tight and not easy to maneuver with a larger car. - Not a central location and somewhat sketchy at night. - Some food options/supermarket, gas station, bakery, bank in walking distance. - No gym in the hotel. - Shower water spilled out of shower area, glasses in bathroom not clean and appeared just wiped out and not exchanged. - No phone in the rooms - there is no option to call downstairs to the reception for any issues or if anything is missing. - Hallways were hot with a rubbery smell. - In my opinion poor value for expensive rooms and overpriced parking! I picked the hotel because of the location but next time I will stay in one of the other hotels that I have used in the past and just drive more. The only thing I enjoyed here was the breakfast in the restaurant - otherwise it was aggravating.

Man kunne ikke bestille flere ting på menu kortet. Ingen ladere til elbil selvom der var reklameret med det. Dårlig rengøring af bordene både om aftenen og til morgen maden. Måtte spørge efter klude til at tørre bordene af med. Sure tjenere. Receptionen var ok og service mindede.

Fint hotel med høj rengørings niveau. Morgenmadsrestauranten var kaos, ventetid og sødt, serviceminded, men ineffektivt personale. Måske pga julemarked var der mange gæster, og dermed tryk på, men det kan man planlægge sig ud af.

Nice hotel only 15 minutes walk away from Lübeck old town. Very nice view over Lübeck from the 8’ floor where you can have an evening drink, dine and have breakfast ( Breakfast was good ) Room was clean , but we could hear the ventilation system from outside all the time during our stay ( 2 days) Parking is just besides the hotel , and that is very nice In general a very nice hotel we would like to visit again

Fint Hotel, søde og venlig personale. Okay morgenmad. Værelser var fin, med der kunne godt være en dør ud til badeværelse.

Rummet var fräscht och lagom stort, men det blev fruktansvärt varmt. Vi var tvungna att vädra för att få ner temperaturen tilltäckligt för att sova, men då kom det in cigarettrök från parkeringsplatsen utanför. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var god och riklig. Ganska trist närmiljö, men gångavstånd till gamla stan. Gott om parkering till okej pris.

Sofern man mit Frühstück gebucht hat wird man nicht enttäuscht. Eine tolle Vielfalt und leckere Auswahl / man kann sein Frühstück und (bei klarem Wetter) die Aussicht von der 8ten Etage aus prima geniessen. Unser Doppelzimmer war sauber und für uns groß genug. Negativ aufgefallen waren die Fenster an denen es leider kalt hereinzog; das Bad ist außerdem offen und auch die Dusche hat weder Tür noch Vorhang. Die Bedienung der Heizung brachte nicht die eingestellte Temperatur, so das es insgesamt für uns eher zu kühl und beim Duschen zu kalt war. Im Hoteleigenen Parkhaus kostet der PKW Standplatz p Tag 15€ - sehr Schade das es für Hotelgäste keinen eigenen Tarif gibt, denn sonst würden wir im nächsten Sommer wieder gerne die lange Reise zu diesem Hotel auf uns nehmen.

Var i Lübeck i forbindelse med julemarked og denne beliggenhed passede os fint - små 2km til centrum - god gåtur. Værelset var stort, rummeligt og rent med lille lukket altan. Indtjekning gav lidt udfordringer, men det var hotels.com's fejl, ikke hotellets. Og receptionisten var meget hjælpsom med at få løst udfordringen. Lækker morgenmad.

Personal überragend freundlich. Unterkunft Standard mit tollen Restaurant, aber im Gewerbegebiet gelegen. Von Lübeck hat man so wenig.

Rörigt vid incheckningen då det var olika bord för olika hotel på samma plats. Åt middag på hotellet, bra mat men väldigt underbemannat i kök och servering. Fick känslan av dålig planering trots semester tider. Personalen gjorde vad de kunde i en dålig situation

Located quite well, easy access by car from autobahn and just 5-10 min drive from Old town. Otherwise is the area around the hotel not very interesting. Clean and spacious room. All together quite ordinary

Etwa 20 Gehminuten zur schönen Altstadt von Lübeck. Freundliches Personal. Einfaches, aber angenehmes und sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Kostenlose Wasserflasche im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück im 8. Stock mit Ausblick auf die Stadt. Private Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Hotel für 12 € / Tag.

Breakfast content options are weak. It is 4-5 stops far away from lubeck central.

Das Hotel war sehr gut. Die Umgebung hat uns nicht gefallen. Die Straße zur Altstadt war sehr vermüllt und der Gehweg sehr holbrig.

Magnifique de lübeck l'hôtel était fabuleux . Le personnel très accueillant et souriant toujours présent et a l'écoute . Chambre spacieuse propre confortable belle salle de bain. Petit déjeuner au dernier étage offrant une vue incroyable sur la ville et une terrasse

Rörigt vid incheckningen då det var olika bord för olika hotel på samma plats. Åt middag på hotellet, bra mat men väldigt underbemannat i kök och servering. Fick känslan av dålig planering trots semester tider. Personalen gjorde vad de kunde i en dålig situation

Bra hotell i Lübeck. Lätt att hitta med bra parkering. Inte mitt i centrum men ligger bra till. Bra service och trevlig personal. Bra frukostbuffe.
