Hilton Garden Inn Konya, Turkey

A beautiful place to stay and enjoy Konya. Lovely walk to th Mevlana Rumi mosque, tomb complex. Huge, light filled lobby with many comfortable seating areas, nice breakfast and reasonable prices for the rooms

The staff was very helpful and they arranged a day-trip for me. Room was nice and clean, big bed with lots of pillows. TV channels were mostly in Turkish, BBC was only English-speaking channel I could find. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special but enough to get you started. The gym was very basic and there were no other amenities to speak of. Overall a good deal for the money.

Wir haben ein king-size Zimmer gebucht da wir ein kleines Kind haben, der zwischen uns schläft. Das Bett war jedoch vielleicht 140cm breit bzw schmal. Mein Mann musste auf dem Sofa schlafen. Sowohl das Bett als auch das Sofa waren sehr unbequem. Mitten im Zimmer war eine Tür zum Nebenzimmer, wo auch Gäste waren und man konnte fast alles hören was da vor sich geht. Mitten in der Nacht hat die Minibar(ein leerer Kühlschrank) angefangen laut zu knacken und andere laute Geräusche zu machen. Im Hof war eine Maschine oder etwas ähnliches der so einen lauten Motorengerausch machte, dass das Schlafen unmöglich war! Der Gang zu den Zimmern war ziemlich gruselig. Eher dunkel als hell und gefühlt unendlich lang. Dann kommt noch das ziemlich alte Mobiliar dazu. Schon hat man ein Hotel, im dem man auf keinem Fall übernachten möchte! Ich kann die guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Für diesen Preis haben wir bisher bei deutlich luxuriösen Hotels übernachtet. Ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel so schlecht geschlafen. Das war unser erstes Mal in einem Hilton Hotel und leider auch das letzte Mal. Nun zum positiven: die Mitarbeiter sind nett und das Hotel hat eine riesige kühle Garage. Daher auch 2 Sterne und nicht 1 Stern. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal übernachten.

Vasat bir otel, Hilton'da kalıyormuş hissi yok. Odalar küçük sayılır. Otelin içinde spa, havuz olmaması ilginç.

Hilton markası dolayısıyla beklentiniz doğal olarak yüksek oluyor.Ancak standart odalar diğer otellerde ki odalarla aynı bar saat 23.00 da kapanıyor.

Laundry room was handy.

Her şey güzeldi, sadece kaldığım odanın banyo havalandırma menfezi simsiyah toz ile kaplıydı, bunun acilen temizlenmesi lazım.

Oteliniz,resepsiyon ve karsilama ,bir sikinti oldugunda aninda cozum uretme konusunda gayet guzel ancak hijyen olarak kotu,katta odaya giderken iki gun boyunca yerdeki patatesleri gormek hic hos degil,odada birsey icmek icin kuoayi kullanmak istedim onda da ruj izi vardi ,oda genel olarak tozluydu.kisa süre konakladigim icin cok sikinti etmedim ancak uzun sure konaklama icin tercih etmem

Check-in yapmak için geldiğimizde satın aldığımız odayı vermeyip, iki yataklı ya da sigara içilen arasında seçim yapmayı zorladılar. Oda genel olarak temizdi, ama havlu asılacak yerlerin ya da başucu lambalarının üstü toz kaplıydı.

Genel itibariyle otel fena sayılmaz ama odalardaki temizlik ciddi anlamda sıkıntılıydı. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde yerde olan bir çöp 5 günlük konaklamamızın sonunda hala duruyordu. Odalardaki temizlik anlayışı sadece yatağın düzeltilmesi ve çöpün boşaltılması gibi düşünülüyor sanırım.

Daha önceleride hiltonda kalmıştım çoktemizdi ama bu sefer konya hilton bizi şaşırttı eski pis kulak temizleme çubuğu bile yoktu oda toz içersindeydi

Otelin konumu güzeldi. Merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Ama odalarımız çok pisti. Check in sonrası tekrar temizlenmesini rica ettik. Bir de otelin içi, eşyalar eski genel olarak da. 2000lerin başında kalmış, hiç değişiklik yapılmamış gibi odaların içi. Giriş alanı yeni duruyor bence odalar da yenilenmeli. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ama onda da genel olarak masalardaki tuzluklar ve yerler kirliydi.

Locatie was prima. Ontbijt was minimaal. Meubels waren oud. Sofa was erg hard en dekbed had bloedvlekken. Voor mij hij 3*

Pencere bozuk kapanmıyor. Klimanın ısıtması çalışmıyor sabaha kadar buz gibi odada kaldım

The hotel room felt like back into the 90's looks very old and tired. There was no concierge service at the hotel being classed as a 5 star hotel. The breakfast had no much options. They have modernised the reception area but not the rooms.

Odanın bakıma ihtiyacı vardı. Penceresi tam kapanmadığı için hem ses hem de soğuk olarak problem yarattı. Yatak karyolası çok gıcırdıyordu. Banyo giderlerinde problem vardı. Hem el yıkama yeri hem de duş teknesinde su gitmediği için su birikiyordu. Duş teknesi altından da su kaçağı olduğu için normal banyo bölümüne de bir hayli su kaçağı oldu. Sonuç olarak odanın genel bir bakıma ihtiyacı var. Diğer iş arkadaşımın odasında bu problemlerin hiçbiri yoktu, benim odama özel olabilir. Oda 316 idi. Oda harici otel gayet düzenli, temiz, kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli idi.

Lots of noise from traffic. Far from everything except Mevlana cultural center. This is NOT a five star hotel.

1 gece konaklamak için rahat eder dinleniriz diye konakladığımız otel tam bir hüsran..Odalar çok eski yatak gıcırdama sesinden yatamadık ve oda değiştirdik yine de yatakları inanılmaz konforsuzdu.

Friendly staff. Every one from General Manager, Restaurant Manager and other staff extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Very clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Konya, would definitely stay at this hotel again

Biz 3 kişi suit odada kaldık, oda geniş ayrı oturma alanı var iyi güzel ama 3cü kişi rahat etmedi çünkü çekyatta yattı ve yatağın demirleri rahatsız etti ve hiç uyuyamadı. 3 kişilik oda diye yazıyor ama 3cü kişiyi çekyatda yatiriyorlar hadi buda tamam ama bari rahat olsun 5 yıldızlı otele bu mu yakışır. Hiç olmadı ben başka illerde de Hiltonda kaldım ama bu hiltondan çok memnun kalmadım maalesef. Personel az valizleri kendimiz taşıdık odaya, çıkışta sormadılar bile nasıldı diye çünkü personel 1 tane ve kalabalık ben yinede şikayetimi belirttim ama sadece ben baktiririm yatağı dedi, baktirsan ne olacak bu saatten sonra ben çıkıyorum zaten. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Sakindi ses olmadı bu yüzden sadece iyi olarak geçiyorum.

Calisanlar cok guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Kahvalti oldukca iyiydi. Arkadasimla birlikte cok memnun kaldik

Amazing staff, great location

Terrible front office check-in experience. One person doing all work and two person doing people watching. Took 25 minutes while there were only two in front of us.

We were stuck due to issues with another hotel and Basit helped us out with a booking in under 15 minutes. Again 5 star all around

Staff at the reception are very uninterested and unfriendly, if I had to rate this property based on first impressions, it is a fail. Breakfast is of an extremely poor quality. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Very central hotel, which was very convrnirnt. Comfortable room. Great buffet. The only issiebis the staff (at the front desk). They were so unfriendly and so unhelpful… Terrible!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wer sich ein Hilton Hotel leisten kann erwartet auch einiges. Unsere Erwartungen wurde nur zum Teil erfüllt. Das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe. Die Penncake und die gesamten angebotenen warmen Speisen waren kalt und verwässert. Das Brot war hart.

Hilton ismine aldanmış oldum. Kahvaltısı vasat altı. Omlet, patates kızartması, sucuk gibi sıcak kahvaltılık çeşitleri yok. Klasik kafe kahvaltısı ayarında. Sadece bir çeşit börek vardı. O da lezzetli değildi. Diğer ürünler de çok taze görünmüyordu. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
