Excellent hotel in the old part of the city, close to a plethora of restaurants, the Mercado and in within a short walk of the beach. Staff were very helpful and courteous and having reception manned 24/7 is excellent. Great roof terrace with excellent views of the castle.

VERY hard to find if you are driving, an absolute nightmare. The car navigation system couldn’t find the hotel. We had to pull off of the road, park illegally and use Google maps to walk to the hotel to ask for specific details on how to get to their parking. The room we were in was a small suite with sloped ceiling and a skylight (no windows). A special feature was a 200 year old stone tub which we used to store bath towels in as there were no hooks or rails. The lack of a night light in the room and multiple steps to get to and from the bathroom made us nervous. Right beside the tub the step down was about 1 metre high, which is potentially dangerous if you step down from that point in the middle of the night. Rather than risk breaking our necks we slept with the light on, which made for a very fitful sleep. I suggest that they put in a night light and put a glow in the dark strip at the highest point of the step.

Hotel was ok for a short stay. It's in the middle of everything. The rooftop terrace was a great spot for an evening drink. View of the fort was great. Bar was not open so we brought our own wine. We booked a room with a view. The view was the alley. Parking was our biggest challenge. The closest is about a 10 min+ walk. The hotel should specify suggested parking garages. It took us nearly 1 hour to find one. Also, there's no place on the street of the hotel to pull over to unload so if you have a lot of luggage, that will be a problem.

Fabulous location; couldn't be better. Most of the building is old and lovely. Characterful high-ceilinged room with two small balconies overlooking the street and with a big comfy bed. Roof terrace with great views and a bar at weekends (but you can visit at other times). Very pleasant staff. Breakfast good but I'd go out for it next time as there are plenty of places locally that sell a much cheaper (though less varied) breakfast. On the less positive side, the bathroom was very small and the tile grouting could do with a refresh. And the lighting in the room was rather dim.

Great size room with small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Friendly staff and a brilliant rooftop bar with stunning views over Alicante. Great location, easy to get to from Alicante airport as well as other surrounding towns for a visit. Would stay again.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom pretty compact but adequate. Shower good. The air conditioning was a Godsend as it was very hot. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The rooftop bar also friendly with good views. I watched a firework display there.

Great boutique style hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were fab and the room comfortable and clean. Have stayed here a few times and would stay again there aren’t many parking spaces available and it’s not the easiest car park to access but otherwise and great hotel.

Room was small and ensuite was tiny, certainly not Superior in any way. Housekeeping was very poor - having to request towels. On one day the bed was made without a duvet cover. Bathroom was in need of replacement and never properly cleaned during our 3 night stay, flooding every time we used the shower. No bathroom toiletries and the shower gel and shampoo provided were cheap products that did not lather. On the good side tea and coffee was available in the room and the Aircon worked well.

Det som är bra med är att den ligger bra nära till allt men det många saker är inte bra till ex dubbelsängen som vi bokade var mycket liten och vi fick betala 100 euro extra för att byta rum men i bokningen stod det att det rummet var för två personer. Städning var bara så där och toaletten luktade illa.

Personale gentile e disponibile anche per consigli su dove andare a mangiare bene e non turistico. Bellissima terrazza dove fare aperitivo con vista stupenda su castello e città. Ottima posizione centrale ma il pre-ingresso all'hotel con scalini brutto, non curato e con odore sgradevole. Struttura sotto le aspettative per pulizia, colazione (mancava la verdura e scarsità di salato per l'hotel che è e per quello che si è pagato). Camera piccola, illuminazione naturale solo da finestre su cavedio piccolo, illuminazione artificiale nella stanza scarsa mentre bene in bagno, aria condizionata posizionata di fronte al letto scomoda per chi non la ama in quanto diretta...noi di notte non l'abbiamo mai usata e abbiamo sofferto il caldo pur con le finestre aperte che purtroppo prendevano la poca aria dallo stretto cavedio.

The property is in a great location, easy walking to everything we wanted to explore. The rooftop bar was great too - amazing views and friendly service. We were in a ground floor accessible room which was very spacious, though we didn't need the accessible features. The only real concern was the two big windows in the room looked right onto the street so people walking past could see right into the room. There were shutters that could be closed but then the room was quite dark, and there were electric shades that could come down but you could still see through them.

Great location in old town, near the beach and plazas for eating. Parking was surprisingly easy through the old town, parking directly outside hotel but you need to move the car to a nearby car park, reception were very helpful. We had a family room with sofa bed. The room was very nice but as it is an attick/loft conversion the low bare rafters and steel beam were very inconvenient banging my head many times. Breakfast was lovely too.

This lovely hotel is extremely well located amongst shops and restaurants. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and the promonade. A buzzy atmosphere. Our room was well appointed on the 2nd floor. However I found the bed to be very hard but I was quickly given an extra duvet to put on top of the mattress. The one gripe would be the lack of sound proofing - each night of our three day trip we were subject to very noisy bed springs from the room above us!

Single room to be avoided. Dark, dreary and depressing, no shelves or cupboard. Had to put clothes on floor. There is a wardrobe . Toilet very narrow and basic . Had to sit sideways on toilet as knees touched the wall!! Shower ? Basic with just a hairwashing spray!. Very comfy bed and plenty of hot water. Some points in room do not work so phone did not charge after 3 hours. View of a wall! I paid over £200 for 2 nights . Like being in a cell. I wept to see where they had put me. Staff very pleasant but no better room available. The breakfast very good . In my 88 years of travel I have never had to stay in such a sad room.

Boutique hotel in a lovely old building in old town. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff very helpful, rooms are clean and well appointed, bed very comfortable, but minuscule... barely any floor space beyond the bed, and as a normal-sized adult man, my shoulders pressed against both walls while on the toilet... not for larger people!

We stay here every time we are in Alicante. The staff are so friendly & helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Alicante with lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach too.

Fabulous Hotel in a very central location just back from sea front with plenty of places to eat and drink around it. Staff friendly and helpful arrived early and they allowed us to leave bag with in a looked room. Room was very clean comfy bed and a powerful shower there was cups kettle coffee and tea room also had fridge safe and tv which has netflix and youtube installed on it We hadnt booked breakfast when we booked room but was told we could have breakfast and pay when we checked out €10 per person there was plenty to coose from cereals fruits cold meats cheeses bacon sausages scrambled eggs pancakes spanish omelette cobs bread yoghurts fruit cakes and pastries coffee tea several juices Overall great value for money

We stay here every time we are in Alicante. The staff are so friendly & helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Alicante with lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach too.

Fabulous location; couldn't be better. Most of the building is old and lovely. Characterful high-ceilinged room with two small balconies overlooking the street and with a big comfy bed. Roof terrace with great views and a bar at weekends (but you can visit at other times). Very pleasant staff. Breakfast good but I'd go out for it next time as there are plenty of places locally that sell a much cheaper (though less varied) breakfast. On the less positive side, the bathroom was very small and the tile grouting could do with a refresh. And the lighting in the room was rather dim.

Great size room with small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Friendly staff and a brilliant rooftop bar with stunning views over Alicante. Great location, easy to get to from Alicante airport as well as other surrounding towns for a visit. Would stay again.

Great location in old town, near the beach and plazas for eating. Parking was surprisingly easy through the old town, parking directly outside hotel but you need to move the car to a nearby car park, reception were very helpful. We had a family room with sofa bed. The room was very nice but as it is an attick/loft conversion the low bare rafters and steel beam were very inconvenient banging my head many times. Breakfast was lovely too.

Great stay, friendly staff & perfect location in the old town. Lovely old building full of character with charmingly decorated rooms. Plenty of choice at breakfast which was included. We stayed on a Friday night as we wanted a lively experience. It was quite noisy in the room with people out in the streets enjoying the night life. It was worth the disturbance to be in such a convenient location but wouldn't suit anyone wanting an narly night.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom pretty compact but adequate. Shower good. The air conditioning was a Godsend as it was very hot. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The rooftop bar also friendly with good views. I watched a firework display there.

Personale gentile e disponibile anche per consigli su dove andare a mangiare bene e non turistico. Bellissima terrazza dove fare aperitivo con vista stupenda su castello e città. Ottima posizione centrale ma il pre-ingresso all'hotel con scalini brutto, non curato e con odore sgradevole. Struttura sotto le aspettative per pulizia, colazione (mancava la verdura e scarsità di salato per l'hotel che è e per quello che si è pagato). Camera piccola, illuminazione naturale solo da finestre su cavedio piccolo, illuminazione artificiale nella stanza scarsa mentre bene in bagno, aria condizionata posizionata di fronte al letto scomoda per chi non la ama in quanto diretta...noi di notte non l'abbiamo mai usata e abbiamo sofferto il caldo pur con le finestre aperte che purtroppo prendevano la poca aria dallo stretto cavedio.

Absolutely brilliant location, would stay again though maybe with an external room so you could look outside. Rooftop bar was an amazing bonus especially when you could bring your own on the evenings it was closed.

Stayed here for four nights in September 2026. Wasn't as nice as the pictures made it seem. Great location, but missing some basic amenities. The trash can was extremely small, very little interior lighting, Wifi connection very weak. Wouldn't stay here again.
