The beach service was excellent. They provided chairs and an umbrella for our convenience. Great hotel location close to the beach.

The facility was in a good location, also had friendly staff. Evening meals was a no no ,as most things on the menu were non existent . Breakfast was dire .The pool was smaller than expected I think the photo was taken at an acute angle.On top of that they tried to charge for fridge items that were not consumed.

All the employees were polite and helpful. The property and its amenities were all clean. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Hotel simpático muito bem localizado, estacionamento na propriedade e quartos bons e amplos. O cafe da manha no entanto poderia ir ate as 10:30 como a maioria dos hoteis no Guaruja e aos domingos ate as 11:00.
