The St Regis Bangkok was good but not great which was a bit of a surprise. The staff and butler service were fantastic, as always, in a St Regis hotel. That being said the facilities felt old such as worn silk and heavily scuffed railings in the guest elevators. Minor things to most hotels, but this is a St Regis property. My bathroom had a slow leak from the room above with a brown stain on the ceiling above which made me think that the source was sewage. I departed the hotel at 11.30am and wanted to grab a quick lunch before I left for the airport, however I was informed that other than the cakes and pastries at the 1st floor lounge, nothing was open for lunch. I could place an order and they could deliver it to my room though I’d already checked out, or have it in a to go box which I thought was odd for a St Regis property.

staff service is good, clean room Cons whole hotel cable station not working, no programs and apparently, happened quite often and they said is due to outside construction on going. Not sure about other guest, but to me cable programs need to be working well for 5 stars hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. This time one could see the hotel coming to an age - wear and tear here and there. The new year festivities suspended/closed all too many of the normal services. The deposit practice is from the Soviet era. They asked for more on the second day. If one can afford and pay in advance a room of 550-600 eur per night that person is most likely able to manage with a lunch bill. It was humiliating. The staff is very friendly as always.

Absolutely wonderful! People, service, luxury, sheets amazing views, gorgeous very spacious room. All amenities and a butler. The concierge was spectacular at helping us get around the city and directing us to a great restaurant and shopping.

This is an amazing property, super clean and comfy for a family get away. If you are traveling with family, then look no further Staff us excellent and the butler service is outstanding. Super thankful to Cherry (our lovely butler) and Natalia (Manager) to ensure we were looked after very well.

It’s a good location. Very nice staff. A bit disappointed in the rooms. Too many cups and glasses and guides and papers and notices cluttering the room. Also lighting system is annoying. Easier to put switch near to the light it controls. Like in one’s home. The days of mood lighting at the flip of a switch are gone. And not necessary.

充電ポートがお粗末。駅直結で、サービスも部屋の広さや調度品も文句なしだが、今の時代にUSB-Aの充電ポートが１口のみは??? モバイル機器を複数持つ時代、スマホに予備バッテリー、ポケットiFi等なのに、1か所しかないポートはお粗末。これが解消すれば、このホテルでの滞在は文句なし。

St.Regis never fails to meet expectations of a 5 star hotel. If you’re looking for a comfortable/luxurious stay - look no further. The St.Regis Bangkok is connected directly with the MRT skytrain and is only one stop away from Siam Paragon, making it super convenient to get to all the shopping spots. Staff is super friendly and gave a warm welcome upon arrival. Would definitely book this spot again in the future.

Breakfast was amazing, the best I have had in Bangkok so far. The room is spacious but needs upgrade like USB ports, also feel a bit confusing about the light switches arrangement. Staff is very helpful and attentive, not every 5 star hotel can compare. Location is perfect, direct anccess to BTS and easy walk to Central World.

Excellent staff, convenient location, we had a room with a view, worth paying extra. Also worth paying for is the airport pick up and drop off, the St. Regis rep met us and helped us with the check in, making sure all was OK. The room was spacious and luxurious. True 5 star hotel in a very busy city.

St Regis has been a fantastic stay for us! Not explicitly telling them of my birthday, the staff went on to decorate my room with flowers and petals with a cake! Very very touched by their proactiveness and staff friendliness from the doorman to room service! Well done, St Regis!

Outstanding service from arriving at the airport to arriving at the hotel…checked us in at our room immediately on arrival…the best service we ever had from any hotel around the world…even had a person awaiting us at the airport on departure to take our bags to the check in…amazing service!

It’s a good location. Very nice staff. A bit disappointed in the rooms. Too many cups and glasses and guides and papers and notices cluttering the room. Also lighting system is annoying. Easier to put switch near to the light it controls. Like in one’s home. The days of mood lighting at the flip of a switch are gone. And not necessary.

St.Regis never fails to meet expectations of a 5 star hotel. If you’re looking for a comfortable/luxurious stay - look no further. The St.Regis Bangkok is connected directly with the MRT skytrain and is only one stop away from Siam Paragon, making it super convenient to get to all the shopping spots. Staff is super friendly and gave a warm welcome upon arrival. Would definitely book this spot again in the future.

The St Regis Bangkok was good but not great which was a bit of a surprise. The staff and butler service were fantastic, as always, in a St Regis hotel. That being said the facilities felt old such as worn silk and heavily scuffed railings in the guest elevators. Minor things to most hotels, but this is a St Regis property. My bathroom had a slow leak from the room above with a brown stain on the ceiling above which made me think that the source was sewage. I departed the hotel at 11.30am and wanted to grab a quick lunch before I left for the airport, however I was informed that other than the cakes and pastries at the 1st floor lounge, nothing was open for lunch. I could place an order and they could deliver it to my room though I’d already checked out, or have it in a to go box which I thought was odd for a St Regis property.

バトラーさんがとても親切で美味しいコーヒーを淹れてくれます。朝早いツアーに参加したため朝食BOXをお願いしたところ、3段の豪華な朝食を用意して頂きました。何もかも満足です。アラビアン風アフタヌーンティーもおいしかったです。次回はタイ風を頂いてみたいです。

I have been staying in 5 star hotels in Bangkok for 35 years and I booked the St Regis almost by accident. I discovered a new level of beauty and service. I had my own butler. The front staff called you by name everytime you came and went. They were there with a warm towel when I got caught in a downpour---genuinely interested in how I spent my day and if they could help me in any way. The room was 1st class witth an incredible view of the golf course. The pool was awesome as was the staff. The breakfast was over the top with a staff that always anticipated your desires. The direct access to the BTS was another winning feature. The hotel and food are pricey but worth every bit. I can't wait to return.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after doing all the touristy things.
