I feel like they have stayed at hotels and included what they would have liked at their hotel- a bigger size mini fridge, a fan, paper towels; things you wouldn't have normally at a hotel but wish you did have. Only thing they were missing were tissues. And maybe a mini keureg instead of coffee pot

My family stayed in one of the cabins. It was roomy and pristine, with a full-sized refrigerator and a large shower. The check-in at the front office was efficient. The customer service is outstanding with suggestions of what to see in the area. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

Thanks to Debbie our check-in / check-out process was painless and convenient. The room is very clean. All details regarding Internet access were clearly communicated with a note attached above the table. Parking was easy and right in front of the room. Property is well organized and kept clean. We had a good night sleep in a very quiet environment. Thank you.

Quiet, clean, easily accessible. Debbie was very personable at check in. Room was clean. Microwave and full size fridge available. Location is quiet. Easy parking. Only complaint would be the small size of the bathroom. Would definitely book here again. Easy check out.

This was a great choice, I like that it is away from the main city area, it was very quiet here. My room (5) was perfect! This is a "classic style" older motel. Having said that, we were very pleased with this room. Everything qas spotless and in great condition. Beds, including 4 big pillows each, were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Many little extras in the room to make it even more comfortable. It even had a FULL SIZE refrigerator/ freezer! We will definitely stay here next time we visit Oswego. Thanks for a great night's rest.

A clean, comfortable, vintage motel. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Really appreciate the motel's policies as we had no allergic reactions to anything. The location worked great for our travel plans. Also, highly recommend Dahls Diner (just down the road) for breakfast.

We were surprised at the room we were given as we were expecting one in the house that is pictured on the site. Instead, we were in a very small, cabin-like room within a row of similar rooms. Although it was updated, clean and adequate, it was clearly meant for a fisherman's space (large freezer in the room, with printed regulations for fishermen, along with small refrigerator and microwave); we were asked if we were there to fish (we were not). The driveway in front of our room was not paved. All in all, it was an adequate room, but certainly not worth $150 per night. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Spotless older motel located just east of Oswego on NY Route 104. Caters to visitors in the area for its fishing. Located on an intersection of a state and a county highway. Reasonably quiet until morning traffic builds on Route 104 or, in my case, when another guest departed for fishing at an early hour. Bed was comfortable and wifi was very good. My room had a full-sized fridge which was a plus. Furniture was vintage but everything was clean and in good repair. There was some confusion at check-in regarding prepayment; I was also assessed a small surcharge for using a credit card, adding about $4 to the Hotels.com reservation price I'd agreed to pay.

Made a last minute reservation. Was hesitant to book a chain motel/hotel due to previous experiences and took a shot on a local motel. Showed up right at check in time. Debbie, the owner/operator greeted me and had a short and pleasant conversation. Was given room 5. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the scent of fresh laundry. Not a spray, masked scent, but actual fresh laundry. Room was clean, tidy, and had a full fridge/microwave and very clean ensuite bathroom. Had a quick shower, water was warm and pressure was decent. Had a selection of clean, soft, white towels that also were obviously freshly laundered. Bed was well made, was clean, with comfortable pillows. My overall impression is this is a proudly run family owned business with Debbie keeping things running to a high standard. The comfort/cleanliness for value is great. Some notes: bring your cards, you cant pay with your phone (I pay with my phone for everything). The motel is about a 5 minute drive outside of town, so have a vehicle.

This was a great choice, I like that it is away from the main city area, it was very quiet here. My room (5) was perfect! I was impressed by how incredibly clean my room was, and the staff was so friendly. The owner was sweet as pie! There was a diner one minute away, and shops 10 minutes away, which was quite convenient. My only negative comment is the door only secured with a handle lock. No deadbolt, no inside chain, no slide. I didn't have reason to believe the property was unsafe, but as a woman travelling alone, I would have felt better with a more secure lock on the door.

A clean, comfortable, vintage motel. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Really appreciate the motel's policies as we had no allergic reactions to anything. The location worked great for our travel plans. Also, highly recommend Dahls Diner (just down the road) for breakfast.

The room was nice, plenty of room, parking right in front of door. I was able to check in early. If going fishing, it’s about 20 min from town

Overall impression was good and a very clean place, albeit simple w/no frills (bring or pay for shampoo). Somewhat disappointed with check-in, around 3:30. After buzzed in, found no lobby/counter just lady seated sideways fixed on computer screen... barely glanced at me the whole time. No other issues, might stay again or consider other options.

The motel was clean and quiet. I will say that it was dated but that's what it is, an older motel that has been well maintained. We enjoyed our stay there and can recommend it to other travelers.

This was our family's third time staying here. It's definitely a throw back to road trip motels in a setting among trees and lawn. The rooms are clean and include a fridge and microwave, cable TV, andwindow AC. Very comfortable space, clean and just a bit kitchy. We enjoyed the picnic tables and seating on the covered porch.
