Das Hotel liegt im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel sehr praktisch zwischen Messe und Innenstadt. Das die Gegend nicht ganz unproblematisch ist, wussten wir vorher und es war auch total ok. Leider liegt die beworbene Garage in der Taunusstraße hinter dem Hotel und ist schwer zu finden. Bei Anreise im Dunkeln in einer potenziell unsicheren Gegend war das etwas schwierig, zumal die Anfahrt trotz Email-Nachfrage auch nicht gut erklärt wurde. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, die Öffnung des Garagentors vom Fahrzeug aus zu veranlassen, leider muss man aussteigen. Dazu muss man das Auto zuvor irgendwo abstellen. Für meinen Sohn war das zu bewältigen, eine Frau allein wird sich vermutlich sehr unwohl fühlen. Insgesamt war das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich, aber wenig hilfreich, den CheckIn musste ich trotz Online CheckIn noch weitere zweimal durchlaufen, da nichts wie angekündigt vorbereitet war. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und wir haben uns insgesamt trotz allem wohlgefühlt.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Bar and restaurant constantly closed. Staff not helpful. Rooms boiling hot and unable to turn down properly. The beds are seriously uncomfy. 2 singles pushed together that slide apart. Pillows shocking. All in all, not good for a mercure.

Das Hotel ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Tiefgarage befindet sich auf der Rückseite und man kommt nur per Klingel herein. Das Hotel selbst ist sicher, zu den Zimmern kommt man nur mit Schlüssel, es liegt aber im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel, die Umgebung ist daher natürlich mit Vorsicht zu genießen

In meinem Bad hingen die Staubflusen von der Decke, In der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein Tab vom vormieter, auf dem Schrank wurde wohl noch nie geputzt, die Regalfächer waren mit Kaffefelcken überzogen und staubig . Auch wurde ein Wusch das beide Zimmer nebeneinander sind trotzt schrifliche Bestätigung nicht erfüllt. Es hies nur lapidar ... Entschuldigung !

Ikke så meget pænt at sige, området omkring hotellet er meget "hårdt" med mange hjemløse og narkomaner - det føles meget utrygt. Nedkørslen til parkeringskælderen ligger i en meget ubehagelig gade hvor man ikke har lyst til at holde stille i mange sekunder Begge værelser lugtede voldsomt af kloak og der var pletter på tæpperne. Værelserne fremstod meget slidte. Kan ikke anbefales

Front desk & dining room staff were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. Both mornings, housekeeping rang the doorbell before 8a to try and restock the mini bar, even though do not disturb light was on. It was well before we had woken up after working through jetlag. The bathroom was dirty when I checked in. The shower barely held in water in, so the entire floor was wet after a quick, 5 minute rinse off. The AC/Heating didn't work in our room. Overall it was quiet and felt safe.

チェックインした時の床の紙屑が３泊した後もそのまま残っていた。　夜になってもベッドメーキングしていないので３泊とも自分でシーツを整えた。　使ったタオルをバスの床に置いておいたら夜になってもそのままだった。　フロントにタオル交換を頼んだが対応しないのでフロントに取りに行った。　社員が一人しかいないのでそれらに対応できないという。　他の諸々の不満はこれほどひどくなかった。

The Mercure Hotel kaiserhof was a very convenient hotel very close to the main train station in Frankfurt. It was modern clean with very polite helpful staff. Unfortunately the surrounding streets left a lot to be desired.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Rooms were very clean. The location close to the main train station was very convenient. Unfortunately, this area was populated with many homeless people and vagrant trouble-makers.

Quarto confortável com cafeteira, chaleira e frigobar, boa cama e chuveiro muito muito bom, muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente num ambiente muito agradável. A localização é ótima, muito próximo à Estação Central de Frankfurt. Tudo muito perto. Sempre que voltarmos à Frankfurt esse hotel será nossa primeira opção com certeza.

Quarto confortável com cafeteira, chaleira e frigobar, boa cama e chuveiro muito muito bom, muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente num ambiente muito agradável. A localização é ótima, muito próximo à Estação Central de Frankfurt. Tudo muito perto. Sempre que voltarmos à Frankfurt esse hotel será nossa primeira opção com certeza.

Habitacion completa, con todo tipo de detalles, Maquina de capsulas de cafe, hervidor de agua, minibar vacio para uso propio, pero algo estrecho pequeña. El baño tambien algo pequeño y necesita una reforma.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the main train station, which is very convenient. There are plenty of food options within a few blocks. The staff are very nice. However, the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. I reserved a queen bed but received two twin mattresses, which were uncomfortable and fell apart quickly. The bedding and pillows were not comfortable either. Additionally, the area around the hotel is not ideal, with many people struggling with addiction sleeping on the streets nearby, which detracts from the overall experience.

En esta ocasión, la habitación es mucho mas amplia, asi como el baño renovado y amplio. Siempre muy limpio todo. Servicio de cafetera de cápsulas y hervidor de agua. Botellita de agua sin cargo y servicio de minibar (con cargo), como en todas las habitaciones dispone de plancha y tabla de planchar. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.

出張で一泊ですが利用しました。フランクフルト駅から徒歩3～5分、内装良し、スタッフの対応良し、部屋も広く、バスタブあり、お湯も水圧あり、テレワーク用テーブル良し、ガラス瓶のミネラルウォーターあり、冷蔵庫あり、TVは40インチがあるがHDMIは接続不可、エアコンも快調、快適です。またお世話になります。

Habitacion de tamaño medio, baño algo pequeño. Muy bien equipada, con Aire Acondicionado, calefaccion, nevera, servicio de cafetera de capsulas + hervidor de agua, botella de agua gratis, buena mesa de trabajo y muy iluminada la habitacion en general. Buena cama para descansar. Desayuno amplio, variado y de calidad.

Habitacion pequeña, muy bien equipaba, pero pequeña. Cama comoda, aire acondicionado que cumple su funcion, Cafetera de capsulas, hervidor de agua, minibar con bebidas (de pago) buen escritorio y buena conexion. Pero lo dicho, es pequeña. El baño, todo lo contrario que la habitacion, es amplio aunque muy antiguo. Sinceramente, necesita una reforma.

The front desk staffs Carina Schmirow and Olha Klitka are very friendly to customers. They always try their bests to make customers very happy for their stays. They give me room 709 not only has a very good bathtub but also has a balcony. I can get a bird view of Frankfurt downtown area.

For the love of G, they need to communicate within themselves. Next day trying catch some sleep before check out and i was woken up like 5 times by both maintenance and housekeeping. This is after letting reception know I didn't wanna be bothered since their sign wasn't working. I had to get up and leave.

電車が大幅に遅れて、ホテルに到着のは夜中の12時半でした。ホテル正面ドアはすでにロックされていた。何度もベル鳴らしてやっと開けてくれて、チェクインしたいと言ったら、眠たそうな男性スタッフがとても不機嫌で、部屋カードを渡してくれて、何にも説明がなくすぐ手続きが終了しました。冷たすぎです、最悪！！

Before we even booked the hotel, I had reached out to the front desk. They were quick to answer, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find out that one of the two of our rooms was ready early so we were able to check in and clean up which was wonderful after our 12 hour flight. The location was perfect from the train station and access to the trams. Very highly recommend.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the main train station, which is very convenient. There are plenty of food options within a few blocks. The staff are very nice. However, the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. I reserved a queen bed but received two twin mattresses, which were uncomfortable and fell apart quickly. The bedding and pillows were not comfortable either. Additionally, the area around the hotel is not ideal, with many people struggling with addiction sleeping on the streets nearby, which detracts from the overall experience.

Very convenient location to Central Station. Great access to Messe from here. Walking distance to touristic areas like Alte Oper or Zeil. Great staff and rooms are very good comparing with European standards. Located next to a sex shop, many beggars and junkies in the area, specially at night. Not so nice, but somehow in Europe doesn't feel specially unsafe.

Quarto confortável com cafeteira, chaleira e frigobar, boa cama e chuveiro muito muito bom, muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente num ambiente muito agradável. A localização é ótima, muito próximo à Estação Central de Frankfurt. Tudo muito perto. Sempre que voltarmos à Frankfurt esse hotel será nossa primeira opção com certeza.

Habitacion de tamaño medio, baño algo pequeño. Muy bien equipada, con Aire Acondicionado, calefaccion, nevera, servicio de cafetera de capsulas + hervidor de agua, botella de agua gratis, buena mesa de trabajo y muy iluminada la habitacion en general. Buena cama para descansar. Desayuno amplio, variado y de calidad.

Alles ganz grossartig! Nur ein Schrank und eine Kommode haben im Zimmer gefehlt, es war ein wenig mühsam aus dem Koffer zu leben.....

The hotel was fine in itself, except hallways and bar were extremely hot. Room air-conditioning was OK though. The issue with the hotel is location. The amount of drug addicts and homeless was unbelievable. You walk out the front door and they are everywhere. Literally injecting themselves outside the hotel and throwing up etc. I would not call the area safe at all and would actively warn against staying in that area. I was travelling with work and had colleagues wirh me and we had to ensure we got Ubers from right outside and waited inside until they arrived. I would certainly not stay in that area on your own. Having travelled extensively around the world, this was the worst place I have ever seen. The whole area is absolutely disgusting.
