It was close to shopping and restaurants, but it was very noisy. Specially at night time you feel like you’re sleeping in the street they have control on your air condition in the room that they keep shutting down so you come back to her room or while you’re sleeping suddenly they don’t get hot because they shut the air condition from downstairs the breakfast in the morning, very limited cold, I was running out so better breakfast buffet and the worst thing happen. The elevator got stuck with my mom inside and when they open the door on her, all they say is you could use downstairs not even check on her or saying how are you doing or saying even I’m sorry and my mom is 74 years old and another thing you have to go about 20 stairs to get into the hotel from the Main St. so it’s not a handicap, friendly or senior citizen friendly

Hotel in posizione centrale, comoda er raggiungere tutti i siti di interesse. Camere comode e pulite. La colazione è da migliorare, qualità media. SPA ben gestita. Tutto sommato, se non si hanno molte pretese, hotel comodo.

Ottima posizone per chi vuole stare vicino al centro commerciale della città. Colazione buona anche se quasi tutto salato. Stanza piccolina ma con tutti i confort. Personale gentile sia all accoglienza che al ristorante. Unico piccolo problema un solo ascensore. E se la mattina trovi il personale delle pulizie che portano su i cambi, ci sono tempi lunghi di attesa, oltre alle persone che devono fare colazione. Dovrebbero portare i cambi su in orari prima della colazione. Nel complesso abbiamo fatto un bel soggiorno

The place is due for renovation. Lift lobby is sensor lighting which will turn off within couple of second if no moving, and the lobby became black out. External noise from the night life nearby might disrupt the sleep. Breakfast is average. Convenient location to Taksim Square and direct bus (in front of Point Hotel) to Istanbul airport.

This is not a high-end hotel, but it's a comfortable hotel. I liked my stay here. The hotel is located very close to Taksim Square in 1-2 mins walking distance. Many restaurants and shops nearby. I got a room that was facing towards the street, so i could see what is happening around the hotel. There are no international TV channels in the room. No drinking water provided, but you can get from a grocery shop opposite the hotel. Hotel staff don't speak much English but understandable. If there is language problem we all have access to Google translation app,so it is not a big deal. Breakfast is not good and not bad. They serve the same things everyday. There are variety of bread for you to choose and don't miss the peach tea. It's so nice. But,don't fall for a discount on massage service that they offer. The massage I received was very terrible. The masseur seems to knew only rubbing, not massaging. My tiredness was still there after the massage, so it's not worth the money at all. If you want to experience Hamam, go to Tarihi Galatasaray Hamami that's located nearby Taksim Square, not at the hotel. After all , staying here is good enough, if you want to control your budget. Taxi and Uber are very easy to access. You can take a tram at Taksim Square as well. Enjoy your stay !!

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was walking distance from metro, bust station, Taksim Square and Istiqlal street. What I did not like was the elevator, it was too small and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on it. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I would consider it for my next trip to Istanbul.

Parking does not come with the property. Bathroom doorknob was broken. Bathroom door was hard to close.

It’s a walk distance to the takseem but you have to go up stairs to get to the reception ,, the elevator got stuck with my mom once and didn’t even say I’m sorry for it, the breakfast buffet was small and not a lot of varieties cold and they run a lot of time out of some items not what’s look like in the pictures and we find out that they shut the air condition couple hours every day for the rooms so they have a control from downstairs on the Air condition in your room and it’s a lot of noise all night long from the outside when you’re trying to sleep you feel like you’re in the middle of the street cars with loud noises and there is no noise barrier we have two rooms one in the third and one in the sixth floor and we still heard noises from outside

We were abruptly woken up at 4 am by a deafening drilling noise! the walls were literally shaking. I called the reception to ask what was going on, they casually told me, "WE ARE FIXING THE ELEVATOR"!! Another ridiculous issue: The Air conditioner switch was on the ceiling, not on the wall! and there was no remote control provided to turn it on or off! We had to put a chair under the panel just to be able to reach it! Then we called and asked for an iron, they brought one, but it has a UK Plug!! and it didn't even fir the sockets in the Hotel in Istanbul!! Overall the Service was terrible, and I absolutely do not recommend this Hotel!

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to; there were even spiders, the restaurant chairs were disgusting, the breakfast was inedible ,the door locks didn't lock, I felt unsafe, and Expedia was irresponsible. I asked for a refund because I had to change hotels, and they still haven't resolved the issue.

Hotel was very clean and had access to all main areas and transport also was cheap and staff were so friendly kind and helpful the breakfast was really fresh and definitely recommend

This hotel’s rooms were clean, but the staff were extremely rude. The housekeepers started making loud noises in the hallway around 7:00 in the morning! The cleanliness of the place where breakfast was served was terrible.

Bathroom leaking when shower report issue 3times still no response... Had to get in touch with expedia to get them to fix it still not been fixed plus bad smell of sewage coming from bathroom...

Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Haben nach früher Ankunft zeitnah ein Zimmer bekommen und auch auf früheres Frühstück wurde eingegangen. Zimmer zwar ein wenig klein für 3 Personen aber sehr sauber ! Man kommt super mit dem Havabus von Flughafen zum Hotel. Taksim Platz sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fussläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Frühstück und Unterkunft entspricht dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis :) Wir würden wiederkommen !

Ich war sehr überrascht. Alles war ganz toll. Reinigung, Interaktion mit dem Personal, Lage, Frühstück, Lobby, Zugang und Preis ... Exzellent. Die nächste Reise unbedingt.

Klimaanlage nur von der Rezeption aus zentral an- oder abstellbar, keine Temperaturregelung möglich( es geht nur an oder aus und das auch nur, wenn man der Rezeption Bescheid sagt. Nachts sehr laut durch DIskothek in der Nähe, bis 5 Uhr morgens ohrenbetäubender Lärm. Schlafen kaum möglich.

excelente opcion muy bien ubicado cerca a todo, la estación del bus al aeropuerto y los zonas comerciales, un desayuno muy completo y personal amable Solo que el wi fi no funciono bien por una falla en la zona.

La atención en recepción es muy buen, los chicos que atienden son muy amables y se esmeran en hacerte sentir como y ayudarte en todo lo posible. Lo malo fue el lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, los cuartos que dan hacia el exterior no tienen suficientes cortinas para tapar la luz, incluso tienen instaladas luces que te moletan, el desayuno no era bueno, el internet era lento. En general la limpieza fue buena, y la ubicación es buena también.

The room was very small

Flott beliggenhet med dyre butikker og restauranter i området , . Hotellet er mye eldre enn det det ser ut som på bilde. Sengen er ikke komfortabel. Dusjdøra hang løs, håndkle feste hang løs. Mye var gammelt. Bildene man ser før reservasjonen stemmer ikke hilsen ung par fra Norge. . Dette er gamle bilder . Damene som hadde renhold på hotellet var veldig flinke. Eneste som var bra med hotell var renhold av rommet . Frokost som var inkludert var heøt grei, eneste som var dårlig var at vi hadde 5.netter opphold og det var samme mat hver dag , kunne bytte på litt . Var dårlig service med varmt vann til te etc. Var alltid tomt så man måtte spørre. . Også måtte man helt ned til resepsjonen får å hente seg dette og kaffe hver gang man hadde lyst på varm drikke

Firstly, I would like to start with the poor and shocking customer service provided by the staff at the hotel, who were really rude and deceiving and looked to making extra money on every occasion. Torgey was the name of one of the receptionist who was really rude, I complained to him about 2 light fittings right above the headside of my bed which was causing me difficultly in sleeping and was a health risk as I hurt my head on it quite a few times. Another sharpe fitting on the side of the toilet on which I cut my arm, and again another health risk.The last point which I wanted to notify people about was probably the most disgusting and horrific thing that I have seen in a hotel especially a hotel which is catering for families. Firstly, me and my cousin were asked multiple times for personal services in the lift by which I could only assume we’re prostitutes. I then seen these same very women and different women on different days entering a room next to us on our floor. Loud music, smell of cannabis and screams coming from the room next door was preventing us from sleeping on so many nights. Having then gone and complained about this matter to the receptionist Torgay who smiled and laughed and replied saying special financial agreement with the boss of the hotel, which implied to me that multiple rooms in this hotel were being used as brothels. strongly advise you to stay away from this place as this experience was a nightmate for me and would be devastating for families.

The check in and check out easy, Staff very kind and kind, The price was good, we left the hotel to continue our vacation in turkiye and we have reserved room in this hotel for two days before our return to Canada as our check out time and the nice management offered us a discount also. We recommend everybody to stay at this hotel in Istanbul.

The best part is the location. Out of the hotel, turn right, walk straight, you will reach the Havabus to IST in 5 minutes or less.

Perfect location if you are in a transit and need to be close to the airport buses and also in the center of the city. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Taksim. A Better property than the cheap $20 locations further down.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la terminal de micro que te trae desde el aeropuerto. Cuando llegamos y nos asignaron la habitación estaba muy fría (la temperatura era de 5 grados en la ciudad y dejaron el aire frío prendido en la habitación) . Eso fue un gran inconveniente para nosotros porque tardó mucho en calentarse el cuarto y tuvimos mucho frío. El desayuno muy bueno.

Dette hotel levede slet ikke op til vores forventninger og lever slet ikke op til navnet “Special Class”. Der er intet “special” over dette hotel. Værelset var virkelig småt og nedslidt. Alt ude på badeværelset var gammelt og ødelagt. Der var masser af rust på dørhåndtagene, på bruseren og spejler var nedslidt og gammelt. Køleskabet virkede. Da vi tjekkede ind på værelset kunne vi se at der var hul i vores sengelagn samt beskidte pletter? Vi gjorde dem opmærksom på dette og de skiftede det. Morgenmaden på hotellet er forfærdelig. Kun kold mad, kolde æg, kolde pølser. Smager virkelig dårligt. Der er intet særligt ved dette hotel, kvaliteten er virkelig i bund. Det eneste gode var placeringen.

Det är min 2:a gång på detta hotell. Trevlig personal och hotellet är stenkast från Taksim square. Frukosten är bra för priset vi betalade och varje dag försökte de variera med olika alternativ.

Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel was walking distance from metro, bust station, Taksim Square and Istiqlal street. What I did not like was the elevator, it was too small and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get on it. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I would consider it for my next trip to Istanbul.
