A estadia no hotel foi muito positiva no geral. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o café da manhã, mas a situação foi prontamente resolvida pelo gerente, que demonstrou atenção e profissionalismo. A localização é excelente, facilitando bastante o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos. O café da manhã, após o ocorrido, mostrou-se muito bom, com variedade e qualidade. Além disso, a equipe do hotel foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia. Recomendo e certamente voltaria.

Convenient area though not walkable to waterfront. Very helpful staff and good breakfast with the friendliest staff you’ll ever see! Compact room with everything you need. Great value.

We really enjoyed our stay in the well managed and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent as well.

For the price I absolutely couldn’t fault it. The room was spotless. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to change my booking after check in to have a friend added to my booking for a small fee.

Great find - room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff are warm and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. I have no complaints - the only issue is that there is a flight of stairs to get from the ground floor where the reception is to the floor where the lift/elevator is. The staff was helpful with bags, but this would be an issue for anyone with mobility concerns, and should be clearly stated in the description of the property.
