O hotel é agradável e confortável, mas a localização é o ponto alto. No coração da via del corso, o hotel é rodeado de lojas, bons restaurantes e muito perto da Piazza del Papolo. Michaela é extremamente gentil e acolhedora. Único desafio foi a pouca iluminação do quarto e do banheiro.

Otel metroya ve otobüs duraklarına yakın, ulaşım açısından sorun yaşanmıyor. Temizliği gayet güzeldi, bidet olması da ayrıca güzel. Bu sıcak Roma günlerinde klimanın olması beni rahatlattı. Oteldeki görevli çok tatlı bir hanımefendi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

O hotel é no segundo andar,abaixo funciona um museu. Praticamente não fica ninguém lá. Me deram uma chave e eu entrava com um portão eletrônico e em seguida subia um elevador muito antigo e entrava no meu quarto com a chave. Achei pouco seguro. Só vi pessoas quando cheguei e fiz o check in. Não tem café da manhã. Não ficaria lá de novo.

We checked easily and were greeted with smiles from Mikayla. The elevator is great but a challenge with large luggage as it's small, but I got it done. Nice location, room was clean and spacious with nice linens and plenty of towels with a nice shower and hot water. Mikayla and the man, who may be her husband, were so kind to help try to fix my telescoping handle on my big suitcase that the driver broke. He actually was able to fix it well enough to unjam it and get it down, what a relief! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
