There is a problem between the Hotel and Expedia. The room where the Hotel put us up was far different from the published photos. They downgraded us, saying that's what we had agreed to. I showed them the photos and my reservation, but the hotel insisted that is a Expedia problem. Anyway, at the end nobody solved the situation and we spent our vacations time and my wife's birthday in a horrible room. Far from what we expected.

Péssimo. Quarto parecia um cativeiro. Muito sujo, porta quebrada, ferrugem no mini bar. Não sei se o hotel estava lotado por ser carnaval e esse era o único disponível. Talvez seja um quarto que na disponibilizam normalmente, porque era muito muito ruim. Vergonhoso.

Yo tenía reservada una habitación para 4 personas y me entregaron una para 3 personas. Se demoraron más de media hora en asignarme una habitación con espacio para 4 personas. Pero, la habitación distaba mucho de lo que mostraban las fotos. Una habitación pequeña, vieja sin mantención, un baño en mal estado, el teléfono no funcionaba, cortinas sucias y rotas, pocos enchufes (o enchufabas la lámpara de velador o el minibar). El lugar si muy lindo, todo el staff amable y el desayuno muy rico.
