Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner, amenities, restaurant, and overall staff was superb. My only complaint is of the staff member in charge of the spa facilities, he was a little rude.

Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back!

Your property is so unique and lovely. Our "Stars and Sky" Suite was just pure beauty! Everything was just stellar! The Spa was a treat for all the senses. WELL DONE! We just loved the artistic flare. We will return for sure!

Very nicely decorated, soft sheets, very good breakfast, very centric location. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, including the bed breakfast staff. And Carmen at the front desk was great! She gave us great recommendations! Freshly squeezed OJ! Good variety of food items. The bed was very comfortable, amazing views from the deck. The spa was fantastic too and it was included. We had daily beverages in our bedroom and snacks and it was included too. We would definitely stay there again. And needless to say, Zermatt was just amazing!

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, rodeado de lojas e restaurantes. O spa é muito gostoso, tem varias saunas e hidromassagem na area externa. Pelas fotos o hotel parece ser bem maior do que é, mas valeu mesmo assim. É um hotel bem moderno, decoracao bem inusitada. Fiquei no quarto mais simples e achei muito pequeno, nao ficaria nele novamente.

My favourite hotel in Switzerland so far ! The decor is stylish and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Our room has a balcony with the Matterhorn view. We love the breakfast and the spa. The spa is very interestingly designed and it’s free for the guests. Great experience!

The hotel is very well located and easy to access from the shuttle station on foot with suitcases. Our room had a terrific view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very courteous and the included breakfast was sufficient. The air conditioning lacked power to cool the room in the heat of summer but it was better than no A.C at all. Would return to the same hotel in the future.

Enjoyed our stay here as it was central to downtown Zermatt. The breakfast buffet included was nice and so was the spa access inclusion for guests. The room, was ok. Beds were comfortable. The complaint is in the layout of the room - it’s small and there is no privacy from the bathroom to the bedroom which makes it uncomfortable if you’re staying with others. The patios are very close to one another and that also makes it very uncomfortable if you have people who smoke staying next to you. The deck outside of our room felt unsafe to be on, it definitely needs to be repaired before someone gets hurt and the room air conditioning was the worst I’ve experienced for the price I payed for the hotel. Otherwise - staff were great, super kind.

We loved the hotel. The room was amazing, with views of the Matterhorn and staff were always helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating, however, some of the blinds and windows were broken and the room was advertised as the Sky and Stars suite, yet some roof windows wouldn't open and were clearly broken and some of the roof blinds were either missing or broken and unable to open, one of them directly above the main bed.

What a fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed with great attention to design detail. Superb location, very comfortable rooms. We unfortunately didn’t have time to use the spa but it looked lovely. One minor point was that the bath towels were a bit on the small side, which was slightly at odds with the general opulence of the hotel. The staff were charming, capable and friendly.

Ausser in der ersten Nacht, kam Wasser vom unserem Duschabfluss hoch, bis zum Zimmer und stank. Wurde dann am nächsten Tag morgens behoben. Leider ist in der Nacht niemand im Hotel. Das war für uns etwas beängstigend. Abends um 23.00 Uhr kam zum ersten Mal Wasser, wir schliefen schon) und später nochmals. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Amazing Hotel, but gets a 4-star for not having sound proof doors to the rooms, so you can even hear a pin drop outside. Very annoying waking up to sounds and noice during the night and day, in such an otherwise magic hotel.

Great place, no taxi’s which required long waits. Thank you to Susanna, who really helped us find a taxi from the ferry late. We couldn’t thank her enough. Room was nice as was the pool. Had dinner 1-night and we are glad we did.

Where do I start. We had booked for two nights but got hit with an incredible, once in a century, snowstorm. This led to nearly 2 days of no electricity and three days of no trains leading to us needing to stay four nights instead. I can’t praise the management and staff enough for the care, service and hospitality they showered on us. What could have been a nightmare turned in to an unforgettable experience and we can’t thank them enough.

Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back!

The hotel is very well located and easy to access from the shuttle station on foot with suitcases. Our room had a terrific view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very courteous and the included breakfast was sufficient. The air conditioning lacked power to cool the room in the heat of summer but it was better than no A.C at all. Would return to the same hotel in the future.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, rodeado de lojas e restaurantes. O spa é muito gostoso, tem varias saunas e hidromassagem na area externa. Pelas fotos o hotel parece ser bem maior do que é, mas valeu mesmo assim. É um hotel bem moderno, decoracao bem inusitada. Fiquei no quarto mais simples e achei muito pequeno, nao ficaria nele novamente.

My favourite hotel in Switzerland so far ! The decor is stylish and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Our room has a balcony with the Matterhorn view. We love the breakfast and the spa. The spa is very interestingly designed and it’s free for the guests. Great experience!

This is quite a unique and quirky hotel. It's obviously high end, but there's just a couple of small details that have been overlooked. The bathroom layout is unconventional. The sink is in the bedroom area, the toilet and shower are both in separate cubicles. There is nowhere in the shower cubicle to hang a towel, so you need to be comfortable with who you're sharing your room with, as you have to open the shower to get a towel. The pillows on the bed are quite possibly the WORST pillows I've ever had in any hotel ever, they are so soft, they become completely flat when you sleep and the bed was rock hard. Had two terrible nights sleep as a result. The room was very well equipped though.

We spent four night at this hotel and had such a lovely surprise as we got upgraded to the sky and stars suite on check in. It was amazing. The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was superb. The room had a safe for valuables. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and the bedroom was spacious. You could look at the stars from the bed at night if you pulled the blinds back. There was a telescope set up in the living area also to look at the stars. The lounge was comfortable and the tv had many channels including BBC/ITV. The kitchen had everything you needed. We used the facilities in the kitchen to cook dinner a few nights when we were too tired to go out after long days trekking in the mountains. There was a small bottle of Prosecco as a welcome drink for us in the room and a Nespresso coffee machine. We didn’t get the chance to use the spa but saw other people enjoying using it. The breakfast was superb. Great choices of cereal, juice, meats, bread, fruit and cheese as well as eggs cooked to your liking. We had dinner at the fine dining restaurant one night and the meal was beautiful. A wonderful experience I’m glad we did not miss. The property is well situated for all the activities in Zermatt and very close to the train station (approximately 250metres). If we are in Zermatt in future, I will definitely return to this property. I highly recommend it to others who are planning on going to Zermatt.
