The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The rooms were well cleaned. The beds were awful and you could feel the springs on the bed. The elevators didn't have their sensors working properly which can be dangerous if they close on someone. Overall the stay was below average and if you need to be well rested I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location very close to the the sea and a lake. Bed is extremely comfortable and big. There is a basic breakfast.

Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. However, the coffee was burnt from sitting on a flame. That is a shame, because Brasilian coffees are delicious!
