I am a world traveler, and have stayed at many hotels around the world, and my stay was one of my worst experiences. Here are a list of the many issues that I experienced: 1) The bellman did not help with our big bags getting out of the taxi. 2) The front desk were very slow at check in and seemed disinterested. The staffer didn’t even let me know about the pool location and breakfast times and location. 3) In advance I asked the hotel to ensure I have a room that was free of air fresheners since I am allergic and they gave me a room with a strong perfume scent. 4) When we moved to a new room the bathroom faucet was leaking water. I had to go down to the front desk to report it twice. After the repairman completed his replacement he did not clean up and left the valve door open. Dirty boot marks 5) When it was time for a shower we noticed there was no hot water so we had to report it and have the maintenance person repair that issue. 6) One of the beds' head boards banged up against the wall and we had to place towel between it and the wall. 7) The toilet was inconsistent with flushing abd we had to wait a number of hours to get a flush. 8) I reported a number of these issues that were supposed to go to property manager and I never had the manager contact me.
